Hi I got my wife pregnant and had a baby.

When I say I joing the army. I really meant that my vet joined the army. So if I go to jail tommorrow for desertion or something....I was wrongfully jailed. Because I never really joined. my vet did.

There is only one way to remedy mouth rot and that is injectable antibiotics not worming the animals. Also, snakes do not die that fast from mouth rot.

Now that Rich posted your exact words from your origional post all your hair splitting is done. Now we know that you said your vet gave you a cocktail for you to use.

If your vet gave you those meds and told you to soak the animals that is a simple solution. I would sue that vet for the loss as they have no understanding of how to medicate a snake and should not be practicing medicine.

My vet did not soak them. he gave them individual doses and gave me stuff to soak them in.
I know I said I soaked them. But quit twisting my words. I means my vet. So when I say I soaked them. It means my vet soaked them. When I say I....I can twist that into meaning my vet. When I say I ...you are not allowed to twist that into meaning I.

"25 milligrams per killogram" were given to SOME of these snakes. NOT all of them through oral dosage. The ones that i was keeping at that point and some i was selling to freinds got it first. NOT even close to the amount that died were given any of this. Now what the were soaked in was a mixture of spring water and 1/30 th drop of chicked broth for a few seconds each and then immediately the mouth was rinsed and the only reason this was done was to rehydrate them and give some of the nutrients that they need. NOW this amount was not even close to what have died total. So keep on going here and trying to discredit me by looping my words BOYS. Thats all you THINK you have.

You posted somewhere that a friend of yours went home with 20 of the babies and they were dieing too. I may be mistaken but I saw you post this somewhere...and I KNOW for a fact that you SAID this verbally for sure because your message is still on my answering machine.

Now the friend you keep saying I sold baby balls to also had some of them dieing...well he only purchased 5 from me.......NOT 20.

So there must be another friend that you either SOLD or Gave babies too.

I could have sworn you posted somehwere that the ball pythons that your friend has are dying too. And I know the deal was not between your friend and Alex. To me that means your frined got them from you.

Have mouth Rot? Treat for parasites. Yup that is really taking good care of them. Wait a second. you statement in the quotes suggest they were ALL treated.

BUT Mr. Hue thinks that because of a comment used to lure him out of his snake hole that he should have no accountability for the snakes which he gave me that are dying, and regurgitating everything they touch.

Okay they went from an aquarium in one post and now are kept ten to a bin. That is cool. I have friends who do that. But how do you know which ones regurgitated? How do you know which ones ate?

The upshot of this is that you made a deal for which you now expect no money from Alex, but you want to make everyone aware of where it all went bad. OK. Cool. We all know where it went bad . . .it went bad with you soaking those animals in a parasite control cocktail to treat them for mouthrot!

Alex was going to refund you the money for all of the live BPs you would send him, but changed his mind when you started cussing at him? Wow. Maybe you (and others) might want to learn a lesson about THAT too, while you're at it, Huh?!?!?

Hard to believe this has gone on for 15 pages, when it's blatantly obvious that a) Mike is a liar, b) Mike isn't man enough to admit he has made a mistake! I would like to be the first to humbly apologize for "looping"your words.
In the future I will remember than I does not mean I.
In the future I will remember that I means you vet.

So when you say I treated my animals. I will know you mean your vet treated them.

And I promise not to loop your words.
That way next time you say the vet gave me a cocktail of flagyl and panacur etc etc. I will know you meant water and chicken broth.

And the next time you say you are treating their mouth rot with flagyl. I will remember you meant to say chicken broth.

And the next time you say they are dying because of mouth Rot. I will remember that you mean somekind of internal parasite.

Because as you see he was able to get dosages....but incredibly still did not post the vet bill.

And when he says vet bill. He does not really mean vet bill. Because in another post he says you are all crazy if you think he is gonna spend money taking these sickly things to the vet.
 
With all do respect, what kind of Doctor did you go to? A Witch Doctor?
If it was a Med Cocktail they soaked in it probably killed them.

What the HECK will that do for them? Make them sticky and smell like chicken? How big is "1/30th drop" exactly?
I have heard of people scenting food items in chicken broth.( I even did it once for a neonate BallCBCH. Didn't work and was very sticky.) I have heard of people mixing it with H2O and giving it to their snakes via a feeding tube. But I have never heard of soaking them in it.

We are still waiting for the receipt.
If all this is true, the first thing I would do would be FIND A NEW VET!

This thread has almost hit the top bell for all time most ludicrous threads. Mike, I hate to say this but you are doing nothing more than making yourself look like a total idiot. If you would admit your mistakes and stop trying to cover them with another lie, mistruth, fib, etc. etc. you would be a whole lot better off. I have never done buisness with nor met nor talked to you but with the things you have said in this thread I doubt I would in the future either. I wish you the best on your babies but with everything I have seen and read Alex owes you nothing and because of your attitude about the situation he changed his mind about helping you out. One thing to remember in the future. If you hand pick, have hand delivered to you animals and you say they are acceptable and take possession of them that is it for the responsibility of the seller. Just like if you were to go pick out some animals at a wholesalers and then a few days later say "hey I am having problems with said animals" They are going to tell you touch cookies. Any guarantee ended the minute to took them and accepted responsibility for them.
 
