    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If the snake still needs to be treated for external parasites, mites, etc. shouldn't they have shown up in the picture?
My wife takes all of our pictures because she is better at it but I am sure little black bugs on an albino snake would have shown up someplace in the picture.

Not really. If she has treated and soaked the snake already, you may not see any mites. However, they could still be in the cage which means there is a chance for re-infestation.

Anne, you need to get rid of ALL of the substrate in ALL of the cages, disinfect the cages, and then treat every snake you have. Also follow up with a second treatment in about a week just to be on the safe side. Mites can get out of control throughout your entire collection from just one infested animal and unless you kill all of the mites and the eggs, you will never eradicate them.

Is that snake alive?

I can't help but notice that she never picks her head up. Not in the original pics posted in the classified ad and not in "yesterdays" pic either. Is anyone else seeing this or is it just a figment of my imagination? As far as this deal in particular is concerned, a price was agreed upon and payment was made so rightfully the animal should go to Scott. I realize he'd have to send the payment again. However, who would want this animal now? I mean what are these mites carrying that came off of the IMPORT animals? If they do have something bad then she's got it now too(or did have it). No matter what the outcome of this is, I certainly wouldn't consider purchasing anything from Anne. When you combine the questionable ethics in her past(very recent past no less) with her complete lack of quarantine between $1000.00 animals and $5.00 imports, and finally her ease in breaking an agreed upon deal/contract(verbal) there are so many red flags it's an easy decision. -Chris
 
Doesn't seem like she has changed her ways. It appears that she has just changed the group of animals.

Anne, trust in the herp community is VERY important.

This is not the way to gain that trust.

After that e-mail I thought we had a deal and I e-mailed her back inquiring on how to proceed. After waiting for her reply I finally received the following e-mail:

Bear with me that the ad was very clear about the terms and conditions of the trade. She was getting a perfect yearling female ball for roughly $100 (shipping plus the price of the book) and I was getting the book I wanted, in my opinion a win-win.

Here is my reply to her:

The problem is that if I have to pay $50 for the book (which I can buy for
$55 through XXX) I'd rather buy it and keep the female, if not I'm
giving her away for free. To me the female will be more valuable in a year
when she will be worth at least $250. I can buy the book and make a
profit on top, and I'm not really in a hurry. What you are getting is a high
quality 500 g female for nearly the price of a baby shipped.

There were no games. He had sent me money for an animal who got mites, I sent the money back to him 2 hours later, failed to contact him back till that night. Scott, if you still want this animal, please send me an email. I will not send her until she's healthy, but I will send her before you resend your payment, so you can check her out before you pay for her.

Someone said the animal looked dead because in my pictures her head was never raised. Here are a few more pictures of her I had taken in the last month.

Guys, I really need to take a break from the forums for a while. I've obviously caused a lot more drama here than I wanted to. I really didn't mean to, and I'm sorry. I came home early today because I'm physically warn out. I don't want to feel that way.
I'm not going to come back here for a while. I hate the feeling in my gut thinking that more and more people are going to jump on the bandwagon attacking me thinking that I really haven't changed, and that I'm trying to scam, or otherwise play games.

I'm not a bad person anymore, and like I said earlier, anything bad you hear about me is going to be old news. What happened in the past and what is happening now are two different things. I'm sick of living the life of a bad guy, and constantly hiding behind names. I still don't think I am in the wrong here, but I will hold Daffodil for Scott, if he's still interested in her.

Many, many posts ago Scott suggested that Anne post the veterinary bill as Anne claims to have taken the Albino Ball, Daffodil, into the clinic for treatment once she discovered the mites. Apparently Daffodil has now been diagnosed as having internal parasitosis in addition to the acariasis. If Anne can validate her claim by posting either a scan or photos of said bill or veterinary report detailing her visit (including any tests performed, diagnosis, treatment, etc.), it would weigh in her favor. If Anne is unable to provide this evidence and the veterinary treatment proves a farse, it will add significantly to her already extensive list of transgressions and show clearly that she is still not to be trusted.

Well in the last episode of As The BOI Turns, Anne made her BOI debut and well was less than a hit. Scott was in the right but really used some lame wording. The BOI regulars are wondering What the :censored: :censored: :censored: :censored: is going on this week!!!.


Stay tuned as In our next episode we may have some answers- well we can hope---Does Anne really have the Albino? If So will she follow through and ship it IE keep her word for once. Anne, this certainly does show that she was alive at 1 point. I would just like to see something verifiably current to show that 1-you still have her and 2-she's still alive. Posting a picture and saying it is from yesterday doesn't prove anything and neither does posting pictures "from a while back". Yeah, a vet bill would be nice to see also. -Chris

Anne, I will add to that. You seem to be missing the requests that are asked of you. We need to see the vet bill, a current dated picture of this morph, As well as a picture of the other cage where this morph is kept in with the OTHERS you stated. In that picture, show this morph and the others you say are living with her.

You say you have changed your ways, if so, show this proof. It is not that big of a request. However, if you keep dodging the questions asked of you, then that will say you have not changed your ways at all.
