    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It is only 2K more IF you send it to him. I would guess Matt is not going to be doing business with you at all in the future, so in reality he is not getting "2K on top as well......"

You should really think about returning(not refunding, you did not send him anything) Matt's money tonight. He is being kind by not filing that paperwork tonight, he has given you a lot of time through this transaction before he finally decided to ask for his money. In court you do not have a leg to stand on.

I am the general manager of a successful and profitable company...so I understand dealing with customers...I do it on a daily basis.
My child is at home being taken care of by my wife.

I meant that nobody on the board know the real deal behind the story and they are making statements on a situation that they were not involved in..

Nobody was involved on the phone converstions that we had. Matt can denie all of them. I can care less. But inside he knows that we disussed shipping and he wasok with it....

Just like we discussed a payment plan and I was ok with it. If I would have sold the snake on him after 30 days and said he didnt pay me quick enough, I would be dead wrong.

That is what he is doing here. We agreed on shipping regardless on when or how long it was after payment and he was fine with it.....No theres a problem and he comeshere. Just flat out wrong!

Thats why I was stuborn in the beginning because I felt I was right. We agreed on shipping and then he made a stink ablout it. The I told him he would have hisanimal the very next day and he made an excuse and said no. Now I just want my cash.....He probably got into a jam and needed cash so he figured he would come here and make a reputable company look bad and he might have a shot at getting his cash refund. Well it worked.

And now he is getting his cash after he has madethe situation into a rediculous pile of Sh-T.

That is what I meant. It worked for him....
 
Adam, if you in fact refund Matt back $3100 this coming Monday ($2600 + $500 for his troubles), then I for one will be impressed. Will I ever do business with you? No, I most certainly will say that I will not. However, the $500 will at least help Matt with the sting I would think.

Adam, you agreed on a shipping date and you did not ship. Matt is TIRED of WAITING on YOU. If you are not going to be honest than you should not be in business. Who cares if you agreed on a payment plan, your TOS says you accept them. Please stop bringing that up as if you were being So Nice to have accepted payments.

As far as a credit or an extra $500, I don't want that. I simply want back what you took from me.

Also, you still claim money isn't the problem, but you have ignored many requests to answer one simple question: "Why do we have to wait until Monday for this to be over?" It is only Wednesday. This could all be over so soon if you call your CC company right now and have the charge reversed and then go down to the post office and send a money order. I'll ask again, why wait?

One bad transaction that I still beleive is not my fault ( That i am making more than good on) and you could say such a thing.

Talk to the couple of thousand people like DEMBINSKI that will continue to do business with me in the future because I been nothing but professional with them and have never made a bad transactin.

I have thousands of good dealing and this one deal that I made good on will make you say that.

NO PROBLEM........then go to one of my good friends in the business and buy your animals. I have no problem with them.

Adam, my negative feelings on this came about solely due to how you behaved. This situation was very clearly cut and dry for me from the facts that BOTH of you presented. It offended me that you were twisting the facts and trying to diminish the value in Matt paying you off early etc just so that you might be viewed in a positive light. That right there showed me your character and was enough for me, and the NUMEROUS other people on this thread to not buy from you. Don't you find it odd Adam that not one single person on this thread has supported you on this particular transaction? That alone should tell you that you need to rethink your position. Even after all of this, for whatever reason, you are still viewing yourself in the light of being the bigger person. That's all the justification I need in making my decision.

Tell me one thing, WHY? He wainted to breed her this year, so I have a hard time beliveing he knew he wouldn't have her by now.

You know one thing you could do now. Take $2600.00 from that pile of 10 grand you have on your table, get a postal MO, send it to matt overnight.

It seems to me you just want to make him wait, and that is WRONG anyway you look at it.
 
Adam, it does not surprise me if you have a lot of repeat customers. With great quality and a lot of work many people are satisfied with your business. Though it is this one transaction that can make a lot of people question you. At a show and in person I may be interested and buy something that you have, I do not doubt your quality. Purchasing from you accross country that is another story.

You delayed for two months...agreed to a refund...and then didn't communicate with him for a MONTH...not until this was brought to the BOI.
It is Wednesday...take care of it...instead of sitting on YOUR computer complaining about all the unfairness in the world...

I am the general manager of a successful company because I work long hard hours...in fact...while I am wasting my time attempting to get you to see the folly of your ways...I have been writing two proposals...an invoice...and took three calls. Multitasking at it's best...besides I answer to the owner only...and the foreman under me handle their crews quite well...that is why I hired them...my management of my company is not in question here...so don't change the subject...

Maybe part of the problem is that where you're from 7th grade is considered high school...maybe even college.

You keep going on and on about how your making this right and doing the right thing ETC ETC yet as the saying goes Actions Speak Louder than Words! So give the guy action instead of words and take care of this now.Your showing everyone how you don't handle a bad transaction, why would anyone want to take a risk with you after seeing this?

Any reasonable person can see that the vast majority here disagree with how you have handled this transaction and how you have handled yourself here. You say we don't see your side of this situation and your right we don't see why you don't do the right thing here and why you didn't do the right thing and send the animal in a timely manner. We don't see this your way because your wrong plain and simple.

Give the guy his money back as you said yourself ASAP. Stop trying to convince anyone here that you are in the right in this matter, that dog don't hunt. Get this over with and off the top of the BOI before people see this thread (your shooting yourself in the head here) Take a look at how many have read this thread and wonder how many might have been possible future customers.

I am glad to see that you're going to issue the refund immediately. Your additional offer to Matt is generous, and I hope he utilizes it in order to give both of you a second chance at doing good business together.

I still stand by my interpretation of your business practices as less than acceptable. I hope that you can maintain an open mind while reading other people's opinions, as well as mine. There are many people on this board that have a tremendous amount of business experience. Any good business person knows that there is always room for improvement.
