Yes, I should use spell check, thank you for the advice. I have issues with proper letter placement due to spinal condition that makes it difficult to type on the keyboard. I tell my hands one thing, they move a different finger. It is amazing I can type at all, I litterally have NO feelings in my hands, not the slightest bit, they are numb.
As for everything I've posted in this thread? I started this thread out with screen shots of e-mails, many of them backing up my very claims. Now I'm working on a whole new bag and I'll post copies of documents soon enough (I want to give Al a chance to explain himself first), as well as obtain the official copies from USFWS.
Al doesn't even disagree with me saying he lied about certain events, I've asked Al over and over again about these lies and he has never ONCE addressed them. Doesn't that seem odd to you? He can answer everything else, but not those questions. He could simply call me a lair, but he has not even done that. If this was the other way around, with Al being in my shoes, you guys would have feed me to the pigs by now. Al has gone out on another forum and asked his buddies to gain up on me. He got me banned and deleted my ads ONLY for personal reasons. He abused HIS powers. He did it at TRR too, deleting a post which did not respond to his thread the way he wanted. This guy is hiding something, many somethings.
As for me taking peoples money for animals, I had EVERY intention to provide EVERY animal I had every taken money for. Events last year from 4 shipments coming at once (within 10 days), a venomous snake bite happening at that time (Saw Scaled Viper), and needing to make up for lost time for my pond business and all these issues came together which led to animals dying and shipments delayed. I took on more then I could chew. The shipments were orginally set to come in 2 weeks from each other.
When I had animals die I tried to reorder them from my supplier to replace the dead animals. I was unable to, the airlines put an embargo on live reptiles (do you want em to post that e-mail?) from the Congo. I got ONE airline to life the embargo, but they they refused to work with my supplier, I fixed that. Then the partner airlines refused to fly the animals to the USA, fixed that, and another issues, fixed that. I have shown to EVERYONE that I have done EVERYTHING to fix these issues. I have repaid many people or provided them with animals for the debt. They are more then welcome to come on line on fauna and post, but I am not going to ask them, it is there choice, just like it was there choice to post in the first place. I am not going to call them out by name unless they ask em to or say I did not settle the debt with them.
I made a huge mistakes, but I own it. Al, he acts like his lies don't exist. He thinks he can push me around because I'm an easy target. He thinks he can take my hard work and use it for his advantage. I'm not going to let that happen. He tried to take a shortcut and steal my info. Now I am making sure he did everything legally, and he didn't. He should be the one of the offensive, not me. He is the one (and Joe) which will have to deal with the laws they broke, just I like I have to deal with the debts I made and the friends I lost.

So you knew that taking peoples Money and not providing the service or product that you accepted that money for was Illegal . So you knowingly broke the law then.... Oh and we all make spelling errors ETC but if you look down at the bottom of the page you'll see a little Icon called spell check, give it a try will ya... Randy
