I do not think Joe has offered any proof whatsoever to justify leaving this thread on the BOI. He has been asked several time to provide some proof in the form of emails etc..And now he is using it to advertise his prices??

It has been stated more than once that he HAS supplied a couple of Emails to support his claim. (first post on this thread) It has also never been a requirement of the BOI that proof be posted. In this instance, his account stands uncontroverted since the other party to the transaction decided to forego telling his side here.

On the advertising aspect....I agree with you. It has no place on the BOI.

You charged Frank 6000 shipped and then backed it down to 5500.00 I was involved from the begining and it was too late. You sold him 2900 dollars worth of animals real money plus a nickle to ship to canada. Anyone could get that package from me at that price. Tht is why he is my customer now..What is he supposed to think and please Oz. Now you never bitch about my prices publicly so I got no beef with you. It is the middle men like Ed who whines about prices. Pays less than I am selling to the public. Tries to slam me becasue he isn't making his animals but can't make the good profit. I bet at 2900 that would have made you deal real slim too. So people this what happens and how and why you overpay for your animals. Oz this isbn't a shot against you it is what it is. Anyone step up but noone will as usuall. I am calling the supposebly big boys who aren't anymore period. That is what it is too. For all you people that are pissed go pay too much for your animals. I work hard for my money and I don't give it away to people that don't produce thier stuff and over pay for it.. By the way I got my money today thanks to some friends in some higher places..

You are wrong Joe, that's not what happened... but whatever.

As far as prices go, this is a free market. Price your animals however you like... you won't hear me complain. I'm sure you have and will continue to make huge profits. It's the American way... good for you.

As far as my deal with Frank goes... those prices were negotiated back in June. I can match and even beat your $2900 price today so don't get too excited. My biz is small and nimble and I can adjust. It's a good thing Frank didn't buy a Mojave or Lesser from you 1-2 years ago... lol. I bet he'd be bashing you instead of me right now. I have no control over the market price of these morphs. I set my price and sometimes it'll be lower than some breeders and higher than others. As far as Frank goes... you can have him as a customer. I have no interest in dealing with him again.

I'll let you get back to egging everybody on.

This is my last post on this. It was handled by someone who could handle it and it got swept under the rug. I assured the person. Now I would be sued if this weren't true big time by Mr. Plank. This is real and effected people including himself. You have to be kidding me. Yeah the 10k was nice to have back. Sometimes in big business it is better to get what you are owed and sweep it under the rug for respect of others not Mr. Plank. I am sorry if you don't understan. But I am all about, honor and loyalty to people I respect. I would lie about this. You are so ridiculous to even think that. My head isn't where yours is my friend. You got all you are going to get and I appreciate this forum. It got me back my 10k straight up. That is it on this out of respect. I was forced by Mr. Plank to do this. THis is what happens when you take a large sum of money up front in full and don't contact someone for along time and don't come through. You have to come through for your customers and deffinitly take care of them. If you don't you are putting yourself in a very bad position as one can see. thanks again for everything and I am sorry if I you are not happy if I posted the cashiers check today. When you do that you are taking money out of the consumers mouths like Frank and keeping it. If you didn't produce it that explains why he paid so much. I will crush any of Oz's deals now. I already do anyways. You are a little out of place my friend and better think before you run your mouth. YOU KNOW MY DEAL!!!! I am fopr the consumer and saving for eveybdy..... I can't stand people that justify and screw the public. Step up and bring your supplier I want to talk to him but he won't come....

What about the consumer that paid tens of thousands for Mojave and lesser stock last year? You took real good care of them, lol. In reality you are all about the $$ and not the consumer... anybody with an ounce of intelligence can see that. I also challenge you to list your best prices on your website. You won't because you know the best deals can be had by buying from the small guy that's in this strictly as a hobbyist and with zero overhead. They can beat your prices ANYTIME. THEY WILL MATCH YOUR PRICES. So consumers... if you are really out for a real deal seek out a no name and that's where you will find your best price. Or if you want to feel like you are dealing with a sleazy, fast talking used car salesman... call Joe, lol.

As far as crushing me Joe... you can't because Ball Pythons are not my primary source of income. But if you think you can... go right ahead and post your best prices. I only produced 40 clutches this year and I doubt I will have trouble selling my animals. These balls sell themselves and you know it. Hopefully you will be able to sell the millions of snakes you are producing and more importantly hopefully they are not swimming in feces and suffering from neglect.

Man! I read about halfway through this dreg of a thread, and i just had to stop. There is more mud-slinging here than I saw at the last cattle roundup I was at, lol! Name-calling; accusations; bringing up information that seems to have at one point been confidential.. if I wanted to see this stuff, I would have just put on the TV news and watched the commercials for the dolts running for election this year in Erie County!
First off.. sorry, but if I were spending 11k on anything (heck, I am such a tightwad, I'd do the same thing if it were a $20 ebay transaction) I would use a SECURE form of money transfer that could be stopped or reversed when the seller didn't deliver. This is why we have Paypal, and credit-card-fraud prevention steps, as options today. Someone tried screwing us out of a car part we bought through our Citi card; we had that payment stopped the next day.
