    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Can you elaborate on this statement?
Are you trying to get everyone to help you get your money from Mike? Can't you just pursue him on you own with your attorney? Is it your intention to make everyone suffer for your loss? Their are lots of us who have had bad deals, and I do not know of anyone who has tried to harm the whole industry because of it.
 
Just called and left another message adn said. Just tell me you aren't paying me and I will move forward period. Let me know Mike becasue I am not going away and the heat is going to get turned up majorly. Answer the phone and be a man not a coward. In your letter I will keep in contact with and let you know what is going on. What a joke you are.

The reason this thread is here is to warn people about being screwed over by Mr. Plank. Joe is doing everyone a favor by saving them from having this happen to them. If this was anyone else no one would be crying about it.

I am a past customer. I bought a Mohave from you for over $2000, and a couple months later, you say they are worthless and are selling them dirt cheap. When I got the Mohave, I emailed you to tell you that he had arrived, and that he was pretty, but a hissy little bugger....and to inquire about pricing on albinos in the upcoming season. I never heard a word back. You didn't seem to care that he had arrived safely, or whether I liked him once I saw him, or even give me a price on upcoming babies. Yeah, that's unmatched customer serivce. :rolleyes:

I have read this whole thread and quite frankly I am apalled by the behavior of many of the participants on both sides thus far.

First of all I must stress that this thread MUST remain on topic. Nothing else is relevant here but what Mike allegedly did to Joe. If anyone has any other opinions on any other subject about either party take it to a seperate and appropriate thread.

Joe, you need to post as much actual proof as possible about what Mike supposedly did to you. I don't doubt what you are claiming but it's prudent to post any and all actual proof, in writing, email form, etc, before the court of opinion here can form any intelligent conclusions and take any necessary action in backing you to force Mike to repay you or to boycott his goods.

If this is true that Mike ripped you off for 10k then he can be in a lot of trouble, legally. If I am not mistaken this ranks as "Grand Larceny" possibly in conjunction with federal mail fraud and he can be facing very serious prison time if he does not repay you.

And lastly, above all else, when one is an Industry Leader one must lead by example. Any Industry Leader, whether self proclaimed or otherwise must conduct oneself in a calm, cool, collected and level headed manner, at all times, NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES OR SITUATION. Whether someone rips you off for 10 bucks or a million, handle the situation in a level headed and professional manner. Anything less is simply lacking and does not command respect.

I read the first few dozen posts and the last dozen or so.

Joe can be a first class asshole. In fact, I believe he is prohibited from posting on at least one site just because he is so good at being a first class ass.

However, his personality has NOTHING to do with his business.

So friggen what if he doesn't want to produce the perfect spider or lesser or whatever.

Why should he have to?

Joe, I would buy from you in a heartbeat IF I was looking for a good snake to breed or as a pet OR, as most are mainly concerned with first and foremost, I was looking for a good price.

IF, on the other hand, I WAS trying to make the perfect Bee or whatever captured the beauty that I found as exemplary in balls, I may NOT purchase from you in spite of your low prices and general good snakes. I am not sure, without having researched anything, that I could get the same quality, not that yours are bad but a small timer like SPJ WILL put more effort and time and money into HIS stock perhaps because he has a goal that may be similar to mine and so I may go with someone small time.

For the record, again, as I may not be coming across clearly here, I have NO problem with Joe or what he is doing.

I also think that ANYONE who gets ripped off like Joe was, deserves to be treated better than some have treated him here. I speak from experiance. I backed up both "the liar" and "the theif" when they were ripped off because stealing is WRONG, no matter who you steal from.

Joe, that credit to Cat was a cool thing to do. She is one of the really good guys, one of the ones who DOES breed more to benifit the snake than to make money, and the fact that you took good care of her so quickly after learning that she was unhappy, says a lot. Of course, IF you are just full of crap and trying to sweeten your smell, when I find out, IF that is the case, I will NOT treat you gently.

I see a lot of panty wads. I see a lot of bare bottoms.

YOU need to provide proof that what you say is true.

NOT because we don't believe you but because this thread will be here for a long long time and documented evidence is not going to be changed by time or new deals or changing stories.

No, I do not mean YOU will change YOUR story, or that you have a story at all, but many many times, the facts presented at the inception of a thread such as this are not the same as the facts posessed by the accused in threads such as this and the mingling and ferreting out of all the facts is something members here do quite well.

It's not a personal thing pertaining to you. Everyone has to do this to be taken seriously and, this is key, to get the heavy hitters and superslueths behind you.

The employee game this I don't speak english then started talking and acknowledged the deal with me. So enough. I want my money now.

This is exactly who I wouldn't buy from. I do understand but what don't understand it is not about you it is about the public period. That is what this is all about. People now trying to keep a market small and not big which it should be for the people to enjoy. Thisis about bringing animals from the wild intopeoples homes as pets and hobbies to breed. This is taking this to the next level. People that think small get left in the dust period. I want to be known for the guy with the great stuff at great prices. What my competitors think isn't my concern. I price my animals accordingly. I bet Ed pays less from Ian but I am to the public so everyone has aproblem with it. TOO BAD!!!!!!!!!

Mike called and I am only making him pay mewhat I gave him. I hae him over a barrell and it is ridiculous that this even happened. I will keep it quiet and off my tv show as long as I get the check in 2 days. Thanks to this forum to making things right and peopel have to fly straight. That was ridiculous and horrifying and would engage in any activity with Mr. Plank. Thank all and sorry to Derek Wong for putting him through hell becasue he was my only contact to Mike. Sorry Derek. You get 1000.00 of this 10,000 for your trouble. Now that is a professional my friends. Mike has to give me 10k and I will give Derek 1000.00 Just becasue I reallly like him.
