    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It will have to be euthanized at his expense and he would be fined heavily for being in posession of it in the first place. In one case I followed back in the early 90's a person with similar circumstances such as this had the extreme punishment thrown at him by being forbidden to own any animal (the exact duration I am unsure of). That included domestic pets such as cats and dogs. I would have the feeling this situation would warrant that same punishment and maybe more considering he risked the lives of many people along the way.

Adam, ignorance is no excuse for the law. I've said that many times placing handcuffs on a crying kid after the damage was done. We can all forgive your ignorance but it doesnt mean the law will or should overlook this incident. you stand to be corrected and face the punishment. The same way you found this website to defend yourself is the same way you could have posted asking for information regarding specific rules of shipping and laws governing wildlife. Many folks would have been happy to assist you or point you in the right direction.

To add, I find the notion of a DHL carrier aware of and accepting the fact they were carrying deadly snakes to be absurd. One way of finding out is to contact DHL with your name and address and verifying this story by who the driver was that did the pickup at your residence.

It now appears Adam is posting on the Arizona Herpetological Association's forums under the name corallus. Interesting how just today he is posting asking about permits regarding rattlesnakes and protected species at that.

Hello my name is Adam and I was wondering if anybody could help me out with something Ive tried contacting Game and Fish and there not much help. But I was wondering if there are permits that I can obtain to catch and keep certain protected rattlensnake speices for conservation and breeding projects not for selling or any profitable purpose?

hmm..

if adam has to be a member to be posting on that website one might wonder if the herp society has rules or bylaws that the members have to abide by to stay a member. If so would breaking the law the way he did constitute a violation of the herp societies rules?
Is there a way we could find out this? Also would a call to the local juristriction be warrented to invesigate?

You do not need to be a member of the AHA to post on the forums. And yes, they would have a BIG problem with what he is doing and has done. Notifications have already been made to them. Just waiting to hear back.

I do not think he knows he is busted yet. He even has a snake for sale on their classifieds over there. It is a nice little board. (There is another member selling his lil brother in the same classifieds, too funny!)

I would buy tickets to be there when he finds out Dennis has tagged him, wish there was a way to take a pic lol. He has been so ugly to Dennis on this board, and is a racist also, ick.

I am sure that the powers that be are looking into our old friend...as well as his business associates...sorry, but that is how it goes.
Kingsnake(his aha name) and I had sent each other some rather insulting pm's regarding the past election, culminating in his post about how Kerry was spineless, like Cthulhu (a squid/octopus god)...it was very well written, and actually made quite a hit on the octopus online website, tonmo...
All joking aside, the fact that Adam and others have been warping the laws to their own benefit are very irritating, and the racism was unbelievable...I have a hard time believing anyone will be buying from him in the future.

Maybe FG&W ought to start paying WEBSLAVE to use this site for help in finding evidence for the prosecution of the people on the "DARK SIDE" of the reptile trade. We all know that its the bad ones that are ruining it for all the rest of us.

Maybe if we start policing up after our own then the government won't find it so important to pass so many laws so they can do it.
