    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello every one. So I have a awesome friend with a mama boa brewing up a dream clutch. However she is trying to figure out how much to sell the babies for. I would Love to help her but I've been away from reptile world to long to even give my two cents, so I offered to bring it here. She said she wants Apple to Apple comparison prices.

"Babies will be Moonglows, Sunglows 100% het Moonglow (just like dad), Ghost 100% het Moonglow (just like mom), and "triple hets" (was never a fan of that term). All poss super since its a hypo x hypo pairing. ^.^ "

Can anyone help?
 
Betty Mae, direct her to Fauna's classifieds area...she can look and see what similar babies are selling for as a baseline, and adjust for her expertise/quality accordingly. There are other classifieds sites as well, though I can't name them here. ;-)
 
I'll let her know, but I think she was looking for updated prices from other breeders. Not sure if she has time to browse the classifieds But I'll tell her.
 
There is no universal price code; and what an established breeder can get for a given baby doesn't necessarily reflect what a new breeder can expect to be offered. It really is a matter of getting a feel for the market; and time away disrupts that (speaking from experience). People sell on facebook, Kingsnake.com, and numerous others (I'm not omitting the names any reason other than not knowing them and not wanting to bother compiling a list...all I ever use are this site and KS).
 
We've only seen a few moonglows for sale. $850-950 seems to be the price range. I personally would spend at least $1000 on a female Moonglow. I miss boas. I wonder if I can talk my husband into letting me get boas instead of BP's LOL
