In the course of the last 24hrs, I've been in email contact with Charles and with his permission (my apologies Charles if you were only being sarcastic) I have included those emails below for those who wonder where things stand between him and myself.

I truly hope things get resolved with April, I cannot fathom what she must be going through.

As I've stated before, I'll be happy to discuss any potential business relationships once you have met my stated criteria. Please understand that this is the only way I'd feel comfortable enough to even think about doing business with you. You've seemed to have dug yourself one deep hole and it will take a lot of effort on your part to clear your name enough to be considered reliable by anyone. For your sake, I hope you at least show some effort.

Just for reference and so we are 100% clear on what I will require from you before I will discuss any business with you, I will need the following criteria to be met:

* You will need to provide me a consistent record of favorable business transactions for at least 12 consecutive months.
o I will ask for email addresses from at least 6-12 people you have done business with in the last year.
o The 6 transactions that you provide as a reference must be spread throughout the last 12 month history to show me the consistency of favorable transactions.
* Show me that you can hold a professional conversation, meaning no degrading, no name calling, and being able to hold yourself accountable for your actions / non-actions.
* And I would want confirmation that your prior bad business transactions have been cleared - Pay April and whoever else you may owe money to.

Again, these are the only 3 easy requirements that I ask of you before we can discuss a potential business relationship.

I was not promising anything I can arrange a certified check from my account each month for that amount for rabbits. I’m sure if you really read the threads I’ve been attached on this hole this not to include the removal of my reptiles twice now and costs totaling in the 2K-3K range. So yea I tanking all my issues out on April and that my issues she’ll be paid back her $120 plus an additional $200-300 or so. I didn’t think it was business like for you to send my email out regarding our business before even emailing me to inform me of your action which was not business like in anyway. So again since this hole issues I have purchased over 70 reptiles from 40 different deals and every persons was email the link to that thread ad has not stopped doing business with me in any regards. So again I’m looking for dead rabbits to seller as larger food items as a very discounted rate, I currently an spend over $1400/mo in rabbit food feeding my large pythons.

PS. I have had a bad altitude regarding that forum based on all my issues, and currently and working on clearing things up.

In regards to your situation, it is VERY businesslike to forward your email to other people as a precaution to them. I have been very professional in my correspondence to you and everyone else and by being professional, I have refrained from name calling.

I know my industry quite well, and I can assure you nobody will be willing to do business with you for the promise of $1-2000/month once they see the thread on the FaunaClassifieds site.

If you had acknowledged your errors in the business transaction with Aaron and again with April AND had made an honest attempt to fix these situations in a timely manner, then I might have considered doing business with you. But because of the fact that you took more than 4 months to correct one of those situations, and have yet to correct the 2nd to my knowledge, I don't feel confident it would be a wise business move on my part. It's easy to make promises, luckily for me I don't do business based on promise.

In closing, I know you viewed my website - where you emailed me from - and if you were truly searching for feeder rabbits, you would have noted that on my Rabbit Products page, the very first thing noted was that I DO NOT ship rabbit meat or rabbit Products at this time. It is also noted on my Rex page (which are my meat/feeder rabbits) that "We also raise Rex and Mini Rex/Rex cross rabbits for meat and fur. The rabbits on this page have been bred and raised specifically for this purpose and are NOT for sale as Live Breeders or Pets. I list them here only as reference for those inquiring on the availability of meat." So I don't know how it would be possible to do business since I do not ship frozen and I do not sell live feeders.

When you are able to show me a consistent record of favorable business transactions for at least 12 consecutive months AND show me that you can hold a professional conversation, then contact me again and I'll see what we can arrange... but until then YOU have a lot of work ahead of yourself to clear your name.

I'm sorry, however due to your personal, and unbusinesslike, conduct on the FaunaClassifieds Forum, I do not see a favorable reason on my part to conduct business with you.

I also feel I should inform you that I am a very involved member in the Rabbit Community and I will be forwarding a link to that thread for all in the Rabbit Industry to see. I happen to know all the key people in every aspect of Rabbit Industry/Community. I recommend not pursuing or attempting to contact anyone else in the Rabbit industry, as it will be wasted time on your part.

A thief is someone that takes property from another without payment. You received three ball pythons from April in the winter of 2005. You gave her a bad check. In that time you have not paid her one penny for the animals. You stole them, you are a thief.

That Funny I think I sold over 5000 pocket bikes that summer, and setup the racing league which cost over 5K and an additional $800 per month to race all for free and all on my tab, I'm well love in the pocket bike community I think you need to check on that thread on the pocket bike forms. That is always a requirement of mine. Even when I sell live show rabbits to other breeders (regardless if I've already done business with them in the past), I always wait for payment to clear before shipping ANYTHING.

For this reason, PayPal tends to be my preferred method of payment since they send those beautiful Payment Cleared reminders and they not only help protect the buyers, but they help protect the SELLERS too! And I think that's awesome.
