    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Mark, read the post. All it states is that there are connections, which there are. Your over reaction is petty and Shaun violated nothing. While you are at it, read that letter again..LOL

Personally, since NOTHING was proven otherwise and Marty Kerstetter also made a fake facebook account posing as a MARINE, I have no doubt that Marty and Toni ar one in the same. Anyone willing to intentionally pose as a member of the armed forces simply to create drama had zero morals and no ability to know right from wrong. Associating with someone who would deceive in that manner speaks volumes about YOUR character. :rolleyes:
 
Well since I didn't connect with you with anything other then what was found out. I didn't accuse you and its all my opinion about how that throws up yellow flags. Since I didn't say you are Toni or Marty is Toni you have nothing Mark. You can't and won't tell me I can't say a opinion and if it bothering you that much, then we must of hit on something.

Apparently you are the one giving advice to people counselor. I didn't know you passed the BAR. You are not doing very good which your clients will fully realize later. I have no idea about these new things you come up with to talk about on the internet forums. Has nothing to do with me or Ballbids and it has been documented that you need to make things up to have something to talk about. Or at the very least anything that happens on the internet you want post and post and make it ballbids fault so you can talk and talk and talk. Yeah but it was very limited. Says I can't say they are a scam or contact Mark or Zack. They think that it means I can't say anything at all.
 
And to Mark. Who accuse anybody. Did I say you are Toni or Marty was Toni. Your proof is a stupid website that stuff is left out and I have been banned from seeing it. If what I have found is nothing, why are you throwing a temper tantrum about it? I posted what I found, nothing else. If you want to think it accusatory then that on you and means by most people books is that you have something to hide.

And it has not been documented that we make up stuff. A website is not document. Cause you say it made up doesn't make it true.

I would also appreciate very much if you did not make assumptions about me. I do not give legal advise - or otherwise - to anyone. People have minds of their own and insinuating they follow advise from anyone other than themselves is pretty narrow minded. You really don't sound as smart as you think you do.

I know I am not breaking the cease and desist cause for one, they can't say I can't say anything negative about them. And it also can't say I can't say my opinion on the matter. I posted what I have found and I haven't accused anybody other then to see the connection cause 3 things do throw up yellow flag. Email me on facebook and I will send you the cease and desist.
 
Lucille and anyone else interested. Shaun Sumner was sent a Cease and desist letter from Ballbids attourney telling him to stop with libelous comments on his FaceBook page and other forums. He seems to think it is a joke as referenced in his remark on his FB page that says..." so I got this little cease and desist letter...". Now what Sumner is doing now, in conjuction with another member of his page that has admin rights, are continuing and breaking the terms of the cease letter. What Sumner thinks is his opinion is not. It is libel and he will now come to find out what is opinion and not. Oh and Sumner, you will be recieving ANOTHER letter, this time from MY attorney. Your actions will not be tolerated and you WILL be held accountable for your lies. You thought the threat of lawyers from BallBids was just a threat...think again
 
He and his cohorts on his FB page have been caught in numerous lies, which is what prompted the cease letter. Those lies still continue and he keeps them going with the express intent of defaming Ballbids and myself with libelous statements. Ballbids or myself do not care if a person expresses their opinion of the company or myself, but what Sumner is doing is tortuous and it will be handled. There is a line between opinion and libel and apparently Sumner is to stupid to see it.

Marty, I prefer to get the letter from Shaun, that way I know I am looking at what he actually received, as opposed to what you say he received.
I will look it over, I am interested in reading over a purported cease order that says the recipient of the letter cannot even mention someone's name in any thread.

I am actually beginning not to believe the validity of the cease and desist claim, as no competent attorney would send such a letter and then allow you to prance around on a board with such inflammatory statements as I see here.

I will be posting my opinion of the letter after I see it from Shaun. I will of course be checking out the attorneys as well, each state has a bar association where one can look into that.
 
His directive in that cease letter was to cease and desist all libelous comments and postings about Ballbids on his FB page and elsewhere against Zack, Mark and anyone associated with Ballbids (includes me). Opinion counts as libel when he bases his postings on facts that are false but he portrays them as true. That is the difference.
 
Lucille, checking the validity is exactly what you are supposed to do. Lend Sumner some of your common sense please. He apparently lacks that when deciding to post.
