Just for the record, WHERE was it ever stated that the polls would remain private?
Well it was stated a long time ago, maybe your system was different then but it doesn’t change the fact that you’ve never let people know of the change. To make information from a poll public is misleading in the least. Polls being private are a gimmy. Are the polls taken for politics every year public info, no there all private. To be honest with you I have never heard of a public poll where the participants names and way they voted were public info. So you having a poll such as that and blasting people names out without prior to them voting letting them know that you would do such is misleading to say the least. Because the simple fact of the matter is Rich, your dislike for me could roll over to any other member of this site who takes a stance that you don’t like.

Hense why I say misleading. Maybe it wasn’t a blanket statement but I am sure that 95% of the members that read it took it that way.
If someone votes fraudulently with no other intention but to make a frivolous dissenting opinion, and this is further reinforced by past statements and poll votes, then I believe the public exposure of such activity is warranted to expose the frivolous nature of the person making the vote, as well as to invalidate the vote itself.
The last poll I voted honestly, the one prior to it what was the category? “Jeff B has never done anything wrong in his life”? Something to that nature, well of course I threw the vote on that one. If your going to ad a category that is a complete joke you gotta expect people to have some fun with it. I thought for sure you would post it was me back then. That poll along with some of the categories was bull. Have you ever done anything wrong in your life? Have I? Of course were all human, you cant expect people to be super creatures or something.
In all of the polls posted on this site, the two votes made by Jason Sweigart have been the only ones that so blatantly showed his personal bias that I felt it warranted a public viewing
Like I said the first one was a joke as was the poll. The second I was serious and I am sure it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out, Hell I am sure even Darin would agree I was being serious voting that way. If I was looking to throw a vote in that one I would have voted who cares I am only here for the entertainment. But it was a serious poll with serious questions. Now remember this in the future if you don’t want the way you voted revealed to the public. YOU could be considered the next Fauna troll.
Jason, you are not here on this site to try to entice serious discussion of make any attempt to persuade change that would be positive for this site.
Nope me wasting my time telling you that youd be better off spending your time rallying your 4000 members to stop laws that someday will effect all of us(you, me and Darin who don’t seem to agree on anything) instead of wasting your time bashing your competition sure isnt me trying to persuade you into doing something positive. Nope im just trying to divide us further, I see your logic.

Successful at what? Proving to your members that if they don’t stay on your good side at any day in time you can turn on them and post sensitive info about them? You’ve just shown your members that they cant trust you with anything sensitive to them, so if you call that being successful, hey by all means.
I STILL haven't seen you approach me with a banner of any sort that I could run pointing to this information.
Why should I am just a troll remember? Maybe if you would get out for a breath of fresh air once in a while youd see whats going on around you and you wouldn’t need trolls like me to keep ya updated on the latest news.

Well gee all these laws I read about in the news sections of other sites. Ones that obviously care about whether or not we have a future in this business. So please don’t let me interfere with your day. I know you have more important things to worry about, a snazzy name for your bash my competitors forum, you already got 50 or so, I am sure your busy thinking up a few more .com names you can post and encourage your users to spam other sites with. I mean, hell, its all on their dime so who cares, right? Mean while oblivious to you our rights are being taken away, so I can see you are very busy so I am truly sorry to have bothered you.
