In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Alexander Huang is a Snake Theif!

The point that I have made is that you have my animals and wont return them. That makes you a theif. Just because you have had the bredli since January its no longer mine? I am sure he made nice babies to your jungle females... and why did you tell Colten the Axanthic female laid eggs yet never told me and now she didnt lay?

Those dinkers were bought seven days before he got them and yes they were dehydrated and yes some had RI. YOU KNEW THIS you said you had no problem getting them HEALTHY.

Didn't you call to check on them, knowing they were sick? Perhaps the two of you should have communicated and got them to a vet.

The bredli along with every thing else was on loan. They are my animals not yours. Hell I even have you under my signature on fauna as breeder still... going to change that to "Alexander Huang pro snake theif" what a crock you could have had everything and decided to steal what little you got.

If you'd like to Contact Kelly about all of this then go for it.

Brian, The POINT is that you lied to me about my snakes and NEVER SENT ME MONEY OR SNAKES.
So therefor they are now mine.
And you don't remember when you got the Bredli at the Pomona expo in January and you told me to go ahead and keep him because I breed carpets and you don't? Of course you don't.
He hasn't been bred yet but thanks for assuming he will!

"Didn't you call to check on them, knowing they were sick? Perhaps the two of you should have communicated and got them to a vet."

Colten and I were always in communication with him every other day until he left with that box of snakes from Florida. The snakes he sent me to sell total $450 max. He claims in this thread he traded off the super pastel butter that cost well over that. He can lie and twist this how ever he wants. All access to a well qualified vet was always available to him as was baytrill, metronidazole and fortaz or amacacin. (forgive my spelling) Since his mother owns a wildlife refuge he claimed to have all the help he could need. Alex stopped the contact shortly after I had an upset conversation with him about not staying in contact.... 2 weeks later sometime in May I knew this is where we would come to.

I offered Alex compensation for whatever he thought I financially burden him for AND to replace his snakes........

as for proof of dead snakes NONE. He is ought right admitting on here in black and white he has stolen property.

I know I've only just joined this forum, but....

For the life of me, I cannot understand why, when dealing with even a couple of hundred dollars of animals, people don't have a written contract when loaning for breading or boarding.

This seems a very common thing to not have something written down, but trusting on a handshake. Maybe 40 year ago, but today??

We had access to Batryl and he never informed us on anything else like a vet waiting for me or any other meds.

My mother is a NP for a hospital lmao, My "Adopted" nana owns a Wildlife Rehabilitation center and she is NOT INTO REPTILES.

We never had a heated conversation that lead to me not contacting you.

As I said in my first reply this is all that's going to happen is back and fourth BS.
I would love to have a back and fourth conversation that's not going anywhere but I have things to do.

You offered to give me money only not money and replacing snakes.
But again, It's to late for that.

** If anyone can let me know how to post pictures I will gladly do so

Warning: FYI, that will NOT be an acceptable use of the signature area.

:NoNo:

Here is one female that was the best looking one in the group.

Not saying one person is right or wrong, but to me the deal ends when a person sends me sickly and ill-looking snakes. Why put the responsibility of aiding snakes back to health to the receiver? Unless that issue was part of the deal.

Why is too late for the two of you to make an agreement? This time, make it in writing. Post it here.

:iagree:

This whole transaction has the smell of "flipping" to me. The OP stated that he had the animals for only seven days, admitted they were dehydrated and showing signs of a RI, and automatically gave them to someone else!? It's obvious these animals' well being was at the bottom of the OP's priority.

I think the whole sick snake issue was grievously mishandled and the poor snakes paid with their lives, but to say that somehow the fact that it was mishandled ended the property rights of each party in the entire deal I do not agree with that.

Yes, I know I'm an idiot for not making a contract!

There is a contract, of sorts. Most people think of contracts as a neatly typed up piece of paper which is signed and dated. Certainly that is helpful when issues arise. But a contract can be verbal, and the particulars can be pieced together from communications said or written by the parties. There is indeed some disagreement but the basics can be gleaned from the written posts the parties made right here.

I am hoping that the parties can put aside any chest thumping, accusing, demanding, and any other unfruitful behaviors and work toward a written agreement that will be a fair outcome for both sides that detail what happens to the snakes and what monies are owed.

When you say the name Kelly... I start to look around for who stepped in the stinky stuff! Are we talking about Gottberg?

Please say no! But, I know it is! Thank God she gave up recently! Whew! Should be a lot less snake deaths in Az...
