    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Besides all this other stuff, There is more than enough info here to make most people avoid ballbid. Not only here but other large reptile sites.

Good point. Last visit, I brought forward a few buried posts that I believed potential customers would like to scope out. I think they are relevant, so that might be a good plan once they finish with today's skirmish.
 
Ok, so let me get this straight. All this threats of a lawsuit cause I mention that something was fishy about Toni Kirshner and Marty Kerstetter. I want to know where I accused anybody of being Toni? Or even implied? I found 3 things that looks suspicious and they throw a temper about it. You know most people will say, Ok, I can see how that will throw red flags but that info is wrong and this is why. Not oh you better retract that or threathen to sue me. It just makes what I post a little more suspicious. You guys are acting like you are a injured animal cornered. And the funny part is that you guys don't even realize it.
 
Wes, your opinion of BallBids is your opinion, BallBids doesnt need your approval to operate. In fact, your approval is not needed or wanted. Youve made your decision not to use Ballbids and it has not affected Ballbids in any way. But thanks for sharing

I disagree with your statement. People are picking up High Dollar Quality Bred Morphs for just pennies on the dollar. $1000 Pied auctioned out for less that $15.00. Over FB 3350 likes and hundreds of registered customers. It may not be a business model for everyone but it sure does have a large and growing customers base. So I disagree with you. There is a lot of desire for this business. Just not in this thread.
 
So Sumner, Dids you actually check our PennyAuctionSoft BEFORE you posted anything? NO...a big FAT no. Google them and you will see how they (Josh McDonald) sells people stolen software and calls it his own, how people spend thousands and never get anything for it and how they create one shell company after another trying to hide from former customers looking to sue. So you take ONE post about Kirchner and decide that it MUST be me. Your way of thinking is what put you on the recieving end of a legal process that is not yet finished

Why are you guys marking up values of ball pythons? I can get a high white pied for $650. Butter Pastels go for around $400-$600 and they had it $800. Paid likes on facebook page cause you have people saying they don't like snakes and stuff. And most popular city on their facebook is Jakarta, Indonesia. Ummmm. I thought it was a US company.

A $1000 Pied will never sell for $15. Someone, whether they know it or not, someone, somewhere is paying close to $1000 for the Pied, but it probably is not just one person, it is many people.

Sorry for that Rob, but Ive been thru this with sumner before. There just comes a time when you gotta call a spade a spade. He knows who I am. Ive given him my name, address, phone number. He IS an idiot and his posts about Kirchner shows that to be true and how he will say ANYTHING to hurt Ballbids. If he actually told any truths, none of this would be here
