I don't think that is necessary...she should be policing her own reputation, shouldn't she? We all have the ability to keep track of our own names, and yeah, you have to put up with some flamers, but on the whole, reputation means a lot in this business, bad or good. I find it hard to believe that she cares so little as to not even pay attention when she sees her name up on the monitor !

Because it is the right thing to do. Everyone should have the right to defend himself or herself. She maybe a scam artist and she probably is guilty of everything you say. Maybe she will not care and will not post.

Greg, How can she police her name if she does not know the BOI is here. It has always been the proper thing to do on this forum.

I think you would appreciate it if I let you know I found negative info about you which you may not be aware of.

Every Bad Guy is given the chance to prove themselves either way.

I am not saying you should not be believed, if everything you have stated is true she is a horrible person and you have been wronged. John like you said, “you can back up everything you have said” so that is a good reason to give her the link here.

I can't see why you would not want her to know, it only adds to your credibility.

Anyway there is precedent for it here and she should be afforded the opportunity to defend herself.

Thank You hunter! My animals are my life! She advertisted first on Fauna (here) in the tegu classifieds. Then she went over to kingsnake.com and finally Reptibid. I gave in and decided to purchase the pair. I have no problem with someone sending her a link, I personally will not. I sent pics of this male to many big breeders including Bert at agama. first of all they were personal pets and they were very well taken care of. it was my mistake for keeping them at the pet shop i dont know what happen to them there, but the people that work there love animals and i dont think they would ever do anything to hurt them. the pictures u saw were the tegus and they were current pics you wanted them so u bought them i wasnt hiding anything from you, i bought the male from prehistoric pets as a blue and i think hey know what they are talking about alot more than you do at least. the female and no cut on her what so ever and no scale rot. the only thing that was wrong with her was her neck was alittle beat up from just matting with my male and u know that!!!! the pics of her show it also i wasnt trying to hid anything. as for the male he had maybe an inch or less of his tail missing that he has had for his whole life. and when u called me you threatened me about taken further action and u were shipping them back but i told u, u didnt have my adress and u didnt listen and said that u were shipping them from the adress on the box. which was a p.o box, when u shipped them, i went to the p.o box and asked if a package came and told them my name and who it was from, they said they dont acept packages if the person getting them doesnt have a p.o box with them, which i dont and also the package only had my first name and no number so they refused it. i told you that then u go and ship them again!!!! to the same p.o box but this time u put my name and phone number but they refused it again just like i told you, they wont acept packages from people that dont have p.o boxes!!!!! if you didnt want them u could have just given them to someone instead of shipping them back and forth, u new it was probably going to kill them and u told me that, i cant take them or i would thats why they were at the pet shop. u act like u care so much for reptiles and u act like i'm this horrible person when its the other way around u spend all day righting negative feedback every where u find me and its rediculous. would it have been that had for you if you didnt want them to give them to someone else?

John, If it is not too much trouble. I would like to see actual photos of the tegus that Megan sent you. Are those pics that you posted the tegus that she sent you? As for the shipping back to Mail Box Ext; I personally think it was a bad idea. I just want to get this right. Did she tell you to ship them there? from her story she says she told you that you did not have her address, and you shiped them anyway. That is it. May I ask what you told her after she informed you that you did not have her address? And is it true that you just put a first name on the package with no phone#? If this is true, What in the world did you expect them to do with that package??? Also she says that on the second she told you that they could not deliver it because she did not have a P.O. box there, AND (not or) the package only had her first name and no phone #. Is this true? If so, I guess at this point I am just trying to follow your logic. You only corrected 2 problems (the phone # and the last name), but you still had to deal with the fact that she had no P.O. Box there. Can you please tell me what exactly you were thinking? This whole thing is not making much sense to me at this point.

Personal Pets in which you REFUSED to accept back! Why would anyone Refuse a Package with LIVE reptiles in it!? I don’t even know of anyone that would keep one of their “personal pets” 10 feet from a pet shop! The pics you sent me did Infact look like a pair of blue tegus. When they arrived you could clearly tell they are NOT a pair of blue tegus, one is a B & W and the other is a blue. I’m not going to get into it but Prehistoric’s rep isn’t exactly on solid ground. You figure they would know more… As you can see in the pics that I posted the females nose has been cut pretty badly, how you could of “missed” this is completely beyond me! Maybe it’s not scale rott, but it’s something! You can tell from the pics there is something wrong with her skin as it’s NOT normal. These were sold a flawless and an inch of tail missing isn’t flawless and I should have been told that. There was no threat involved. I simply picked up the phone and let you know I wasn’t happy with the animals and I’d like to send them back. Your Boyfriend as well as yourself told me that I could ship them back buy my money was non-refundable. After the package was refused the first time I called you and e-mailed you the name, number, and address of the UPS facility that had them. You completely ignored and neglected your animals at that time. Regardless if they won’t accept them I did Infact give you the information to pick them up in person. I told you that if you did not pick them up they may die. Seven (7) days in a box is a disaster for ANY animal! LOL I’m going to let everyone here decide who is the bad guy as clearly it is not me. I have all of your e-mails and so on so if there is anything I need to prove it can be done. As for threats I do Infact vividly remember you saying, “my dad owns a law firm”, “I’ll press charges”. Over what, An unhappy customer? So you couldn’t take them back, therefore you throw everything on me and say go screw yourself as you did? LOL I spent $545.00 on 1.1 Blue Tegus which I DID NOT receive! Why would I GIVE them away?! I should of just turned to a friend of mine or a homeless guy and gave him the money if that was the case. Anyways I don’t think I need to do any more explaining.

