So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You are dismissing all of us and saying it is only important that the animals are dead. How about facing the fact that you might have killed them with your "treatment" of soaking them in a cocktail. Please don't tell us again that your vet individually treated them. What would he have charged you to one by one put a syringe down the throat of 700-800 snakes? How much time would that have taken? You told us one thing now you are completely changing it.

It looks like you should straighten these out for us.

Mike, you are wrong. The reason they get cheaper is because they hatching in larger quantities in Africa. The reason they do worse here is because they are not watered in Africa or here by the importers. They die from dehydration. Have you ever dealt with imported shipments of ball pythons? No? I thought not. I have. So don't tell me. Juveniles and adults need to be treated for internal parasites because they have lived in the wild their entire life. Farmed babies are hatched in compounds, packed, and then shipped out of the country.

Also, again, you do not treat stressed, hatchling animals with flagyl as it is too potent for them.

Also, how about you answer some other questions pal?

You are absolutely correct. It IS irrelevant. But if in an earlier thread you say you only work with your snakes full time and are now chaning your story to working full time plus doing snakes. it becomes relevant. it shows you were lying or are lying.

Unfortunatley the other thread went bye bye with the data base error. Because everyone here remembers you posting how YOU were treating your own BABY snakes with metronidazole. And now in this thread you are saying only the vet treated them. How is this pertinent. Again it shows that you are lying.

The fact that a positive post was made from your computer pretending to be your satisfied customer also shows a pattern. A pattern of lying.

In your post you clearly said the picture was from today. You came back to correct yourself and said 35 yesterday plus 20 today.

The amount of Decay on those ball pythons is way too much. Maybe you are frying them. Check your temperatures. And quit soaking them in flagyl. And Don't tell me it is because they were outside since yesterday. Your temps are between 60 and 70. That is way too cool to let those things get that rotten

Mike, I have no problem with you and Alex going at it over a deal. It is simple, if you choose to keep live animals you will at some point get dead animals. That is how this life thing works. What is really pissing me off is that you have been caught in lies here, very blatant and obvious to everyone as proven by half a dozen people pointing it out to you, and yet you can't admit it. You have to keep on telling lie after lie. You screwed up man. Just face it.

I have to back Evan fully regarding his concerns over the use of flagyl. I agree 100% with his statements in that respect.

It is a godly medicine, in its ability to destroy life as easily as it could save it. It's powerful stuff and even a small overdose will likely cause permanent damage to various organs including the brain.

It won't however, rot the bodies of the animals as demonstrated in those pictures. Nothing short of long term neglect could do that, in my opinion.

Mike, "binning" those snakes as you have, losing 3-5% per day is not unusal. No explanation is really needed. Some came in sick. You "binned" them, and the sick ones got others sick, and so on and so forth.

Mike, again you go to lesser issues. The "thing about the meds" is the most important thing because you outright have repetaedly lied about it and changed your story several times now and it is extremely important as that could very well be the reason the animals are dead. If you were any kind of a stand up guy you would at least acknowledge that as a possibility. I really don't give a rats ass what strain the axanthic was. I very clearly posted that Alex said one thing and you said another. I thought that was clear enough for a retarded tree frog to follow. Do you need more? How about the "sold for $10,000" then smart guy?
