    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

And if Sumner wants to hire a lawyer and send each of US a cease letter, he is more than welcome to do so. That letter does NOT bar US from defending ourselves against lies.

Clarification ... Mentioning my name in print and in this accusatory context, alluding to my alleged connection to an alleged criminal that allegedly has something to do with Ballbids is in direct violation. Unless counselor Robillard says differently. Then everyone should go with her advice.
It has been proven that this thread is more than hostile towards Ballbids.com, especially you Lucille so I have clarified my sentence so you will have less to twist and turn as you work to find as many words as you can to further negative comments against Ballbids.com. It is what you do and can be seen throughout your posts. Again, I have all that I need and need not comment further.
 
mr. liar, er byers, there are some unanswered questions that you must have been too busy to address here. You remember don't you? Proof about a couple of claims you made about people, lies you were caught in, AGAIN, attempts to set a false trail or pass the buck to someone else, you don't have ANYTHING to say about any of that?

Well, if I were as guilty as you, I might not want to talk about it in public either. It's got to REALLY eat at you though that me and a BUNCH of people like me know what you really are mr. lair, er byers. That's got to bug the heck out of you, knowing that you're totally busted by a lot of people, but not having the stones to own up to it. That's gotta be painful, late at night, when everything is quiet and you're pondering what kind of man you are, what kind of person you turned out to be, trying to figure out if your father would be proud of you, providing of course that you know who your father is, knowing deep down inside, where it really counts and no one EVER sees, that you are a complete and utter failure both as a man and a father. That's gotta really hurt, knowing that.

But, I digress, the question at hand was the lack of proof to so many of the claims you've made. So, got any proof, or still lying out whatever orifice is currently flapping on that pride-filled ship of ignorance that you captain so ineptly and yet so wonderfully tragically at one and the same time. Truly the performance of a lifetime, the way you play the not too bright bad guy who thinks he's smarter than everyone else all the while being unaware that everyone else knows he's thinking this, which is patently untrue, and laughing at him as he prances and preens and postulates with such heartfelt, though misplaced, vigor. Well done on that front, anyway.

So how can we go about getting a cease and desist letter for you and the Byers? You guys have been caught in a whole pile bul dookie and lies. So could you please out line how we can shut y'all up?
 
a cease-and-desist letter can be sent by anyone. cease-and-desist order has to be signed by a judge and not some flunky lawyer. Did you receive a letter or an order?
 
If ANYONE wants to get a cease letter, hire and attorney, present him with your evidence and they will decide if a cease letter is in order.
 
I for one know that they won't do anything? For one they will have to sue me in my jurisdiction. I don't think they will travel just to lose. So since they want to talk about false accusations, what about the false accusation that I attacked your site, emailed and threathen customers. None of that happened. I don't need to threathen nobody. I posted what I have found, the coincidence and if it wrong then I am wrong but by your actions I think I have hit on something. I have all the screenshots of them posting that I attack or a member of my group. It was also posted by Marty that he NEVER posted IP address but yet when I show proof he has a temper. The first IP that they claimed attacked them was a member of their site. Someone out of Kettering, OH. Not even a member of my site but a member on theirs.
 
Thanks Marty. Cause I have it where you guys claim I was giving a cease and desist from Zack a long time ago. And said it was legal. I got the email from Zack saying that it was a cease and desist and you guys claim I broke that too.
 
Yep, and Sumner, we had to ban you from our database twice, so at one time YOU were our customer. That OH IP has been banned, just like you have

So it out in the open. They can lie and do whatever they want but if the opposition does it then we are wrong. Just like they think that their little webpage that I am banned from seeing, (So they can lie and not get called out on) is documented proof.
