Roy Munson again yet another person posting here with knowing the true facts. Roy are you publicly saying I wrote a check from a closed account? Which means the checking would have had been closed before I wrote the check which is a crime? Can you please provide us evidence support your above comment or are you tell agreeing that you really don't have any fact other then juts worthless word supporting an issues you know really nothing about?


PS. Please provide to us some sort of truth supporting your comment or withdraw them! Support fact would be the date of the original check and the date of the closed account!

I'll stick to simple facts then: you've owed April money for a long time and you haven't paid her. That's all I really need to know to judge your character. Good guys don't do this which makes you a bad guy.

Are you calling April a liar, you scumbag? You wrote a check on a closed account. You said you would get the money to her, but you STILL haven't. You're a dishonest, thieving, moronic scumbag.

Regardless, I brought them to his house at a later date and he paid with a check. Maybe I was too trusting, but I guess I assumed that people I knew there would warn me if they knew he were not a good guy to deal with. Well, when I cashed the check the account was closed. Afterward, people at the meetings told me about him and said I wasn't going to get my money back. When I contacted him he told me that his checkbook had been stolen and he would get the money to me. I never recieved anything.

YOU wrote a check on an account that was already closed. YOU knew it was closed. YOU knew it would not clear. YOU knew that and did it anyway.

Show us the date, on your bank statement, that your account was closed. Then April can show us the date on the check and when she recieved it.

Well lets see the lady went to cash the check and the account was closed thus she was left holding a Bad Check. Now if the account was closed before you wrote that check I don't know but it doesn't change the FACT that you wrote a bad check two years ago and have not made good the funds. If it were me I'd turn the Check over to the local DA and see what they can do for you Chuck.

Now in my experience those who have to show the world their toys and state over and over again that they are doing well, tend to be full of Shitski . Looking at this from the outside (just like everyone else here) It appears that you wrote a bad check and knew it was a bad check and can't come up with the funds to make good on your legal debt. Now that is pretty much how it is right Chuck.

Keep spouting off and getting your panties in a wad hell it's easy to see when this is getting to you, your already piss poor use of the written English language gets to where your post are incomprehensible. So yeah keep saying this doesn't matter to you! it is easy to see your full of it and it gets to you in a big way..

To be honest the method of using this forum as a form of FREE litigation really only lengthens the solution process.

Now April I’ve have been shut out of the Minnesota Reptile Community, Again as in all other posts, Is it at all possible to post a Name, Phone number and or email to provide any sort of evidence of any relationship of any kind that has been DISSOLVED due to this thread or my decision regarding the lack of attention of your payment? April I purchased the reptiles from you ONLY to support a fellow herp member first of all. If you remember we made made several attempts to meet, Also not to include one or two day call returns. I've never told you I would not take care of it. All you need to do was stop by. I understand you don't drive. To also answer you I have posted message dated back to 2006 from you regarding this issue. As well it didn't start here, You had already did what you could through the herp society long before posting here. I think you need to keep in mind, I been a member for more then 14-15 years or so and I maybe sold 40 herp in Minnesota in that time. Again to answer you question you posted this issue here even after readying that Arron got paid and was paid extra. All your supporter have caused me legal issues, and ect. Which is has only make this take longer, the solution is not easy for me to clean up nor will it before for the resolving your issues steamed from your posts.


PS. If I was planning to bet you why where you able to drop by my house? Seems you where able to drop them off but not able to stop back by to pickup the funds!

April don't make it seem as if I know the account was closed. I told you what happend regarding the account, We all know TCF sucks which was a bad business decision on my part. Not to include when you informed me of this issues I also told you I'd had ordered you a copy of two of the hep related DVD's I ordered also which is still some where around my facility. Please also remember that you drop them off at my house also which again was another way of my saying there would be no issues. The current issues are based on my reaction to your action flat out. Call me what you want! I'd rather pay you $1000 dollars later then to sent you $120 today, I feel the way I feel! You and all your friends have put me though far more then your $120. But I will tell you in the end you'll be paid.

Ravensgait has exposed my financial situation for it's trueness I've only got 4 cents in the bank, and I currently am posting from a library computer, I really work cleaning up the building I posted and robbed a local Arcade room for those games. It really only me and a my Black RETF which is really green but I painted it!
