Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OK let me start off by saying, I've sort of been following this from the get go.And I was not going to get involved. But anger has got the better of me 
(again) Mr. Shuck it seems to me, that you think you are dealing with some very UN-educated people here, that is so far from the truth. Despite the fact you out right "Robbed Aaron" and countless others... it occurred to me that you have an excuse for everything to suit yourself, but the fact remains the same..... You are only lying to yourself "NOBODY" here is going to believe a word you say, And I for one given the evidence here I would count on a you being found guilty of theft and fraud. You see Mr Shuck being down this sort of road myself I know first hand, These good people here have seen though your B.S from the first words you typed.But on another Note if you mailed out M.O's or checks on such and such days if you had a return address on them 95 % of the time, they would of been sent back by the people who's name were not who received them, So once again B.S. I have read this from the beginning and still am a little confused what you are going to court for. Are you going to court to prove you have 60 days from the time you file your claim of a lost money order until the post office deems it actually lost? If so, I believe everyone on this board will concede that point.
If you're going to go to court so that a judge can say you don't have to pay Aaron until the 60 day time limit is up, I don't believe you. From when?
Maybe the courts in Minnesota have nothing to do but I don't think so.

Clearwater_Reptiles The money order that where mixed up, Where sent to different address and where later remailed to the correct address because I had place the Names, Address and phones to the person(s) on the Money Order. My customers took it upon themselves to forward then payment to the correct people for me. And I thank them for that. I have ask a few of them not to post in this thread until everything have been clear, once this all has been done, I will proved more then enough references, For anyone that need to know anything about me. Sorry you feel as if read a few old post on the internet from arguments I have had on the net makeup me as a person that so be it. Sadly to unfortunately you run at the mouth with any advance to any of these claims other then a few old posts.
PS. I disagree with all of your means in which to prove things, This would have be simply but if I would have be ask early one to just provide the evidence in the first place I would have simply posted it and went my way, Everyone made there mind right at the post, Which again provides me with more evidence toward my case.

kmurphy matter, it you have read anything, that all I want to do is prove me case. Seems all the support of the legal action have not dropped out... Well guess you should not start something you one don’t have the means to finish and plan to. AS fr the reptils Community I post long ago I not in this for the money, I love breeding reptiles and If I have give them away I will... To prove my case I have also forwarded this link to all whom I am currently dealing with now, All but three have informed me that this ONE deal and or few deals out of my 12 + Years on doing business with any of my thress business. Will not effect out business.
PS. See the problem here is that your all standing as one, Which is why I am going the legal way, call BBB and check my status on any one of my business. I have been a member for several years now.

and yes, we are standing as one. That is why this forum was created to allow the reptile community to have a place to weed out the bad people in this industry and warn others of their antics. It is also a place for the good guys to shine and to let other herpers know they are safe to do business with. This is why the small time breeder is going the way of the dinosaurs. Nobody wants to do business with the small breeders anymore because they dont know who to trust and I dont blame them. It sure gives the big breeders a lot mroe business but will ultimately kill the industry. WHo wants to spend $400 on an animal when no money will be returned? Of course not everybody is in it to make money but I like to make enough to at least keep my collection fed and maintained. With more and more instances just like this one, its getting harder and harder to do.

I'd like to think the BOI is attempting to accomplish just the opposite. Giving a forum to the small time guys so others will feel comportable dealing with them.

As been said many times before, it is obvious that he is a thief and has no intention of making good on the debt. I can only make my suggestion based upon what I would do if I were in your shoes Aaron. Here goes:
1) I would copy, in a very neat format, all of your data as well as all of the data provided to you via this forum. Make it simple and easy to follow. Label each individual section so that the officer can quickly find their way around.
2) Get off the pot and call his local PD as well as your PD and file a report. Stay on top of this and do not back down.
3) I would then start calling people in which he has done or is doing business with. I would direct them to this forum and also provide them copies of all of your documentation. Be very careful in your wording. Keep it professional and make sure all heresay is left out. You do not want a libel/slander issue slapping you in the face. Allow the person you are dealing with to draw their own conclusions. I know, that as an individual, that I am very glad you brought this to my attention so that I can steer clear of this guy. I am sure all others are just as appreciative.
Here is a list of people in which I have found that have a link to Chuck:
1) Thunder Alley CEO Renee Stoddard. It is through Thunder Alley's relationship with the Minnesota Thunder, that Chuck deals with Target as they are a corporate sponsor of the Thunder. Chuck deals directly with Renee and she needs to be made aware of his activities, especially if she is in the midst of business transactions with him.
2) I would contact the owner of the company Vbcore. Their website is http://www.vbcore.com/forum/index.php Let them know what it is you are doing and I am sure they will be more than happy to assist as Charles stiffed them for almost $6000.
3) I would contact at The Shoe, 14622 Ferret Street North West
Ramsey, Minnesota 55304. Chuck races there and again, depending upon the nature of his relationship, I would assume they would want to know about his dealings.
4) Chris, aka Potpie, can be reached at (612) 919-3485. He can provide a wealth of knowledge regarding Chucks character. He can also provide you with contact information regarding a list of people who Chuck has screwed over money wise. Despite what he says, he has never made good to the oil and welder guys. Matter of fact, he still owes Chris money.
5) Also, a person by the name of Jeremy (I did not get his last name) has more information pertaining to Chuck. His number is 816-204-6612. I did not speak to Jeremy directly but was given his name/number as an individual of interest.
6) Also, not sure if this helps or not, but another phone number for Chuck, under the old business name of aisinc.com is 1.651.917.7500
7) I would also contact SABA, the Selby Area Business Association and let them know of his activities. He is a member there.
8) I would contact Pine Run at www.pinerunracing.com Chuck races there and again, depending upon the nature of his relationship, I would assume they would want to know about his dealings.
9) I would contact Tim Bernloehr at ProKart Indoors at www.prokartindoor.com Chuck races there and again, depending upon the nature of his relationship, I would assume they would want to know about his dealings.

I have printed off each persons name just in case Chuck decides to take that portion down as he has other links. If they disappear, just PM me and I will email you copies.

12) Here is a list of Target stores close to his house. I would spend the time calling each one to see if they recognize his name. 13) Not sure on this idea so I will leave it up to you. I know Kevin and Kelli Bryant would not look lightly upon his activities. These are the owners of Rodentpro. Whether or not they would choose to not do business with this guy is anyone's guess but again, I would want to know.
