Do you not think that you have wronged Aaron in this transaction?

You changed the terms of the trade after the fact.
If in fact, the money order was sent, you have admitted that you know that it has not been cashed.

Aaron has given you no reason to suspect that if the money order showed up at a later date, that he would try and take advantage of you. He shipped you the pythons on good faith. Besides, two people have posted on a public forum that they would back that payment.

It seems obvious to everyone here but you that all Aaron is trying to do is receive what he is owed so that he can put this behind him.

Do the right thing and pay him. You can't possibly believe that all of this attention can possible be any good for you or any of your endeavors.

I'm not going to worry about any of this it's all just worthless the point still remanies that I sent a money order out and will need to wait the time frame. I guess I off to jail now! Thanks for making some sense of this all, No an planning to ride the wave good or bad... I so know that some time it is easier to its have paid but as you can see I would rather waste 100K in court fighting my point then to pay Aaron's $400... Is has probably effect my business BUT if I have to give my offspring away I will I love the herps and nothing will get my way. This is the same things as the Pocket bike things We had issues I paid and got y own track now as ride when ever! Some did not like how was wanted things to do... I do understand that there was a agreement made BUT I thought the payment option was still available. Case Closed! I later then did send the money order and now it lost simply sending another one would have resolved all this but things are what they are...

I am Sorry for all this, I sure hpe you can understand my point. Here are somthing I talked over with a my contact at someone at the Federal Trades Commission. http://www.ftc.gov/

I came up wiht this.

1. Wait the time frame for the Cancellation and I will refund the complete amount and still grant you the offspring? If this is your option I will call and find out the date in the morning.

2. I will send the $100 dollors ASAP that we know is not be paid, and await the time frame.

3. I will have the snake Examed by a Vet and send them back, But you pay for the shipping. Due to me having to pay for the vet exam. The vet exam will inform you of the health of the snake as this point.


PS. Which ever option you choose I will post in trades sectino of this fourm and you can reply from there.

Chamco Funny, I push the Mobility cart, How you know I use it when I have to carry thousand of dollars worth of target equipment to my office for testing. Well, well, well....now we're getting somewhere.

I'll tell you what, Chucky Boy...if you can post a screen shot of a valid Money Order receipt, and your copy (which of course will be date stamped by the Post Office) of the form you filed showing it as lost, and that date is the same as the date you stated you had filed the lost claim, I'll pay the $289 myself, and you can pay me when the 60 days has passed. How's that for a deal? You risk absolutely nothing.

The only reason in the world that you'd pass up that deal is if you A) never sent a money order and can't produce a receipt, or B) haven't filed a lost claim with the USPS yet.

What do you say?

I would not have been as eager to post this thread if you had been a little more cooperative with me. You have told many different versions of this tale. IF you had of told me in the beginning that you sent a money order, and it got lost, I would of been less angry, but would have still expected you to take care of it then, not 60+ days later. You have told me over and over that you would pay me on a certain date, not the end of the 60 days. A straight story, and the completion of that story would have saved all of the issues that we had. I am still very disgusted with your business ethics, both with the money and that you canceled the trade after we had a deal.

What I want is this, in response to your previous 3 choices.

1. I want you to pay me the money that you owe me. $389.76. This has now gone on for over 10 weeks now. That is 70 days, when did you buy this money order?

2. You were supposed to have sent out a check for the other $100 on 11/18. Where did that go? You told me that you sent a cashier's check for $289.76 to me on 11/11/05. Then you were to send another check for $100.00 on 11/18.

3. I do not want the animals back. I don't know how you take care of your animals. This is not an attack on you. I don't know how anyone else takes care of their animals either, but buying over the internet has to do with trust. I don't trust you enough to have the animals returned.

I do NOT wanted you to mail anything to me via USPS. Either send it Fedex, UPS, or Paypal so there is an easily traced version of proof.

You have made jokes and smart alec comments on all of the suggestions from everyone here. You feel that nothing can be done to you for not completing your side of the deal. Although I have not filed anything with a police department yet, I did spend some time talking to them today. Interstate Felony Fraud is a very realistic charge for this. I will be taking some time off of work at the end of this week to sit down with an officer and complete whatever paperwork is needed. I also talked to the police in St Paul today. They told me how to file this so that they will take action. I don't wish to go that route. I simply wish for you to pay me, then go away.

Before you say it, the information about the police is not a threat. I have not threatened you yet, nor will I. I am just letting you know what I am doing, as I have done throughout this entire ordeal. Calculating how much I make an hour against the amount of time I have put into this, I am well over the worth of the snakes in the first place. Please just take care of this so we can both get on with our business.

Aaron, now that the thumbscrews are in place, if Chuck doesn't cut-the-crap and pay, I hope you are standing by with the biggest possible crescent wrench, and that you tighten those thumb screws until Chucky's eyes pop out of his head. Anything less would be uncivilized.