Listen guys I just in from work and I had no sleep last night because I was on this computer till 4 am fighting with people over something I had no wrong in doing. I gave Alex Hue an Axanthic ball python in excellent health that I worked extremely hard for. I was very aggravated at the beginning of this whole mess. I was very aggravated and apologize if I was rude in anyway at all, but the fact of the matter is I gave an away an extremely healthy animal in return for 800 ball pythons that are not doing well. I cant see how this turned around on me and made me look like the bad one. My attitude was a little poor at first but please put yourself in my shoes. If anyone was in my position im sure you would be able to relate to the matter. The bottom line here is without insulting anybody is that I have a lot of baby ball pythons that are dieing day by day. Besides feeling terribly bad for all the animals that have lost their lives I have lost an extreme amount of money in the situation. Alex has lost nothing and has a very healthy animal in his possession. All I wanted to do is possibly work this situation out and was ignored for a few days and thought that it might help to come up on this forum. Obviously this turned into nothing but a battle and I am completely worn out. Hopefully that there are some of you out there that can at least understand my position and realize that my end of the deal went very well for Alex. I'm the only one that is taking a loss in this situation and I guess it is a lesson learned.
I have not lied once here in the entire situation and you can take that for what it's worth. There are three sides to every story, I'm not asking everyone to believe me and I’m not expecting everyone to believe me and not listen to a word Alex has to say but think of how frustrated I am knowing Alex has an expensive perfect animal and I have nothing.

No my vet did not soak them. My vet treated them orally. I soaked them in panacur and flagyl. No wait I soaked them in spring water from the alps and 1/30 of a crop of chicken broth.

My friend opened the box and called me from work. No wait. I was really there and we held each others hands as we opened the box.

A few had mouth rot. No wait. Half of them have mouth rot.

They are dying of mouth rot....AAAAAHHHHH hurry treat the mouth rot for parasites. Oh wait. They are not dying of mouth rot. They are dying of internal parasites because they drank african water from the river. What they could not drink from the river because they are captive hatched? ummm they drank from african faucets and got parasites.

Alex had a lot of ball pythons die. My sources (all three of them) told me he had a lot more die. And if you do not believe me....contact me , myself and I.

The ball pythons I have are dying. The ball pythons at my friends house are dying too. I sold them to him. But only after they were treated. Oh wait I have not sold a single one.

I keep them in big aquariums... no no no I keep them ten to a bin.
I have fed them and know exactly which one in the bin has fed. I also know which one in the bin regurgitated. How do I know this? Well it is only 800 animals......it is not that hard to figure out who regurged when you keep them all together and they all look basically the same.

The ingredients. for the cocktail.
Take dehydrated h20 add spring water.
Take a drop of chicken broth. divide the drop into 30 droplets.
Take one of those droplets and add it to the dehydrated h2o and spring water.

p.s. I never lied. I just changed my stories a lot.
and you guys are not alowed to take my words at face value....at least not until I have twisted them.
Remeber I = my vet
flagyl = naturally fresh spring water.
panacur = 1/30 of a drop of chicken broth.
Toss in a couple of ball pythons. Count to five. and ouala serve chilled in your favorite bowl.

I will take them off your hands. And when I get them to eat and to thrive in captivity I will then sell them back to you and then you can start over. I hope you have learned an important lesson these few days of posting. If you are gonna come on here ramping and raven please try and solve this out of small claims. Most of the time it does not only hurt the one that you are accusing but it can also come right back at you and slap the S*@% out of you instead. And if you are just lying to try and find someone to blame this on at least get your facts straight. AMEN !!!

There has been one VERY LARGE consistency that mike has followed throughout this mess. He is pissed that Alex has a healthy ball python that is worth some money, not as much as it was supposed to be due to the fact that it isn't a VPI, but Alex none the less has made money off this deal.

TOO FRIGGEN BAD mike!!!! You made a deal. You killed the snakes. Alex was ready to take it up the yin yang to help you out. Fortunately your true character came out before insertion was complete. You offered the trade in the first place. You initiated the entire deal. Ever hear of SOUR GRAPES? That is the taste in your mouth, you totally screwed up, lost a bunch of money because of it , and are now mad at Alex because he didn't have the same misfortune that you did.

The rest of my thoughts go right into name calling and things of that nature and seeing as how I keep getting warning points for unnecessary roughness you shall be the first to benifit from my new found fortitude in this area. I still stand behind thinking you are scum, very low on the food chain as you have proved so well so often but, I'll just leave it at that.

I've never posted anything I wouldn't say right to your face. You are a LIER. PERIOD. The rest of the mess you made is yet to be proven, did you kill them or did your vet kill them, how many really died, who found the dead animals, etc, etc, etc.
