She doesn't have to literally say it. It's info we don't know. If she feels the need to share that or not. I'm not about to make assumptions on info I'm not privy too. Regardless statutory rape is a form of rape. Hence the name Statutory Rape. Drop it. Kayla's post was to bring forth information about Chaz not question if someone really is a rape victim or not.

She was a minor and so "consent" is irrelevant. He was in a position of authority, which he abused. And yes, it can cause PTSD; are you a psychologist/psychiatrist? She is not claiming PTSD caused by her relationship exclusively by Chaz.

But yes, statutory rape is not an even or equal relationship. Especially these 10 year age gaps Chaz has going. No, not every age gap is dangerous but when we're talking about minors with little life experience (or life experience that wasn't very useful)....

Just look at how Chaz spoke to people -- he was condescending, he was pushy, he was manipulative, he is a gaslighter. He is a liar. He refuses to be wrong. Look at every aspect of his life and how screwed up it is.

You don't think that doesn't continue in every kind of relationship he has? He is out-and-out abusive. Relationships that are on inequal footing are inherently unsafe.

Notice one of the hallmarks in his relationships -- he uses the grooming technique, "You seem so mature." He implies they need someone older to date in order to be happy. That is classic used by pedophiles to groom people that are too young.

Then they will turn it around later in the relationship to get the young person to submit to their authority, or to do things their way, or to do things the young person isn't comfortable with (sex, for example). They will comment on how young they are, how immature. They switch back and forth between "mature" and "immature" with the compliments and put downs.

Now, I'm not clear that Darien ever had physical sex with Chaz. Pretty sure it was just electronic, hence the solicitation of a minor charge.

In addition, this has absolutely no bearing on her past sexual assault. Having a bad relationship does not negate past experiences.

Just like you can go to a restaurant and get a bad steak even though you got food poisoning at a different restaurant before.
 
Guys. Enough. Get off my thread with this garbage. Chaz is the one that we are discussing. Even if she is lying (not saying she is or is not) then we still have proof that he is a cheating and womanizing monster with or without her claims.

Again. The post is about CHAZ. Not darien and her life events. While i do agree she should have been more professional on her post, this crap has gotten way out of hand. If youd like to discuss it further please do it elsewhere.
 
This post contains proof of CHAZ and his animal abuse and neglect as well as sexual misconduct with numerous CUSTOMERS regardless of age. Lets regain focus please.

EXCUUUUUUUSE ME. Nowhere did I say I had accused Chaz of raping me, I said I HAD BEEN raped, and while it isn't relevant entirely to Chaz's actions, it goes into my experience with dealing with laws regarding sexual assault and statutory. By telling Chaz I cheated on him, I was announcing he has/had no power over me. I am absolutely done with all the victim blaming and backwards accusations from the people on this website. I am astounded by the rudeness and absolute bull that comes from you when someone says something you find odd. I was a victim, I stated so in my first post here, about how I was susceptible to manipulation because I had just gotten out of an abusive relationship. I wish people would have some damn compassion and stop being pure evil to people without thinking.
 
I am thankful that a few people actually understood what I was saying. I was in an abusive relationship, and at the same time dealt with tremendous abuse on social media, combined the year of experiences gave me PTSD. AFTER that year, I started dating Chaz online, we never so much as spoke in person. The rape I was referring to was by the guy I dated before Chaz, and the experience caused me to lose my home, and my relationships with family members were ruined. I was saying that he is lucky the previous sexual assault turned me off of using the justice system to report sex related crimes, because even if he is charged with all the stuff he did to other girls, he can't be charged for attempting to elicit sex from me. I have never made a false allegation of rape, and also get offended when people exaggerate lesser crimes to seem just as severe, but PEOPLE PLEASE you need to understand none of what I said was an accusation of rape toward Chaz, we didn't have sex, and you don't need to have sex to cheat on someone. I had been trying to get Chaz to stop talking to me for a while, and he wouldn't leave me alone until I told him I wanted to date people locally. Even then, he found it appropriate to send me a dick pic when I said bye for the last time. I never responded to his question, "I thought you loved me" so that's why I said "I never loved you" that was kind of obviously addressed to him. Sorry my post seemed unprofessional, but this thread has gone beyond the line of professionalism many times, and I did not find any of my comments to be too much, especially since they lacked in graphic imagery or bad language. I am trying to help get this guy brought to justice, but it is extremely hard to do that when people are acting so cruel and judgmental. Nobody else is going to want to come forward if this is kept up.
 
