    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

That's really messed up. You know a good way to protect yourself if you are a buyer is to buy through paypal but use your credit card as payment. This way if PP won't help you then you can always dispute the charge on the cc.
If the seller doesn't accept PP or credit cards well then there you go.
This happened to me years ago when buying an engine for my hobby car. $10k I paid and the guy sent me a hunk of junk. Got my $$$ back thankfully because I used PP in conjunction with CC.
 
Guy didn't have paypal. We used Walmart funds transfer. However, ID with name and address was required to collect the funds so I know where to find him...
 
It was on the front page of faunas monitors but I just realized you were the one that never got your lizard.

It means that 4 pages into this ad and you have managed to miss that there is a Bad Guy BOI report on this seller and a customer here trying to get the monitor that he already paid for and has not received.

How did you miss all of that and then still show interest in buying it?

Mainly because I didn't look at all four pages. I seen the last post but that was it. No need to be a smartass. And I'm sorry that happened to someone. Seems to happen way to much these days

You are correct, it does "seem to happen way too much", and to that point, all the more reason buyers should do their due diligence on a seller. Others have more than adequately shared concerns and even created a BOI on the seller over the past 4 pages of this classified. If someone swoops in to the end of the thread and bypasses the presented concerns, it is not uncommon that others may say, "seriously, duh". If someone is aware of shady stuff happening in general, you would assume said person would do more to protect themselves.

As far as your personal feelings and name calling towards me, I would advise keeping them to yourself as profanity is not allowed on this site. Thanks
 
Not to mention OP status update says "sold".

I got an infraction for bringing that up and calling out Lance to respond on this page. Maybe this thread should be closed so no more posts can be made if attempts to contact the seller here will be construed as BOI communication.
