Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Your right the transaction was with andrew, however you stated that you measued the snake and it was 19 inches 9 and andrew said he eye balled it, so you brought yourselve into this thread actually. You should care if i get my money back because supposedly your a hobbiest like me and things like this can not go unanswered.
 
I did want you to get your money back and I was trying to find a way to help Andrew pay you back and we did measure it and this deal was made like 2 months after I moved so who knows what may or may not have happened. But as of now I honestly don't care? Not my deal not my snakes. And ever since everyone's hero hopped on constricors and said what he had to say and try and convince me that me and Andrew were partners I just stopped caring. I'm glad people did get money back or whatever. But either way this turns out no sleep lost on my side. Its a bummer you did not get what you wanted trust me I been there and been so angry I wanted to kill the people responsible I'm still owed stuff and that was almost 3 years ago. And the only thing I care about is my animals and if I make a transaction with anyone make sure everything is done correctly. Ask outlaw if I ripped him off when I sent him like 20 of my hatchlings? I probed every hatchling twice to make sure that nothing was not accurate.
 
I honestly do believe you that you guys measued it and it was 19 ft 9 because he had bought that albino from nerd before he sold it to me and i know that snake was huge. Im pretty much 100% sure he sent me another snake and i really do think it was already dead when he shipped it. No point in keep harping on this cant change the past, bottom line is this needs fixed.
 
And if that's the case I had no idea it happened. So that sucks because the one he told me he sent was the lavender from nerd. And that's why I was defending him because that snake was just a few inches off 20 foot.
 
To all, I noticed several comments about shipping through UPS. You can ship UPS and it can weigh up to 150 pounds. BUT, you have to ship through an approved shipper, and this is Reptiles.com. When he shipped mine, it was close to 100 pounds and it did come via UPS.
 
Keith i thought you said he had sent you most of the money back and held onto the green, because his legal advice advised him to keep anything that was in question?

Well the burm I got from him did lay this morning so he was right that she was gravid. As far as with what, we will find out in a couple months. I don't know how many as she isn't letting me near them but it looks like around 20. I need to get them from her today so I am prepared to get bit ! PM sent 1Truth.

Went to the police station again today to see the lead detective.He Took down all the information and copies of everything to put a case together. They are going to contact the police down there and see what they can do. I havent heard anything back from the post office.

What you did was a good thing. It made sure everyone else got their money back and brought light to what he was doing. Unfortunately, you have an uphill battle for yourself and, I hope everything continues to go well for you.
 
Like I said before Mike if you need anything let me know I will do anything/everything I can do to help you. If it wasn't for you I would probably still be sitting here pissed off wondering where my snake was....

No probably about it. I would almost bet that he was collecting from Paul to pay Peter. In fact, I can almost say with certainty that Mike wont see anything from this deal unless Mike goes through the whole legal process, including suing this character because, he in fact, sent him a snake. Mind you, it arrived DOA but he sent one nonetheless.

Mike keep it up though. I know its tough and time consuming but trust me, in the end it will all be worth it.
 
You are right Dean, the bad thing is this has made me very cautious to deal with people in our industry. I have a few select people that I will call when I am looking for things just because I know that they would not doing anything shady.... one piece of :censored: has to ruin it for so many....
 
I talked to the investigator this week and they have decided to call off the investigation. It was worth a shot. To everybody who recieved what they deserved i am happy you got compensated and everybody else who stood behind me.
