    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Maybe when it gets posted I will change my mind and read it...who knows.

at this point it really does not matter to me one way or another.

Well, I guess I'm glad it will finally get posted, though as has already been stated, I can't say how much MORE light it will shed on the Tampa Drama-rama, but hey, better informed is better armed.

thanks for the invite, but I am concerned about the need to add fuel to a fire that has been burning here for along time. Neil has been banned from this site. He is one of these forgotton souls who flicker for a while and then fade away. I dont know what kind of damage he could have done that requires the BOI to post apparently a report. I am not surprised that he would have not objected to having it posted. Had he taken a different position, it would have appeared that he was hiding something. In either case he looses. But I think the right thing may be to receive this report to anyone who wants to see it as a private email.

I dont see any positive result out of this one. I am not a friend of Neil. Only met him once and found him to be a nervous nelly. A chain smoker who apparently seems to live on an edge of being constantly verbally attacked.

Unless their are circumstances that may involve the authorities, and that could have an effect on others on this board, I think posting this report borders on vindictiveness and possibly, and I hope not, he may have the last laugh. JERRY TRESSER

the report is being posted because..
1. neil gave his okay to post it.
2. a lot of people wanted to help him out by donating money for a PI. Then accusations got strewn all around including him..including his enemies....including his enemies that are now friends...including his friends that are no his enemies...
His father was supposed to post a PI report of his own to clear things up yada yada yada. Gotta go read the neil thread to go get the whole story. make sure youhave a full day when you do go read it. it is a novel.


some of us are so tired of it that it does not atter whether the butler did it with the maid and a candle stick in his bedroom or whatever.

Nobody know what's on that report. But there might be some important leads that may help solve some of the recent "happenings" in the Tampa area. Maybe not, but I'll guess will never know until we read it.

This would take far longer to explain, Jerry, than I would be willing to allocate the time to. I suggest that you get a drink, get comfortable in your chair, and read this thread:

The posting of the PI report is a closure to my involvement with this entire ordeal. I have had this report in it's unopened envelope for over a year now. The reason I held it so long is because I was told that there was an ongoing insurance fraud investigation going on and the posting of the report may be damaging to that investigation. I have no verification of the truth of that situation, but by now, even if it were true, it is probably a moot point.

I don't know what is in the report, and I don't really care. But I told people that it would be posted, and it is going to be posted. Since, according to the PI, that the investigation was never completed, I suspect that nothing of any real substance will be in it. So I seriously doubt it will answer any questions. The PI offered to attempt to finish the investigation for another $1,000, which I declined to spend.
 
Could someone post the contents of the lines that are screwed up from teh scanner? Or send me a clean scan or a copy (and ill make a clean scan?)

I would just like to thank all of those that helped to pay the PI for his services, and a very big thanks to R.Z. for allowing all of the members and guests to read this report.

I have read it (the P.I. report) 3 times now, in its entirety (sp) and am pleased that my negative feelings towards Mr. Gubitz were expressed and that I still feel like there are many shady things that seem to happen in Neils presence.

I just wish my daddy would give me some money!
 
Gee whiz, maybe we should take up a collection so that Mr. Gubitz can hire OJ to help him find the real burglars.

If I learned ANY hard lesson in my younger days, it is that people who throw pity parties and start digging into the whole "woe is me" crap need to be avoided like the plague. The whole drama queen thing is a gigantic red flag that points to a much deeper set of character flaws which invariably drag that person down... and in the process they drag everyone else they can with them.

Hopefully some people on this board have learned that lesson, and if it only cost them a few dollars, they should consider themselves lucky. :)
 
Very damning

There were some details that I wasn't aware of that are revealed in the report. Makes a little more sense with those details. Looks like NG is the scumbag everyone said he was afterall, even if he didn't break into his own shop.

I can resist anything but temptation,

and I can tell you as a former NYPD cop, that this is probably the tip of the iceberg. Imagine what Neil may have done without getting caught in this fabrication. Whats even more regrettable is the fact that he is in the herp business. Its amazing how many loosers seem to drift toward this enterprise.

I did not realize that other fine people were concerned enough to put up monies on Neils behalf only to find out that they were shafted. I dont know the extent of Neils financial rewards in this escapade, but I do know that somewhere some laws had to have been broken , whether criminal or civil , I am sorry that this is not being persued to put an end to this misery. Neil is apparently a desperate person, and I for one, have every intention of keeping my distance and not getting caught up in his persuits of self destruction. My only regret is that with all the energy that Neil seems to put forth, you would think he would have enough intelligence to channel it in a more positive direction. Shame on you Neil, and I think for the good of the trade, you would be better off in finding a more appropriate vocation. Because this one carries a scarlet letter. JERRY TRESSER
