    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Hey guys, just wanted to say.....Please think twice before purchasing anything from Jeff Litterall (sp?) his e-mail addy is [email protected] and he sells out of Southern California under All Things Reptillian.

Reasons why;
1. I payed for the animal last Friday and he was to ship her this past Monday. He did not.
2. He would not respond to my e-mails.
3. When he did ship her it was via Airborne Express 2nd day service.
4. The weather has been cold and he put a 7 foot female boa in a box with no packing, 2 heat packs (remember she was in this box for 40+ hours). I thought she was dead, because there was no movement.
5. She has mites!!!!!!! (That pisses me off the most)!!
6. She is under weight.

Be careful of this guy!

Jeff has still not responded to my e-mails.

Oh yeah, it does not even look like the same female as the picture that he posted her as.

I believe that this female may not make it much longer:(

I bought a group of leopard gex from him and not only were they quite sickly when I got them he also couldn't count. he shorted me several, maybe they just died when he was getting ready to ship I do not know, but I would never even consider buying anything from this guy. I wouldnt hold my breath waiting to hear back from him either, I never did.

If they are different snakes you have actually better grounds for a complaint. He showed you one thing he sent you another. Is the boa in the second picture the one you say is underweight? The perspective might be playing me a trick and there are a few folds in the skin but in all honesty she seems to have pretty good girth. Have you measured and weight her?

it's probably the angle of the picture. We have 60 + boas and I can definately say that she is underweight.

This guy is terrible, he has yet to reply to my calls or e-mails.

Chris, those 2 boas are obviously not the same. The one he sent you has 22 saddles (including tail saddles) and the one in the second pic I count 23 showing, possibly 1 more behind the water dish. I've never dealt with this scammer, but thanks to you I never will!
 
I agree with the post above just look at the difference in pattern and compare the widows peak two very different colors
It is so sad to see people like this in the reptile buisness

Airborne Express 2nd day service

Anyone shipping a reptile in cold weather or any weather conditions by 2nd day is CHEAP, unprofessional and shows no regard for the animal's health in my opinion.

That's a good enough reason for me to not deal with this person!

The snake you wanted to buy i GOT!! he said i was the first person to email him about her and i sent paypal as soon as he replied back to me.

1. WILL NOT RETURN MY EMAILS!!

2. said he was shipping monday and then had some excuse and then his emails kept getting returned back to me so i used a different email.

3. shipped wednesday and gave me tracking# when i tracked it at airborne.com it said 2nd day delivery. i contacted airborne asap!! They said they will tray to kep her warm for me.

4. friday she arrived around 2 pm. the packaging was really poor!! there was no top to the box just all tape. the styro phome container was all broken up and she was in a DIRTY pillow case. i gave the pillow case a nudge and nothing moved. i nudged it again and finally it moved. i opened it up and she was just about frozen to death. i put her in a nice warm bath asap! about 45 min later she was back to normal moving around and flicking her toung.

5. later friday night i offered her a F/T jumbo rat and she ate no problem at all. she looks like she hasnt eaten in a year he skin is so saggy like a old lady!! today she went poo and its a diarea. not one bit of it was solid. im taking her to the vet to get check out.

6. This guy is only in it for the $$$$ dont care any thing about the reptiles. as soon as he recieved my paypal i didnt hear back from him again!! BAD GUY TO DO BUISNESS WITH!! STAY AWAY!! :( :(

p.s. the snake you recieved looks alot better then the one i got!! Be happy!! trust me if i had a camera right now i would take pics to show every one. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!
 
TAKE PICS

If you want to take pics, just for the record. Then go out and get disposeable camera! Take them and scan them onto your PC or have the photo place put them on disk for you.

When this snake makes a full recovery, take more pics and you then have a pretty good photographic record of what she looked like when you got her and what she should look like.

Just a suggestion!
 
He called me last night

He called me last night and made excuses. He said he would paypal me my money back (last night) and has yet to do so.

BTW, retic88 he did the SAME exact thing to me except you actually got the animal posted.

It is very unfortunate that the old BOI is not available. A quick search would have brought up several threads from several people (including myself) that have had bad dealings with Jeff Littrell. I am surprised that he is still trying to scam and cheat people, I had not seen him post any animals for sale on KS for a while and was hoping that he had disappeared, where was he posting reptiles for sale?

main point: STAY AWAY FROM HIM!
