Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Casey was a big help, I bred a pair of 4 year old Hog Island boas for the first time this year. After a ton of research I concluded that a 10 bin rack would be sufficient for her first litter, so I picked up one of his Snake Shacks. To my surprise she dropped an amazing litter of 15 and one stillborn. Being so pleased with the total transaction of the first rack, I called Casey and gave him the good news, but was temporarily short of the funds for an additional rack. Casey was "Johnny on the spot " and shipped me out another quality rack the first of the following week. He showed customer care that he did not have to, he really went the extra mile in my opinion. Both racks are great and I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

THANKS CASEY!

Casey Hulse/Natures Spirit Reptiles is a wonderful person. Very polite and nice with well-built products. A great example for the rest of us to follow.

I have just ordered another $425.00 large Helix incubator from him which is the best incubator on the market.

I also had another great transaction with Casey..as usual :) !

Picked up a Helix incubator from him last week...his stuff is great and he and his Wife are super people !

Since this is a 'new' thread about Casey, I figured I better chime in here as well...

I have purchased several racks and several snakes from Casey this year. I had the privledge of living close enough to pick everything up from him, either at his house or at a show. The fact that he would invite me into his house to show my his collection when meeting me for the first time speaks volumes about his generosity and friendliness. For everyone who has not had a chance to meet Casey and his lovely wife Darla face to face, I hope you all do someday. Two of the most genuine, honest, kindest people I have ever met anywhere. They are both hold a wealth of knowledge about reptiles and the reptile industry. His racks are spectacular and his animals are even better than that. I look forward to the next time I get to do business with him, just because I enjoy the inevitable conversation that comes along with it.

Glad he pretends to tolerate my incessant blabbering :hehe:...My wife doesn't let me out of my cage very often :shrug01:

Plain and simple Casey is the man!!! He has awsome animals as well as racks too!!!

Casey & Darla, superb customer service!

Hi everyone,

I agree with the positive comments given thus far in this thread as well as many other positive threads pertaining to Casey & Darla. I have been doing business with Casey for some time now and I never had any issues with their products and or customer service! Casey and Darla definitely go the extra mile for their customers, simply outstanding! Thanks so much for your time and have a great day/evening.

Best Wishes,

You can't go wrong with Casey.

His racks are built very well and the customer service is awesome.

Definitely one of the good guys.

The best racks on the market

We recently purchased a hatchling rack from Casey. Every hatchling kingsnake we put in that rack ate within the first 24 hours out of the egg, many of them within the first 2 hours! We even had several hatchling cornsnakes eat before their first shed, something we never saw before we started using the rack. I should also mention that all of these eggs were incubated in one of Casey's incubators, and we have not lost any eggs due to incubation problems this year! Casey's racks and incubators are definitely the best on the market, and Casey and Darla are two of the best people in the reptile industry!

I hope to buy more

I just received a 10 hole hatchling rack from Casey and I'm another happy customer. Next time I think I'll check out his quantity discount.

One week from order to receipt is pretty durned impressive!

Awesome!

Great Racks!

I just received two more racks from Casey and Darla.

Shipped fast, great packaging and no problems. Excellent customer service.

What else can you say?

Thank You

Just picked up three more racks from Casey...

I have to say...he is just a very genuine, very nice guy.

His racks are excellent.
His animals are too...
But I think the best part is getting to sit down and talk to him...

Cannot say enough...I am definitely a customer for life.

I just ordered another rack from Casey. This time a custom one. It should be ready in a few weeks. I have no doubt the construction will be as good as the last one. You can't go wrong with the quality racks from Casey and on top of that he is extremely nice to deal with.

I dont Think So, not the rack I got

I purchased a rack from these guys a while back. The first rack arrived cracked(wasnt packed the correct way). I contacted them and they were willing to replace it. I understand things happen during shipping but I beleive it could have been packed better. However I was a little to nice about it and didnt want to start anything. Anyway they were really nice about replacing the rack so I packed it up and sent it back. Well I received another rack a few weeks later which had a huge crack and a piece was completely broken off of the back.(which was also not packed correctly when shipped) I contacted them and he didnt really want to put in a claim with which I beleive was Fedex at the time but said he would if he had to. We agreed that if I can repair it myself he would credit me $50.00. Well after a lot of frustration going to home depot to purchase the items to fix it it wasnt worth the aggrevation since it was unrepairable. I also researched the product which I and a few others beleive it was cheaply made. Well anyway I never saw the $50.00 and winding up tossing it and buying racks from animal plastics and Boaphile. I am not saying that they are bad guys and may have been great with other customers, however I am just sharing my bad experience. Dj

Sorry, you feel this way. I have several of Casey's hatchling racks. They have been working fine for several years. I have always received above average customer service as well. Casey truly has always been a pleasure for me to do business with.

I would say you are definitely in the minority with your opinion. Casey has more good guy threads here than most. Casey is respected for his great customer service and products on more than just this forum.
Here are a few reviews and acknowledgements that I posted earlier.

I have never had a claim with Fed Ex denied due to incorrect packaging, they have tried though. They do damage maybe 5% at most, so I try to pack them as well as I can without exceeding the size limits.

I did not realize you were not satisfied, I thought I offered $50 credit, I would be happy to refund the $50. I did not realize it was "unrepairable". I am not sure what you mean by cheaply made? The material is 6mm sintra which is thermally bent and welded.

Well , i bought 2 racks from Casey , Fed Ex just tossed it at the end of my driveway because they didnt feel like walking all the way up it during the winter . I opened it , and one tub was cracked but thats it. Some hot glue and it is fine. Im gonna see if i can picl up an incubator from him.... i net hes bogged down with orders for those.

I want to apologize

I want to apologize to casey and his business for saying this in my post that his racks were cheaply made. This is not true. Casey was very nice to me throughout the whole transaction and it wasnt his fault that my experience did not go well. I am going to come clean and be honest. I know alcohol is no excuse, but I was heavily drinking this weekend when I was searching the forums and playing on the computer. I didnt mean bash him on the forum. To be honest I was frustrated about this from a while ago and I shouldnt have brought this up especially in a post and something like this that happended a year ago. Which is the wrong way. I was wrong. I was pretty drunk when i came across the post and added one. Its sad that i didnt even realize what I did until I read the private msg in my box abotu this post. I tried to delete my post however I dont have permission. I emailed the System Administrator requesting to have my post removed/deleted. I am Sorry again for this mess. Dj

Dave,

Your post cannot be deleted. Site rules. I cannot speak for Casey, but I know that I appreciate your coming clean here. I think your follow up speaks for itself.

I have never done business with Casey but from all that I have read would have no hesitation in doing so.

Agreed. When I first saw your initial post I thought something odd was going on. The bringing an old thread to life from a seemingly old transaction on New Years Eve was sounding a little fishy. I held my response (believe me you I would have been coming at you with both guns a blazing) to see where this was going or coming from. Suggestion, don't DRINK and POST. Great, now Rich is going to have to install a Breathalyzer program to insure the persons posting are not under the influence. ;)

I have done business with Casey and Darla on a number of occasions and will do so again in the future. If everyone conducted business like Casey and Darla there would be no reason for the BOI.
