    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Exactly, sorry to side track. However that being said. There is hardly any good way to track down information on him on Instagram. Seems like his main way to possibly push for all animals to he sold. I really hope no one has bought anymore from him. If he would just fess up and say they are parasitic It wouldn't look nearly as bad on him. But stupid criminals rarely do anything right.

Well honestly, at the prices he has them at, any mildly cautious person should realize something isn't quite right. People don't just cut their prices by 90% for giggles, it should be obvious that it's either a scam or something else less than virtuous.

Agreed, yet still its those new owners that think ,"Oh wow what a steal". Those are the ones that I worry for.

Didn't realize my statement (which had nothing to do with Chaz's TOS) would be so provoking.
However, am done with it. Hence my statement of "moving on".
 
Right, it's hard to pass up that good of a deal. He's literally dumping them for next to nothing. The age old advice though, if it seems too good to be true then it probably is.
 
I'm just glad he has poop for ball pythons so that I'm not even tempted lol. After I saw that "supplement" he made for snakes I cringed a little.
 
Just thought I'd chime in with my experience... I met Chaz at a reptile expo in Pomona and he seemed a little off. I can't put my finger on it, but I got a weird vibe from him. He sold us a leopard gecko that had MBD and claimed that it was born that way and since I was inexperienced at the time, I believed him.

More recently I purchased 4 raffle tickets from him and in light of all that I've read here in the forums, I messaged him via his website contact form for a refund. He told me that legally be couldn't sell raffle tickets and because of this, I would still be charged $10 for the empty jar the tickets arrived in. I told him I didn't think that was fair and he said if I shipped the empty jar back I would be refunded. I told him I would not accept that and as I was about to dispute the charge (it was the principle at this point), I received an email of a screenshot showing the full refund, but with no explanation.

I'd be happy to post screenshots of the conversation later but cannot do so at the moment. I also told him what I thought of him and he responded with a lengthy email defending himself and his business practices.

Some evidence would be nice and highly beneficial here. Please post screen shots or anything you may have to help build a better case against him.

Baby geckos can hatch with mbd. It usually happens at the end of a season when the mom is low on calcium from egg laying. Geckos with mild mbd will still make great pets. I just hope he sold it to you as pet only with a low price.

The whole jar thing is weird. I'm glad he just sent you a refund.

If I may clarify, he said that the gecko was born that way but did not mention to me that it was MBD so I thought it was a random deformity. The gecko is a great pet, such a sweet little guy and he's doing great. I just felt a bit duped later when I realized he actually had MBD. At the time some advice would have been appreciated, but apparently Chaz was avoiding a discussion.

That's horrible then. He should have told you that it would need extra calcium (possibly liquid). I'm glad he's doing well for you though.

That lying sack or..... He is either a true sociopath or a narcissist. I have never in my life seen a person operate like this. Rumors? As if all the evidence laid here is just a simple rumor. Like nikki, or kayla, or Emily or Darien or anyone who stepped forth to call this man out on his bullshit is a liar and simply stated this as a rumor. Chaz Patrick Stewart, Give those animals to a good home for free. Save what shred of miniscule dignity to have and do whats best for them.

Some people are sick and twisted in this world and he is one of them. Ill take a demerit on speaking a jargoned truth.

Critics spreading false information. That makes me laugh. There is so much evidence already presented here. I can only imagine how much more is out there. I'm afraid there are other young girls who don't want to come forward or who don't know about the boi.
 
That's really funny, in a sad way. He says I'm spreading rumors about him yet every single thing I've said I showed evidence of. I really think he has some serious mental issues and needs help. I doubt he will get help, he would have to admit those issues existed first. After having so many conversations with him I believe the only thing that will open his eye will be getting arrested. The screen shots I posted were nothing compared to some of the others, but those are completely inappropriate to post anywhere a minor might be able to see them. I wish i could post them so everyone else could understand just how disturbed this man is. I hope the animals he still has are taken from him and given a better life and he is put behind bars and forced to get the help he needs so he doesn't hurt another animal or person again.
