    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone dealt with Boca Reptiles?

Wow!! This has gotten way out of control!! The comments made about Neil's mom was way out of line, and no Wes, I'm not discounting the crack that Neil made about your's. However a true man would have just walked away from that.

Sal's business problem's are just that, Sal's!! I've never done business with Sal, and probably never will, but change takes time, a lot of time to regain the trust and to prove to other's that He is worthy of that trust. Through him making right all of his wrong's will also take a long time, but if he does by some miracle acheive that. Then who are we to judge??

I wish all involved good luck, and hopefully this thread won't get any uglier than it already has.

I thought he was all done with reptiles?

Although it's a bit off topic, I'm wondering how Allison is faring through all this. Are they still apart?

One would think so, but then again, the Division of Corporations shows no filing for a Boca Reptiles. One of the prerequisites for a Class III license to sell/exhibit is that the ficticious name be registered with the Div of Corporations.
 
the scary part was ....

that he was looking to get a class A DL for OTR trucking.. i guess he failed that and wen back to what he kenw .. screwing people .. which if he drives like he sales i would much rather have him selling reptiles then driving OTR cause then he would kill people if he drives like he sells .... either way the public loses.. so papa neil does Sale have his ducks in a row ??? sonce wether you admit it you are his keeper????
 
So what happend

Sal does not owe me any money, But I custom build cages for people and what he did hurts my business. I for one would like to know why he took off with so many peoples money. The misrepresenting animals is one thing, but to keep the money and not send anything is another. With building cages i know it gets tough, and things go wrong( such as parts not showing up or being damaged), but when i have had late shipment my customers were very understanding. As far as Neil paying for Sal's debts I dont know what his intentions were but atleas there are a few people that got there money back i commend you for that.

You really need to just admit here you had no intention of refunding/replacing the money/snakes. At this point the only thing that will settle it between us is if you refund the money. I will give you a week to decide then I feel it is my obligation to post a negative feedback on this forum. I'll also find out if it is ethical to post a negative feedback on KS. You are showing me that the discussions we had about you trying to run a reputable business etc... was just a bunch of crap. I also really hope we will not be reading a post from Neil in future about how you took his money and ran. You can email me at [email protected] if you decide to resolve this.

Hey, I ran into a guy at Hamburg that wants to find Sal bad!!!

He was asking around about contact info and that hes going to pay Sal a visit. He also said hes another one that Sal ripped off. I didnt ask his name but hes a big dude, and hes mad!!!
He was told already that Sals in Boca Raton FLA, with Boca Reptiles. He was arranging the address and phone number exchange when I was continuing on my way. Hmm, makes ya wonder how fast the big dude is gonna get there?
I didnt stick around to hear any more of it because I really dont care and it doesnt involve me. This is yet another reason to avoid questionable businesses, and what happens if you buy an animal from an unlicensed business from Florida, will they confiscate it for evidence while prosecuting the business involved??? Not worth finding out.

I can't vouch for his Class III (which he has already received, IIRC), but I will say that Sal did finally get around to filing for his ficticious name registration.

I have been reading this non-sense since this thread started.
Let me clarify a few things before I start.
1) I know Neil very well. I believe Neil is a decent guy.
2)I have never met, or talked, or dealt with Sal.

I would like to offer my opinions on this situation.
Please read through this, as I believe I have some good advice for everyone involved.
Neil did what he thought was the right thing. To some, it was right to help a friend.
To others, he was enabling Sal..
I, personally, agree with both sides.
Salito has made a nasty reputation for himself, and it will take several good actions, and possibly several years, to regain some of the trust he has deservedly lost..
Neil, IMO, did a very honorable thing, for a not-so honorable person.
Whether or not Neil had ulterior motives, no one knows except Neil.
It has been proven that Sal now has all his license's in order, so that is a good 1st step.
He will continue to sell under Boca Reptiles, and maybe,just MAYBE, he will build a decent reputation for himself.

Salito,, My advice to you;; Take your punches like a man, live with it, deal with it, and LEARN FROM IT.
IF YOU STILL HAVE INTENTIONS OF RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, PLEASE THINK TWICE..
You have tooooooooo many people watching and waiting for you to screw up.
Do the right thing, and possibly in the future, you will have a decent reputation in this business.

One last point before i close, As i said before, I know Neil, and dont have too many problems with him as a person.
I do not always agree with the way he conducts himself, however, i believe him to be a good person.

And please guys, stop with the derogatory comments about people's family members.. Its childish, and makes everyone who does it look like complete idiots.

jef/jenn, please put on your glasses and read through all my posts since HELL was created. I HAVE NOT mentioned neil's illegal activities with his credit card terminal anywhere but HELL as per Webslaves instructions. You are the first to bring it up since then and while I do appreciate the fact that others also KNOW of gubitz's illegal doings, I have not mentioned it on the BOI in quite some time.

As far as mother comments, see neil again. I'm fairly certain that any such comments started with him. Insult me ALL you want and I'll most likely shruge it off. Bring my mom into it and I'll react. It's not my fault he's as reprehensible as he is.

Since you have had soooooo few problems with him, could you ask him about his parasite identification process? He brought it up in matt's thread but REFUSES to answer me about it. In case you don't know what I refer to he stated that he looks at a fecal sample, no floating or staining, under a friend's kid's microscope and if he doesn't "see anything swimming around" had determined that it is parasite free. I find this a truly amazing ability and would like to know more about it and yet, for some unknown reason, he refuses to EXPAND upon this WONDERFUL ability.

That was posted two months ago. Since then the Neil/Wes fued was moved into the thread in HELL . You asked Wes a couple posts back to "stop harping on it" but it hasn't been mentioned here for two months. You're kinda beating a dead horse. It's all ready been addressed by Rich Z. No reason at all to drag it to the top here. That is what the thread in HELL is for.
