    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not sure if you can have FB or Fauna basically any site recover his IP address (if you dont know what that is, its basically like an address for your computer. very basic description) And with that you can block his computer from posting/making new accounts/ etc on this board and facebook. Each site would have to block it independently, but its something to look into. This would also mean, he cannot comment on BOI if it is blocked.

I looked at his post, and was very happy to see people commenting about the sick geckos. Thats why I read all of this. He is the one that should be afraid.

Is there an ip address for your wireless router too? When I was using a computer it would always say connected to ip then an ip number, but if that number was screwed up somehow there wouldn't be Internet like it connected wrong or something went haywire. If it's just computer ips, he can get a new computer, if there's an ip for the actual Internet you're using then you can block it that way but maybe he could switch providers? That's one thing that's so hard to keep people off these sites, maybe the mods have a better understanding of this than I do. I've actually had the ip scramble itself when connecting to Internet in the past and it not work till I restarted everything and it fixed itself. Maybe someone can address this, I would love to see this pig shut down for good.

Regardless of computer or router your ISP address is the same. It's the gateway Internet service providers give you. How they track how many gigs you use if you are on that plan. Its easy to block. Just a headache.

Well wouldn't switching providers change that then? Say he has att and switches to timewarner? I mean with all the info we have here and know what he looks like of that occurred people would know quickly, I'm just trying to understand this as I said he needs shut down before he hurts anymore girls or animals.

And all the people with sick, thin, and dead geckos NEED to report him to his local PD and animal control

Oh, you too? But then again, as a cis white male, how could I possibly know anything about rape or molestation? It's impossible for a straight white man to be raped, so my opinion is obviously just victim blaming. The fact that she used rape as a verb in reference to court systems and police is TOTALLY something a real rape victim would do, and she definitely used the term "victim blaming" multiple times before she saw it posted on here.

I'm obviously uneducated about rape and could NEVER have possibly been raped myself. After all, I'm a man. This is rape culture at it's peak.

That comment I don't believe was directed at YOU and had nothing to do with YOUR knowledge so why are you going off on me when that was to someone else??

Not to mention you took it out of context, and what you're saying makes absolutely no sense as to what I said. Maybe you need to get some sleep and read that fresh in the morning..
 
That being said, after text evidence is posted by Neko, it will be irrefutable that he engaged in statutory rape, or at the very least eliciting a minor. He is not a good person and hopefully enough people step forward to deal him the justice he has coming.

Elexis it wasn't directed at you at all, I completely agree with you. I was saying all of that sarcastically. I had 3 people arguing with me about how she was raped only to find out she wasn't. You were the first person to actually respond in a logical manner.

Again, not directed toward you, but rather the "wymen" who posted before you.

Not at all, I was happy to see someone finally post from a logical standpoint. I often see your posts as abrasive, and arguably the previous ones could have been, but the posts made before yours were simply ridiculous. People telling me that I don't know anything about rape and how I'm making assumptions that she wasn't raped by him...and that it was only electronic communications, so she was "electronically raped". Like, really?

I feel like if I was a woman they wouldn't have argued with me, but because I'm a man I must be contributing to rape culture and think that raping women is fine. It's just ridiculous. I genuinely appreciated your input.

People say all the time the way I talk and word things it comes off rude, mean, etc. I don't try to. I put down what I think how I think it and of people could hear tone behind that text and not how they want to read it I think it would be different. I have seen many people say way worse things and in worse ways. I just dont sugar coat and baby talk adults, shouldn't have to. And of course not everyone will agree with what I have to say, who I do business with, etc but either way I have as much right to make a point as anyone else does, and so do you.

Most women get upset when men talk about rape etc because most men never have it happen to them unless molested as a child or in like prison.. So it's hard for some women to take a man's opinion on rape since it's mainly men who commit rape.. But that in no way excuses that. I have been threw it, I know what it's like, and I know not all men are like that. And yes courts can and do "rape" the victim especially during cross examination when they try to make it the victims fault because of how she presented herself to the man, because she drank to much etc so I can understand why she wouldn't want to go threw it if she had legitimately been raped before. Hell the courts failed me just a few years ago when a guy tried to and I actually faught back actually ended up with a busted up face requiring stitches in my lip, dislocated jaw, bruises and knots around my head and he wasn't going to stop his friend had to pull him off me. But even though he already had a sexual imposition charge from a year or 2 before and ran, they judge let him off with community service and time served... so I can understand why she wouldn't want to go threw it again for him to just walk.

But the more people report this guy the less chance he has of walking. He needs jail time for all he's done.
 
I completely agree, I think he NEEDS to go to jail or prison or it's just going to keep happening. If he thinks he can get away with it, he'll just keep doing it.

That being said, I completely understand how hard it is to actually file a report for rape. I know first hand how hard it is for a girl to make a report, but imagine how much harder it is for a guy to make such a report? If you're a guy and claim rape, people literally laugh at you. They think it's funny. How could a guy be raped? And yet somehow, if a guy chimes in about rape or molestation, he has no idea what a woman must go through. It's simply infuriating to me.

I'm not saying that women have an easier time than men in this regard. NO ONE has an easy time in this matter. But at the same time NO ONE should be disregarded based on their gender, be it MALE OR FEMALE. If you want equality, that means equality in ALL MATTERS.

That being said, yes, you almost always sound rude lol. But I think I do a lot of times as well, and I generally don't mean to. It is a large matter of text interpretation, but I've read enough of your posts to know that it's just how you sound and to take it from a literal point :)

Yes. If she is using her sexual history with Chaz as a point of evidence, then her history with Chaz is entirely up for debate and interpretation. Any point of evidence is subject to questioning. She should either post evidence of the fact that he solicited her for sex, or it should be disregarded as hearsay.

He sent her pics of his ding-a-ling and she pics of herself...... that's not much sexual history right there..... at least not enough for this kind of criticizing and a conversation about rape..... she never said he raped her..... and by you saying her saying this is hearsay your basically saying show proof or it didn't happen..... you were not in the situation and if I were in her position I wouldn't want to be displaying those conversations for everyone to see.... the point is he did it, she was underage, and the whole flock of comments about rape are completely irrelevant...... let's leave further comments after mine to evidence against chaz not anything else!!!! I completely disagree. If she's claiming he asked her for naked photos, then she needs to prove it. This is the BOI, not the cuddle corner. Here, we don't believe everyone just because they say something, especially not someone who has proven themselves to be dishonest and inappropriate in regards to business. She either needs to post proof of the conversations or anyone reading should assume that she is falsifying information. If I say that he sold me 500 animals and they were all healthy and that everything else on this thread is BS, does that make it true? Provide proof, or your claims are nothing but hearsay. Period.

I COMPLETELY AGREE. All I'm asking for is evidence. If people want to accuse me of being a rape enthusiast or accusing her of lying or whatever else that's fine. But until EVIDENCE is provided, every claim should be brought into question.

Also, this is not YOUR thread. This is a thread you created on the BOI. ANYONE is welcome to post here with their evidence, with or without your permission.