No one ever said that he was in the right. No one ever said that what he did was ok. But posting that you cheated on him with multiple men and that you never loved him makes it sound to me like you're a woman scorned. It completely detracts from any point you were trying to make about him being a bad guy and instead puts focus on your own inappropriate behavior.

The point of the BOI is not to share bedtime stories and hug each other, it is to discuss business dealings and the actions of people. Chaz is very clearly a very bad person. He has very clearly done some illegal things in regards to minors, as is evidenced by posts of texts between him and women/girls. But I would suggest that you stick to facts about him instead of making yourself look like a dishonest person. It brings all of your claims about him into question.

Also, talking about how you cheated on him doesn't make you look like a victim, it makes you look just as bad as him.

Sure. I'm going to be contacting my old phone companies and Skype to see if I can recover old messages from Chaz. Hopefully that should help provide some much needed back up to my claims.

As far as I know, phone companies keep records of all texts that are sent out, I'm assuming for a long period of time. Does skype record any messages though? I'm not entirely familiar with it as I have only used it a couple of times.
 
Every company that has to do with instant messaging keeps some sort of log rather they keep exact details or not I'm not sure

Phone companies hold onto messages for a surprisingly long amount of time, I learned when my parents decided to have messages retrieved on me. They weren't that far back, a couple weeks, but the length of time into the past that they could recover came up in conversation somehow. I think it's a good idea for her to try to pursue these avenues, not to prove to anyone in this BOI thread that she's not lying about her claims, but so that if there is proof against him in this matter, that he can in fact be taken down as he so justly deserves. It's clear that he is prone to this kind of behavior and I don't doubt he is capable of behaving in the ways that Darien has described. Hopefully we all can agree that he is not the kind of person we want to associate ourselves with, or want associated with our reptile community.
 
People like this dont usually stop doing it. He might tone it down for a little while until the heat is off, but you know he's going to keep it up until he gets caught. Just a complete creeper.

I'm just now catching up, and haven't read anything past this point yet, but could she have meant "inexperienced" I noticed a lot of spelling errors in that post which could lead one to believe she also used the incorrect word. Just a thought.

I do understand it very well as its happened to me, not that I like putting it on here for all to see but just telling you I KNOW it's not a joke. But I also know that false accusations are actually very common. Maybe not in your area but it is reported that at least half of the reported rapes are actually women who regret the night before, or were broken up with and are mad, etc. I am NOT saying this is what this is. But as a victim myself and seeing what she's saying it DOES make an actual victim think how could another actual victim say such things? If they never had sex then no she was not raped, but he definitely solicited child pornograhy from her. But to he honest I don't see any actual rape victim saying oh well I cheated on you with 2 other guys and never lived you blah blah blah, again I'm NOT victim blaming just saying it doesn't make sense to me.
 
Ok I'm caught up now and didn't realize when I posted that an admin had said enough I just replied.

But anyways I think phone companies only keep up to 2 months? Maybe longer I'm not exactly sure. I think someone told me 2 months when they were trying to retrieve phone messages.

And don't mistake my previous posts, I am not victim blaming, just saying the things said make it hard for a real victim to understand how a victim could say those things.

Either way he will never face jail time or any other punishment if NO ONE is willing to actually make the calls to file reports about either sexual assault, soliciting sex of a minior, animal abuse/neglect etc. These people have to be willing to call, make the reports, and follow threw with them. I bet most don't want to because they may have to go out of state for court or don't think it's worth their time, that's why so many get away with it, or have gotten away with it. And I guarantee that's what hes betting on, that NO ONE will take their time to report him and follow threw.
