    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I had fully intended to transcribe this report and post it up here recently. My intention was to allow a full year to elapse from the time I received this report to allow things to settle down. That, and the apparently unfounded information I received from someone stating that there was an ongoing investigation concerning insurance fraud. If this were true, my posting this report may have been an impediment to said investigation.

The envelope is still sealed on this report. But I just don't have the time to digitize those pages and thereby be able to post the report.

So I am looking for a volunteer to help me get this monkey off of my back. I need someone with the expertise and time available to be able to take this report, put it in digital format so that the entire report, completely unedited, can be read from this forum.

I am sorry I have to delay this even further, but unless I get some help with this, it may be a much longer time before I will ever be able to get to it. I know a lot of people want to see this, but personally, it is not the highest thing on my priority list.

So, any volunteers?

What kind of expertise does the person need to have? Could it just be scanned?

Ideally, they would be scanned in as PDF documents, or even in HTML format. Scanning each page as a JPG file might be cumbersome, but would work as a last resort. Of course, a JPG image would be better to eliminate any doubts about transcription errors that OCR might introduce.

I actually bought software to do PDF transcription on my scanner, but my initial testing failed, and I just haven't had time to contact the company to find out what is going wrong with it interfacing with my scanner. As I said, time is a problem....
 
Any ballpark idea of how many pages are we talking about?

If its only going to be a read only thread & your not going to fall for the " It's only fair to let Neil come back & post on it seeming its about him" cries, then im all for it. If you can't make it a read only thread & you would feel he would have to be allowed back in the BOI a third time, im against it as he has already gone behind everyones back & S%#T on us twice here. I have a feeling the report is going to be inconclusive & that the readers are going to wind up with the decisions they already had before it was released. Would I take the time to do it? No! Whether or not you release it I don't think anyones going to lose any sleep over it.

I would agree 100% that it should be a locked/read only thread, because im certain that it would get out of hand in one way or another.

I would scan and post it for you R.Z., but I do not have a scanner.

Well, let me run this by you all.

My intention is to have it a read only thread. I agree that it will likely get out of hand with comments, and no, I have no intention of allowing Neil back on here. He understood the risks of getting permanently banned.

Lastly, I will not reveal whom I am sending the report to, and give them an anonymous logon in order to post the report under. Depending on what is actually in the report, whomever helps me with this could possibly get a barrage of hate emails, and I would rather they avoided that unpleasantness from simply doing me a favor.

If anyone has a problem with this game plan, shout it out.

Would taking a pic of each page work?? with a decent camera of course.If so ...I'll post it ...hate e-mails don't bother me in the least nor should they bother any honest herper...we allways should consider the source of who they come from...cowards!

I believe there may be 20 to 30 pages, based on the heft of the envelope. It's a standard business sized envelope, so the pages must be folded in thirds.

What I am going to do is quietly pick someone from the list of the many people whom are volunteering privately and publicly. I thank you all for offering to come to my aid and get this burr out from under my saddle.

One other thing that could be done to make it less cumbersome for only one person is to send out different pages to different people which in turn can send them scanned back to you. Just a thought.

I would be willing to scan them for you. I could either post it direct or return the report with a disc so you could post it. Let me know
 
I could scan them and save them as pdf files without a problem. If you need any help, just let me know, I would be more then happy to help you out. I have been looking since day one to help this site out, I have been able to do it financially, but I would be more then willing to put some time into it. It would take a couple days though.

No need for a anonymous log on either. I will scan it. convert it into text. Copy and paste it.

And if anyone has a problem with it and wants to send me hate mail. Too bad too sad. it ain't my problem. I just posted it as is with no corrections. In fact i won't even read it until it is posted.

Neil has a mastery of the enlglish language, he could also be a good [bad] used car salesman. he does have a way with words and a way of marshalling support, to suit his needs. But then maybe he is smart enough to not send anyone here hate mail for it'll get posted...who konws

I don't mean to throw a monkey in the wrench here, but I would be more concerned about Neil suing someone over posting this than I would receiving a bunch of hateful email from anyone. I mean, whoever owns that report has the right to do with it as he wishes, but if there is something in the report that is truly libelous (and we do not know, because no one has read it), I would suspect that there could be some ramifications to those involved with its posting.

Now, don't get me wrong. I would really like to read that report. However, it is only from a sense of curiousity that this is true. I don't expect to learn one thing from that report beyond what I already know. I know Neil is a lying sack that shouldn't be trusted on any level. If that report could show anything more condemnable than that, Neil would already be in jail, would he not?

So, while I do not think that whomever might post that report would necessarily lose a civil suit, I DO think that it might be more trouble than posting it is worth. Just having to jerk around with Neil for months on end is more torturous than I can bear to imagine, so I wouldn't wish THAT on anyone!

Anyway, you all do what you want. Just do it with your eyes wide open, that's all.

I have to %100 agree with what Darin has stated. It may well be more trouble then it is worth.

I don't believe there will be anything in that report that will shock anyone or will shed any light on Neil.

Most already know what Neil is like, how he does business and his brillant personality matched ONLY by his superb mastery of the English language!

Neil has already given permission to post that report. It is on record on the BOI in another thread, as well as emails I have from him. So that concern posted by Darin is not an issue. I think Neil is just as curious to read the report as anyone else is.

Still, if anyone has concerns, the person I have chosen to do the digitizing for me can simply send me the digital files and I will post them myself, without reading them beforehand.

You all have no idea how close I was to just posting the report for sale on the auction site. I decided not to when the thought crossed my mind that some people might think that would be crass of me to do that.

But it's a moot point now, because it is on it's way to someone as we speak.
