Why did you not just do this in the first place. Do you not realize that you have not shown any proof that you ever purchased a money order? All you have to do is post a picture of the receipt. Why is this so hard?

Do you not believe in honesty? From all your dealings with others, this seems to be the way you treat people. Why would anyone want to do business with you? You have not been reliable at all. You start out a trade and then back out at the last minute, is this how you expect others to treat you? Taking this to court will only cause you more problems than I think you are ready to handle. Oh, also selling off your family to make a point in court, that is really low.

By the way, I though you only had 30 chameleons, your sig line states 9.19.

9.19 One Dies was very small and weak on arrival.
Note: I never make a big issues out of it.

15.35 AS of today, and UPS never sent 10 so the replacements will be arriving soon.

15.45 Once my replacement arrive! Whom will purchases all those babies? I
guess after this all no one on there? HEHEH right?

Hay I will agree on you all with one things, This has had a much greater effect on a few of my deals than I thought. Well not really I was told to take care of my part so once court is over I am guessing alls is good?

Hay Chameo will you once this is all over and Aaron has been sent his money can we finish that deal?

Charles, why didn't you post the receipt for the money order when you said you would? Everyone is afraid of being ripped off. You posting proof that you sent the money would have ended this.

Regardless of who files what, YOU possess an item that YOU did not pay for.

And with all of this fine documentation about your attitude about the matter that you've provided here, do you honestly think a judge , and/or police, will find in YOUR favor? (below is a summary in my own words of the situation, much simplified)

Victim: Charles, I didn't get the money you said you sent. Can you send me a picture of the receipt or the money order number?

You: <unintelligible> <unintelligible> -translation - I sent it, not my fault if you didn't get it. If I have to cancel it, you have to wait 2 months to get your money.

Victim: Ok, that seems unfair since I wanted to do a trade. But... do you have a receipt? It's fine if you have to cancel the order, things do get lost in the mail, but I would like proof that you did send it so I know you're not trying to scam me.

You: I'll do it when I get to the office.

.... which never happened!!!

Come ON! Anyone would be upset by now.

So... Scan the @*(%#$ receipt or give a serial number, or admit you LOST the receipt, or admit you never sent it!

Riiiiiiight. Anything that Chucky says is easily lost in all the drivel spews forth from him.
Aaron, go after this dude with all that you've got. Don't settle for just the payment for your animals. I'm talking court costs, time off work, travel expenses if neccessary, the works. Justice is SWEET.
This whole ordeal is utterly ridiculous, and that's the understatement of the year. No one should have to put up with this.

Ok.. I was bad and got in trouble for it. It seems i have to be civil to you know who even though my instincts tell me otherwise.

As for the matter of a money order... the link here is pretty good... http://www.usps.com/missingmoneyorders/welcome.htm you can look up the Money order # and see if it was in fact cancelled. The usps maintains a list and this list was updated as of this morning, so it is very accurate. Chuck, if you have nothing to hide, Post an image of the MO... seems like a reasonable request... if you have nothing to hide, that is all you need to do. This really doesnt have to be so nasty and mean... Post the Image... that is ALL people are asking for.

Thanks to all those that have helped expose this situation, particularly you Aaron. Regrettably I also think the chances of getting your money back are slim. Get restitution in court might be tough as there are at least three ways the accused can plea...It’s also unfortunate that this “discussion” ended in two people being fined and suspended. Jim Flaherty was one, who was the other?

Charles, after all the questions I asked you, you get upset over the amount of chameleons I was curious about. You cannot even answer basic questions anyone asks you, why should I believe anything you say?

You constantly tell everyone to read what you have posted. How about YOU read what YOU have posted, make some sense man!! Your garbled posts are difficult enough I only want to read them once. Tell us how many times you have told us you will post the money order receipt. Now tell us how many time you have not posted the money order receipt.

You have shown no proof here, you have misleading information, you tell lies constantly. You would rather throw away your family to prove a point and sell all your reptiles too. Why would the judge believe you, you have proved nothing. You cannot make a point that is worth standing up for in court. The policeman that was over taking a report on all of this was probably laughing at you as soon as he sat down in his car. Again, why should I believe anything you have posted here?

Also, I really do not think "Chameo" wants to finish that deal (his handle is "Chamco"). "Read", I believe he already told you that. Of course I really think anyone here believes you would actually pay him anyways. Get it through that thick skull of yours, you do not pay what you owe, grow up and be responsible for once. Pay your dues and move on!! All this talk about court now is not very bright. Aaron can copy all of this and use it in court against you.

If you have not noticed yet, his warning level has nothing to do with you not paying Aaron. There are others here with no warning levels and you will not hold an intellegent conversation with them. Aaron has no warnings and you will not pay him, yet you are in the red with your karma points and he is in the green. Take a hint.

Hey Aaron (or others so motivated) ..

I think that the suggestion about contacting other entities with in the reptile community whom you believe do (or may do) business with CS Reptiles is worth a go. They may not care one bit, or they may keep it in mind should they ever be considering some form of credit (to include "ship first") with CS. I think just a one-paragraph note would do, stating that you had been scammed, that CS' business ethics were in the toilet, and with a link to this thread, would do. And CS, when you say this:

... the response from Chameo (whom I speak for) is that how you will resolve this matter will effect any business considerations. As it now stands, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell. Prompt resolution of this matter would stop what seems to be the endless bleeding of your reputation.
And yes, I managed to enrich Rich by $10 for the use of derogatory words. Rich was kind enough to trade some side notes with me on the issue, and at best we agree to disagree. As mentioned before, I do try to earn my warning points.
