since you are one of anthony's buddies and i am sure biased... you should step back from moderating on this one. you surely can not have an unbiased view of this so it might be best for you to step out of your moderating shoes... either be the member whom raves for anthony or the unbiased moderator, thats they way moderating is supposed to work, unbiased.

Thank you for your opinion on the subject.Monte said:. . . in all due respect, I think you are wrong Dr. Owens.
I'm sure that she does...I would too if I were in her shoes. This thread was supposed to be about business dealings with Anthony, but it was turned into an unprofessional and juvenile attempt to smear his name. There are a few people here who should feel embarrassed by their actions. I have absolutely no desire to see this thread continue, but when someone addresses me I will respond.I know for a FACT that she wants this to be done.
Charity sometimes is a good thing, wouldn't you agree? The hardest part is to find someone willing to step forward and take the chance. Robin did just that - with a lot of humility (the good kind).
I think that I have disagreed with almost everything that she has said in this topic...but that's irrelevant. I did not "drag" this topic back up...I responded to her after she addressed me. If she were so concerned with letting things die, then she could have refrained from posting in an effort to tell me how to do things. If you disagree with her and some of the things she said - that's fine. But she is not trying to get the last word.
Thanks for listening and considering this point of view.

Best I can come up with, off the cuff, is that anyone that is personally involved in a thread cannot also be a moderator of that thread. You have to choose one or the other. If you are participating as a member, with your own viewpoints and own opinions, then you cannot also act as a moderator within that thread. Once you start assessing warning points to people who disagree with you, whether it is true or not, it gives the appearance of abuse of your position as a moderator.
