Seems like another person just wasn't happy with the purchase they made and tried to make up stories to get some $$ out of the seller...but you have to get up pretty early in the morning to fool the "BOI Detectives"

just quitting doesn't help you nor does what you posted show that the seller is responsible for the geckos you took to the vet. all you had to do is post pics of the said injuries and the dead gecko that we can positively identify as the geckos that were sent to you. it is really that simple.

100%.. he is making himself look bad in this situation to come here with such strong accusations but isn't willing to contribue to prove his point...

How come you never posted pictures? The only ones I've seen were from Peter and they all looked great.

The only thing you have PROVEN, throughout this ENTIRE thread, is that not only do you have no grammar skills, but that You DON'T need a vet, (which you ended up going to one) and that you took "geckos" to a vet. There is no PROOF that they are the same geckos that you recieved.

And you know what, I'm happy with the outcome. I know you don't care enough about your low dollar animals to take them to a vet because they are low dollar animals, I know you can't just admit that you are wrong and be an adult about the situation, and I now have one more person to add to my DNSTOBF list..

Yeah, it didn't occur to you at all to take critters you say were sick to the vet on their account, you simply bent to public opinion.

Jeff you started the drama.

It's plain to see while reading our initial email exchange that you are unreasonable.

Since I know for a fact that no geckos had broken limbs when they left my care and Jeff never stated that the box was crushed etc I'd really like Jeff to confess and let us know how some of the geckos had broken legs when he took them to the vet today.

Jeff, did you break their legs? How did you do it. Just come clean.

There was a recent thread where a fake invoice was created, and this one looks pretty fishy.

Pud, you are definitely covering something up. There is no doubt about it. You have proven NOTHING other than you are an untrustworthy person. There was nothing wrong with the gecko's that were sent and the packing was done quite well. There is NO WAY that those geckos were harmed to the point of broken bones during shipping. You never mentioned to ANYONE that a gecko had died and "all of a sudden" a dead animal shows up in your fabricated "proof". Now you refuse to post proof of the dead gecko for verification. This tells me, and I am willing to wager most would agree, that you are a liar. I hope you are happy with the decisions you have made here because this will be here forever. You did prove one thing, however. YOU are the Bad Guy and you wear it quite well.

I think that he is just mad because he used the milk containers to ship..because its not a deli cup. And I think had people started out siding with pud he was going to use that as his "kill shot" to get the money he was after.

And you know what pud? I am almost tempted to buy something from this so called HORRIBLE seller, ask him to ship everything in milk containers, and when everything arrives safely post pics of the whole unboxing just to PROVE that YOU are the BAD GUY!

Either that or you can man up and confess. And either way you will still be the bad guy, but if you confess at least people will credit you with that...

With the way technology is these days, you almost have to TRY to take pictures as terrible as the ones Pud tried to use as his "proof" lol.....I can take better pics with my iPhone no doubt about it....theres just no excuse for such unsubstantial proof.

Another case of a buyer looking to take advantage of a seller, and having it backfire. My dad used to say "When you tell the truth, you don't have to remember what your story was."

Jeff, we are still waiting for you to tell us how you broke the leg bones on those geckos. I am not kidding about this and it is not funny. Again, anyone can see the box as I packaged it in post #2 of this thread. You can also see all of the geckos as of August 13th (post #12 in this thread).

Those animals were fine when I sent them and when you received them. You, Jeff Otterberg of www.pudsleopardgeckos.com, did something to them when you got them. I don't quite know how you would handle geckos roughly enough to break their legs without either knowing you did it or killing them --- but you did it.

Regarding the mods comment about the name "Pud"... believe it or not that is what he calls himself. Jeff Otterberg, a 32 year old man, prefers to be called "Pud".

I believe I am the only one (recent posts anyway) to refer to him as Pud. I am not sure what you mean by derogatory play(???). Does Pud mean something other than his username? If so, I am unaware and certainly wasn't being fresh. He refers to himself as Pud, I would not think it would be a problem.

To stay on topic, I hope he grows up a little and at least sends an apology to East Coast. He deserves one. Although I do not see that happening. Now that I know another gecko breeder on the East Coast, I know where to go to find some nice animals!

Jeff, I would just move on. Your making no progress with this thread. Apologize or don't thats your prerogative, but this back and forth bickering is going no where.

Peter, You said what you needed to say, everyone believes you were completely in the right with the situation. Whether or not this thread is justified is debatable ( Very unlikely it is ), but it does show the way in which people conduct themself in business transactions. I for one was on team Peter since you posted convo and picures,

You won your case, you proved Jeff wrong, you have / had everyone on your side, then you have to begin continue insulting a fellow enthusiast whom which you yourself claim may have something wrong with him mentally. What if he does? do you think there are not 32 year old men who have speech impediments or learning disabilities.

People have problems of there own, whether they can help it or not. You are out 0 dollars, you have 1 customer who is unhappy, and many follower's who still plan on doing good business with you.

I seriously doubt he was implying that Jeff had some sort of mental deficiency. Lots of people are perfectly articulate in real life and type like 13 year olds, but when you can't speak to the person over the phone or in person and all you see is their ability to type, it makes a poor impression and limits the ways they can communicate with others. I believe that is what Peter was trying to say, he can confirm or deny this himself. For you to fly off the handle about some perceived rudeness in a thread in which this seller is being (wrongly?) accused of selling animals that are vitamin deficient to the point of death and broken bones, to me, speaks more volumes about you than it does Peter. I'd say given the circumstances, if Peter's feeling a little angry he has every right to be.