I am currently on my lunch break and do not have time to download the photos but I will see if I even still have them. Megan may be able to supply those pics. Those are the pics of the tegus, not the ones she sent me. She would NOT give me her address to ship them back to. I told her I would ship them back to Mail Boxes Ext. and she could pick them up there. She said "you can ship them back but you will not be getting your money back" I also got the same quote from her boyfriend. I called ups with the correct information as it was my mistake not putting her last name on the slip. There was a phone number, mine as well as Megans Cell. Megan never told me anything about them not accepting packages. I have the e-mails I have been sent and this was never mentioned over the phone. Once they refused the package the first time Megan was called and e-mail the information where the package was being held. She could have easily drove over and picked them up. Clearly she cared-less and decided she wanted to screw me.

i never refused them, for the last time i didnt even have a chance to. the mail box that u sent them to twice refused them just like i told u they would. you never gave me a chance to give u my adress u were to busy telling what u were going to do if i didnt give u your money back. you know very well i dont have a computer and the only way i can check my emails, is if i'm at a friends. so why didnt you call me with the tracking number and were they were? when u knew i wasnt going to see the email for a week or so??? and the pics u saw are the pics of the animals u bought along with the female showing the condition of her neck. here are the pics

yes it is, but its a feeder cockatiel it couldnt be sold because its beack was deformed and because of that it couldnt eat properly. those pics are the exact ones john saw

If anything you tried to belittle me by saying what you were going to do and who you know. I didn't once threaten you, that is what you have done to me. I was told "I will not give you my address, they are your animals and you will not get your money back!" I like the way you totally lie on here, I find it amusing! Your now turning into such a sweetheart, who would of thought? You must be blind if you can't see the gash in her nose, it makes her look like she has "lips". Shall I get close up's of all of the problems I'm stating? I'd be more then happy to prove you wrong! Look below in the e-mails. She again lies about not even knowing they were shipped and she had never recieved the tracking number.

I purchased these animals as flawless, why was I never told about any of these "problems"? As you can see your wish didn't come through and I wasn't happy with what I recieved.

I don't know about the Mail Boxes Ext. there but mine always calls me if a package comes in. I did call ups so they would of had all of her information in their system. All I have is the UPS tracking information that states it's been refused. Megan and her Boyfriend WOULD NOT give me their home address. As you can see in the e-mail she said it's MY problem and I won't be getting my money back. I also gave her the information of where she could pick them up. Again she blew them off, "her own personal pets she loved" when she could of prevented this entire thing.

Pics CAN be deceving. Did you represent them as Flawless? We also need to also deal with the issue of if the one Tegu is a Blue or a B&W. It looks like an Argentine B&W to me, but I am not a Tegu expert. Is there anyone here that is qualified to have a look and tell us. Megan, if it turns out that you sold him a B&W Tegu, do you think that is right? Just because someone conned you, does not make it right to pass the scamm on to someone else. Now I will give you the benifit of the doubt, and assume you did not know, but know you know there is some question as to what it actually is. So if it comes back that this Tegu is a B&W, dont you think you should stand behind what you sell? Can someone actually just post a pic of the one tegu in question? They were indeed (supposed to be flawless or in her words "perfect"). I'll have to scan in the Add she had on Reptibid as it's no longer there. I don't know if her one here on fauna states the same things. As I stated early on I sent pics off to a few bigger respected breeders (Bert - Agama, Bennett - Beardiedragon, Bill - ASF Reptiles). I also had a few friends take a look at them as well as some local herp stores. All of the results came back the same, it's a Argentine Black and White. I could really care less what she bought them as through Prehistoric as People missrepresent animals and sell them as others all of the time. Is this right, HELL NO! I purchased a pair of Blues and that's not what I recieved. It's not my fault that she was scamed into buying it from Prehistoric as a Blue (or she just wanted to scam me) and had to pay alot more money.

I posted under the name PristinePythons which I'm no longer going by. Reason for this is I had a few partners, One had some deals go bad and he wasn't following up with anything. A month had gone by and I was getting phone calls about their deals in which I had NO knowledge about. I recieved these calls as my partners stated that they were assosiated with me (Pristine Pythons) which was correct at the time. At that time I realized if I wanted to do this and do it right I would need to go off on my own (good partners can be hard to find I guess). I have not tried to hide this, on every forum and every post my name is in the Sig. I notified the Webmaster here and let them know when I did the change (not long ago). To this day I am still trying to help those in which my "business partner" has not gotten back to.
I just wanted to State this to avoid confusion.
