As for playing with reptiles, I'm not new to keeping and or breeding reptiles, I had ball pythons back when there was few captive breed and only imports and far before the internet.

So? I was playing with snakes long before you were born. And when I actually started breeding corn snakes, you were only 3 years old. When I decided to make it a business, you were only 10. That STILL does not qualify me as a herpetologist. So I seriously doubt whatever it is you think you are doing with your animals qualifies you for that label. A "Steve Irwin", I hate to inform you, you likely are not, even ignoring the "herpetologist" issue.

Infact you are correct, and since we're taking turned please review to my posts back in 2009, I still asking the same question so lets start there. Is there anyone in the BOI that can provide factual evidence court finding support I have scammed, stolen or even been accused of any such crime in a court of law? I believe giving this thread is about me scamming such documentation supersede providing April with any additional compensation.

To even use the term confiscated, the confiscation would have needed to be legal. True to Minnesota LAW at no point can an animal be giving or otherwise provided possession to without owns consent! Yes, Charles had many animals confiscated by St. Paul animal control several months ago when his Grandmother called them to remove the animals after Charles had ignored several requests by her to remove the animals from her garage. St. Paul animal control is not set up to care for a large number of reptiles so they were given to a private individual outside of the city of St. Paul.

Frankly I give a lot of credit to St. Paul animal control for not simply destroying the animals then and there as is their right, especially considering that there were a number of animals that are illegal in St. Paul.

The illegal animals have already been placed in other facilities outside of the city and April was told to go ahead and pick out three ball pythons from those that were confiscated. The rest, in time, will most likely go up for adoption through the Minnesota Herp Society.

April is a good friend of mine. I was there when April sold those ball pythons to Charles. I was busy with some business of my own and didn't notice that she had taken a check from him for her ball pythons. I felt very badly that I hadn't had a chance to warn her about him.

April is a very nice person who is very conscientious about doing the right thing and being fair with everyone she deals with. She's too good of a person to have to deal with some jerk stealing from her and then mocking her for it. And then to see some other Jackass casting aspersions on her character because of what she did or did not post is just too much.

I'm glad she feels that this is over for her now and she has some kind of closure. Granted, a bunch of mite infested snakes is not an ideal ending, but at least its an ending.

The fact is your animals were confiscated as you stated yourself in the rebuttal post. Regardless if at some point you received some back.

Yeah, why we are at it look closely at that second bold line in your rebuttal about paying someone back. You only made that claim to pay her back about a dozen times here over what, the last five or six years. That's even after you stated you knew she received some of your animals.

So now you want to claim the reason you haven't paid her back is because she has/had some of your animals? That was in 2007! Now your going to say your going to make a donation in her name? What is wrong with you?

you've made your point is yet another reflection of the just simply how misleading the BOI can be!

All people have to do is start at the beginning of this thread and read all of your posts. All the promises you made to two people that took for ever to get resolved for one and the other you never fulfilled what you stated.

You talk about all companies receiving complaints?

Not all companies or individuals seem to have the problems you do. Many of us know people who have been doing just this hobby/business for 20 years with no complaints like those you have received. Does it mean they are perfect? No, but they know how to treat their customers and others they are doing business with.

You have had publicized problems with every business venture that has been brought up on this thread. From your mini bike business, your problems on the Vbulletin website with the person that designed a website for you. Your two retail locations for computer repair and your snake buying and selling ventures.

You seem to think, oh well everybody has problems and you blow it off.

Sorry, but not everyone has the problems you do.

Maybe, just maybe, the problems are with you and how you handle situations?

Last time you came on here and accused members here of being pedophiles and all kinds of nasty comments.

Your professionalism has never shown here so yes my bias would be that the people in the videos who say not to do business with you, the posts on ripoff report and other forums weigh heaver than you saying you have funds and can purchase reptiles.

So you flash some cash and that makes you great to do business with?
