    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Casey you give him a partial refund after talking to his vet and confirming he had a dead albino boa.
There was no way you can even be sure that it was your boa.
As a matter of fact he had other albinos he was selling.

And he was HAPPY with "sharing" the loss.
In fact he even tells you that you are not to blame.

But now he is looking fishy so he claims all you did was give him hush money.
WOW what a character.




To anyone I might have given a refund too.

What I gave you is not hush money.
It is just me doing the right thing like Casey is doing.
 
Yep, I know that I'd be dealing with Casey. There's another individual in this thread whom I know I won't be dealing with, however.

It has not bitten Casey.
He showed me that he will BLINDLY refund a snake.
After all he refunded you part of your money when he confirmed you had a dead albino.
But he did not even confirm it was his albino.
It could have been your other albinos.......because you were tellig him you had no other albinos.......
but yet we see prooof that you are selling other albios.
 
I still don't know if Michael Williams was completely on the up and up, or not. His story just has too many fuzzy areas to be certain about, from my perspective. But, given how Mr. McDonald has shown himself to be a liar in relation to that deal Casey Hulse, I have NO confidence in HIM at all!

BAD DEAL FOR ME!

Since you claim that you sent me all of my snakes, then where is my Snow female and albino male? Just because you were ripped off for some geckos doesn't mean that you have to rip me and it sound like a hand full of other people... Wow I post this a couple days ago and I am swamped with messages about how you ripped other people off. How do you sleep at night? You know that I have sold over 2000 animals in the last year and not one of my customers would say that they were not happy with the animals that I sent them.

Have you any case numbers on any of that? Is there some way we could verify your claim online? Several State provide access to such information via the internet. Can you post that bad check?

anyway looks like you want to answer everyone on questions and other subjects that were never brought up.

Case in point.
1. Casey's animals which you CLAIM died.
What does that have to do with this thread? He asked a siple question then you start pointing fingers at him.....even though he took care of you and made you happy.

2. Then you point finger at this guy with the snow (or should we say WITHOUT the snow). You say he was made happy and should not be complaining. <hhhmmm reminds me of someone who made you happy and you still complained (look at number oe if you don't remember)

3. You never answer the Where is the bounced check?


I am glad you will file charges and use your lawyer for your $100 bucks. In the meantime you spend about $500?

I was thinking just maybe you were on the up and up.
But with all these stories coming out of the woodwork....
And the fact that you were writing someone about your sick albinos and you project is going to <font color=red>[**censored**]</font> ..... then we find out you are selling plenty more.

What proof do you have that it was really Casey's animal that died.
I say you got a freebie and consider yourself lucky and quit while you are ahead

Stuart, John, whatever your name is... First of all I never received any male albino that I payed for in full. Second of all I never received a Snow female from you that I paid for in full. You said that it was sick with a resp. infection so you didn't want to ship anything out until it was better. Then you said "It died but don't worry buddy I am going to take care of you by giving you a pair of snows" I never received either. Third of all I never received all the geckos that I payed you for in full. As for threats at whatever time in the morning. I would not bring myself down to your level to do such a thing. I am very professional in how I handle my business, and I would not degrade myself down to your level. It is sad that I am 24 years old and I handle my business better than someone over 2 times my age. What is also sad is that you think that you can take advantage of people left and right, and it doesn't sound like you have any remorse. There will be a day when this will all come back to you. I just hope that some day you will change your ways. You make it harder for everyone else to do business because people are afraid of scam artist like you.

I guess it goes to show that dealing with a self professed "outlaw" might not be a good idea.

Stuart, I would like to formally request a refund, of my $600 refund. While it is possible the animal was ill when you received it (according to the vet) it is not definite. I now see that you were keeping/brokering many other animals at the same time and you obtained the refund with lies and deceit. You can paypal me at the old email address.
P.S, the young albino in the picture looks awfully familiar.

In fact he is looking to buy some more to save his albino project.

But the truth is he was definately selling plenty more...........he had plenty more.

6 weeks after your purchase you refunded him.
6 weeks with no pictures of YOUR dead snake and you refunded him.
6 weeks and without verifiable proof that it was YOUR snake that died.

I can understand if it was really your snake or if it was just some $10.00 ball.
But 6 weeks and with such an expensive animal.......you need to ask for proof.

But then again you thought you were friends.
Goes to show you......be more selective in people you call "friends"
 
lets see the paperwork from the Police Department

Police departments require proof before they file charges! Show us the bounced check, and the forms that you would have had to signed to file the charges! BTW that lawyer bill must be huge!! You have never shown anything to back up any of your statements! Yet those against you are trying to show all they can!
 
Yes I have a problem

I thought I was being careful and talked to his Vet in Texas. I knew something was foul when he saw the albino boa was on the verge of death and he emails me to ask what he should do. And then it dies within 2 hours before the vet even looked at it. I would hate to think it possible, but Stuart may have coerced his vet to lie (about the time of death or even if he saw the animal) with some hard luck story.
I did get a copy of a necropsy report, and the animal is a "boa" not an albino boa.
What about it Stu? You gonna return my refund?

MY thoughts on the subject.
This is someone pointing at everyone else to take some heat off of himself.
I mean come on.
there is the e-mail where he bought the animals
There is the e-mail where he was wanting EVEN more animals.
Now he is gonna say people down in TX know Casey?

Well Duh!!!

Of course they know Casey.
they know him to have good healthy animals.
I know I have one of them. Or had..I think I may have sold it.

If you are insinuating that people in TX know that Casey sells sick animals.....
then you just might be an idiot or some kind of glutton for punishment. after all even with the animal dying you were still asking him for more animals. Why would you do that if people in Texas "know" casey?

Casey, Looks like I might lose this albino female, she is alert, but doesn't have any energy,just lays there. There was 1 normal stool in cage, &1 loose..........I picked her up & let her slide through my hands & a yellow loose stool was coming from her anus.
