    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Then why thank Pete for the transaction and say it looked great? It matters not if that particular ssp is native to AZ, if it came from CA it is illegal.
 
well i simply made a mistake, when i put DHL i also sell alot of non venomous and was thinking wrong and by the way that email does not prove that me and beyond the web broke any laws, but thanks for your concern

R12-4-402. LIVE WILDLIFE: PROHIBITED ACTS
A person shall not import or transport any live wildlife into the state,
or possess, offer for sale, sell, sell as live bait, trade, give away,
purchase, rent or lease, display for any purpose, propagate, stock, or
release within the state any live wildlife, or export any live wildlife, or
kill any captive wildlife, or operate a shooting preserve, except as
authorized by this Chapter or as defined in A.R.S. Title 3, Chapter 16.
A person may exhibit lawfully possessed wildlife only as authorized
by this Chapter or as defined in A.R.S. Title 3, Chapter 16.

R12-4-401. LIVE WILDLIFE DEFINITIONS
14. “Restricted live wildlife” means that wildlife which has been determined
by the Commission to be an actual or potentially significant threat to
indigenous wildlife by competition, disease or parasites, habitat
degradation, predation, or impact on population management; or an
actual or potentially significant threat to public safety by disease,
physical threat, property damage or nuisance. “Restricted live wildlife”
is listed in R12-4-406 and a special license or an exemption pursuant to
Article 4, or compliance with R12-4-404 in the case of wildlife taken
alive from the wild, is required in order to possess such wildlife or
engage in any activity prohibited by A.R.S. § 17-306 or R12-4-402.


R12-4-406. RESTRICTED LIVE WILDLIFE
C. Reptiles listed below are “restricted live wildlife” as defined
in R12-4-401.
1. All species of the order Crocodylia. Common names:
gavials, caimans, crocodiles, alligators.
2. The following species of the order Testudines. Common
names: turtles, tortoises.
a. All species of the family Chelydridae. Common name:
snapping turtles.
b. All species of the genera Gopherus and Xerobates of
the family Testudinidae. Common name: gopher
tortoises, including the desert tortoise.
3. All species of the following families or genera of the
order Squamata.
a. The family Helodermatidae. Common names: Gila
monster, Mexican beaded lizard.

Dave was right that cobras are illegal and that you cannot "sell" or "trade" any venomous across state lines. You can capture and keep within state lines.
So just for reference check the applicable herp laws (especially with venomous) before hand. We all make mistakes. Learn from your mistakes and you wont make them again.

Rattlesnakes too if I am reading it correctly.
 
What happened to us helping each other?????

Do you people see what we are doing to each other? Instead of helping each other out and learning from one another you are out to condemn each other for anything and everything. No wonder all the states want to pass more and more herp laws, we cant even get along ourselves and help each other out. Dont you think there are state agencies watching forums like this and going to use them as examples of whats going on in the herp world and use them to pass more laws and end up banning us from keeping anything.
Maybe if they see us working together to improve things and learn from each other they will say " why pass more laws they are improving the way things are done themselves".
Instead of saying " you ****ed up and I am going to get you" try saying something to the effect of "what you did was wrong but you could do this which would be legal and safe"
Lets not not fight amongst each other... there are already enough reptile haters out there looking to ruin it for us already.

Just like a child. Blaming everyone else for the mistakes and screw ups they themselves have made. Caught in a lie and it's everyone's fault but your's. Maybe some day you'll grow up but that is highly doubtful.

Nick,

He claimed to know the rules and laws and has chosen to do things his way. Trying to help someone is only going to work when the person is open to receiving help. When they think they know better than, you then there isn't much you can do for a person like that.
 
I agree to the fullest but unfortunatly there are to many children in this hobby that see it necessary to hurt peoples lives instead of helping them.

Who the hell did i blame for anything, but hey you guys are so much better and im sure every one of you owns reptiles that are only allowed in your state right give me a brake.
