    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Should be reserved for professional criticism, whether good bad or indifferent, The childish name/mud slinging makes us all look bad as a hobby.

I agree with a lot of the comments that have been said. There are a group of people that like to bash and be little others here but the BOI's are a very useful tool. As we all know there are many dishonest people in the reptile world as there are in other in any other type of business. But here we are dealing with live animals and a little more care and honesty should play a bigger roll. When I have someone interested in one of my animals I am selling I take the time out to answer all of their questions and find out about them. If I think they are not ready to own the animal I will not sell to them. That is just the way I am I care about the animals and my reputation. That is just me. I am not going to name any one particular but if it was not for this forum I might have purchased from them and been stuck with an animal that was sick or not what was show in the ad. It is true, the last thing we need is more negativity in the reptile world. We need to pull together and run the less honorable people out to make it better. We have all seen the train wrecks that people try to sell on the net and at the reptile shows.
 
It would be easier if specific transitions would be on the thread instead of a lot of going back and forth. I probably wont buy from him, because I want to be 100% sure all my animals are healthy. But, I just wasted 45 min. of my time reading through a lot of going back and forth. I know that's everybody's prerogative and the intentions are good.

Just my opinion.
