    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

No, that just about covers it...... I had said the same to him, and also told him he had better clean up his act. I was rather disturbed he could create so many lies and threats in order to fill his immature need to "fit in"..... But after a relentless line of questioning by myself and an "intervention" from laura he later admitted to his lies and stated he would refrain from similar action in the future. We'll see if this holds true.......
 
That is very interesting and thanks for sharing Chris and Chris. Jim.... anything to say about your protege? Seems like all your help and all the admiration he feels for you is going towards your demise when he puts you out of business.

Will have to rethink my opinion about the kid now after these new tidbits of information.

I'd also like to say thanks for the tidbits of information. For a guy that has asked alot of "what should I do" and "what do you recommend" questions to me (and to others in this thread) in the past few months, I like to see this kind of information come out. Wish I woulda been there to see it for myself. I'll take note of it.
 
To both Chris Johnson and Altizer,
I would like to see some of this info you have mentioned. Any chance there is any record of this to look up and read for myself? I appreciate you guys coming forward with this interesting tid-bit.
Unfortunate if true but not surprising as there are a lot of on-line people who two months ago were asking if Superworms were good to use as feeders that have miraculously turned into an authority because they can regurgitate info gleaned from someone else that has had to learn the hard way. Too many examples that are still floating around too. I guess it is just too tempting to act the part when nobody really knows you except from an electronic signature and maybe a hap hazard, two-bit website that was managed to be put together over a long weekend. Willing to wager this isn't a Chameleon only industry problem either. Well, would like to see some of this back and forth that has been mentioned before I make a final judgement. Could be worse I guess though, he could be acting like he is an Importer bringing in his own shipments from Madagascar when he is really a middle man for someone that actually is....

To be honest, No i did not save the chat log. Your more than welcome to believe what you want, me and Chris to both be liars, or that we are being honest so that you know a bit more of Adam's personality.

What would i gain from trashing Adam's reputation? Nothing, and i dont think i would waste brain energy on a fabricated story like this. Ask Adam, and we'll see if he can be truthful and honest. He did apologize to Chris@TSE for the lie's and BS he said in chat.

Adam, your veiwing this thread. Open your mouth and be a man.
 
I may have actually saved it, ill try looking for it and if i stumble upon it ill post....

Chances are slim though, i usually save those things when someone pisses me off and after it passes they get lost in the mess of files... lol
 
then again, there are plenty of people who can confirm it for you as well. ask and you shall receive.... :)

How do you act under pressure HerpLuver, it's well documented on the BOI, so answer carefully.

You should consider only adding any pertinent info you had about the kid without injecting your own commentary, considering your less than stellar track record....
 
Not calling you a liar at all Chris, but hear-say is one thing, reading it typed from Adam himself is another. Trust me, I know Johnson is on the level and wouldn't go out on a limb like this unless he was 100%. Don't know you personally though, although I agree, I don't think you are going to go through all this unless it was the real deal too.

Think of this as a Train wreck, hearing about it just isn't the same as seeing it, if you know what I mean. Either way, if either of you have access to this or not I do buy into what you are saying as I can't say it doesn't sound like Adam based off what I know to date of him. Thanks again for coming out with this info!

Oh dont you worry, if Mantis is the stand up kid he claims he is after turning a new leaf he'll confirm it himself...... like i said, he did apologize and since then has been on good behavior from what I have seen. Can't complain there....
 
I happened to be in the chat that night and to call it interesting would be an understatement. After the claims, Mantis was asked for proof and responded with attitude and threats. This went on for awhile , I doubt anyone saved the chat log since we were sure he was full of crap anyway. Other than the claims he made was the design ideas he had for the cages to raise the large amounts of babies he was expecting. Too small is about right.
I applaud the fact hes asking questions but maybe a little more forethought and planning is needed on his part for his expanding collection. Namely in how to conduct himself when asked for proof and DEFINITELY some caging ideas are needed.

Sam, Granted i do have a bad guy post in regards to me, 1, count that O N E transaction. Which that transaction was satisified, everyone received there money as they should've. Sam, you actually helped me learn not to react to immature posts and to immature people attempting to FUEL a fire. People wanting to do nothing but start ruckus instead of being a constructive part of the discussion. Thanks!! But as you may have noted, this thread is about ADAM aka MANTIS aka Ankaramy Inc.. On a side note , Adam did ask me why everyone was so ticked about what he said. I explained to him with all scammers popping up making false claims IS NOT the best way to market yourself. He seemed to understand the point . He doesn't seem to be a bad kid , just not savvy as to how to run his operation and market his critters and company.

That one transaction, plus you misrepresenting animals that you were brokering. I don't run around looking for your posts to trash you, but when I happen upon a post like the one you made here, passing judgement on the kid for doing reacting poorly under pressure, when the way you acted was so much more severe, yeah i'm going to call you out on it...

As for talking trash about you behind your back, John is a very good friend of mind, when he mentioned you, I told him what I knew. Whatever he decided to do with that info is his business.

Whether i am "worth it to you" or not is irrelevent, I'm still going to call you out when you try to come across as something you are not, that's the real lesson you should learn....
