Mr. Kerstetter was banned because of accumulated infraction points, the latest of which were for personally derogatory slurs directed at another member. Nothing more, nothing less.

I think this is a good point. Ballbids staff are making some wild accusations to explain away the continued dysfunction of their auction site. Since some of their accusations have been proven false, it is hard to take them very seriously.

In addition, their total lack of professional demeanor is hurting their reputation as well.

I've been in a battle with "doing the right thing" and "keeping a promise" of privacy. Since some of the things stated to me not only have direct bearing on myself but reflect on the community in general, I've decided to, at the risk of breaking my word, do the right thing and post.

I am posting parts of a conversation between myself and Marty Kerstetter, which took place on facebook. I've been pretty vocal about my displeasure with BallBS from the beginning. Because of this, I've been lied about, threatened and badmouthed. I'm a pretty tough cookie so these things don't really bother me, but when they involve other people, I draw a line. They crossed it.

Awhile ago there was an email from Marilyn Kennedy from the KYBOA that was sent to me personally. Since then, BallBids has sworn up and down that it was a FAKE. They have maintained the email was a fake and produced an email of their own stating it was not from their office. I think by now, we all know the story. WELL, apparently, we didn't know everything. Like the fact that Mark, Zack and Marty continue to lie about the email I received being fake. Below is a screenshot from facebook where Marty admits to me that he believes that email is real.

Here, he admits that he posted links associating Shaun with someone who has a criminal record maliciously and with intent to cause his reputaion harm:

When I asked Marty why he posts things like that, this was his explanation as why he posts lies about people:

When asked about the DDoS attacks on the site, this is what Marty said:

Since none of us are being prosecuted, I guess his statements are more than misleading, but outright lies.

As of Today, they are still posting on their page that we are responsible for these attacks. This is simply NOT true and they cannot prove otherwise.

Since Marty only posted tiny unreadable pictures, no doubt to continue his appearance of innocence, I have screenshots of the entire conversation that are actually large enough to read. The entire album, along with other shots of their lies can be seen on my photobucket account

Now since Ballbids Never spoke with KBOA until months after that alleged email was sent to you, it would have been impossible for it to come from KBOA. Now you have been caught cutting and pasting and posting only "portions" of private emails to suit your skewed position here in this thread. The entire email conversation was posted by Marty which again proves your deceitful intentions. This Thread is what it is and the people here are what they are, and any reader with any sense can see that; 1) No one here likes Ballbids. 2) Everyone here makes disparaging remarks about Ballbids without ANY proof whatsoever. 3) Many of the people here are the same who post this same merit less lies on other forums and blogs. 4) Some people here openly conspire ways to injure Ballbids and their customers, and conspire ways to interfere with Ballbids business. 5) The Administrators of this thread allow for these malicious and devious behaviors here only because it is "against" Ballbids.com. In reality, no small business should have to go to these excessive extremes for internet security. Ballbids is committed to its customers and its quality of business standards so with this new upgrade the scumbags (if the shoe fits wear it) should not be able to bias anymore auctions and those that try will be easier to identify and prosecute.

Every internet based company should go through as many steps as neccessary to combat any kind of internet "attack" that should or could take place, not just Ballbids. You guys are not the "victims" solely. It happens to all kinds of businesses that deal with currency online. You, regardless of this thread or others involved in it, should take all steps neccessary to ensure your customers the complete sound of mind that their excursions and invovlement in your online auction is secure and enjoyable.

This came straight from the alleged creator of the mail who happens to be the Executive Director of the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers. Sorry Robbillard, go cut up and paste together more private emails to promote your lie and skew the real truth. I'm not the only person that can see what you and your friends are about. Looks like Facebook isn't real happy with your Say No page. I don't see anything missing from Ballbids. Trying to run a quality honest business and having people like you lying and cheating to hurt that business has posed to be more complicated than Zack initially anticipated. Kimberly, I think Mark the Real Estate Agent has been assigned the shovel in this company since he has no credentials to actually run a biz. He is the one who goes around and buries any substantial posts made that show Ballbids for what it really is.

Have you actually READ what Marty posted? Marty admits my email is real. It's right there, posted by Marty, read it. Do NOT continue to post otherwise and I am now asking that any posts stating that my email is false be removed immediately. If you don't, it is proof of malicious lies to harm my reputation and THAT would be a mistake. I will only ask you this once. Since Marty was smart enough to remove the email from HIS site already, I suggest you do the same. Thanks!

Lucille, you are right. All Mark, Marty and Zack have been proven to be nothing more than vindictive people whose only recourse is to lie for their own personal gain. It's truly sad that some people continue to do business with these unethical individuals. On a lighter note, many eyes are being opened to the truth and leaving BallBS to wallow in their own filth.

It's honestly really sad to watch a business consisting of only 3 people having an issue of "one hand not knowing what the other is doing".

I mean how many times now, from day one, have we had one of them come on here and admit/explain something and then very shortly after have another one of them come on and deny that what the first one said was ever actually said.

Instead we get the whole "You can't read, go read what was said, it's been posted a million times, you're illiterate and have no reading comprehension". And any post someone makes to point out exactly where and what was said by "person A" and claimed to never had been said by "person B" is flat out ignored.

Then again, thus far it's been a perfect tactic for them to come through and bury the relevant information that people have pointed out by contradicting each other with dozens upon dozens of posts.

Unfortunately for them, many of us have been around long enough to have seen this tactic before and see right through the bs.

He never admitted that your email was not faked. And he would have never said that since I was the one involved with all conversations dealing with your fake email and the State of Kentucky. So your lack character and your true illicit intentions are well documented and as I said earlier, you will always be a liar. Here is the picture of your fake email along with Ms. Kennedy's response from her real account and my email to her confirming that it is fake. You can twist, skew, lie, and cheat as much as you have been but the facts stand on their own merits and show you to be a complete liar all because of your blind hatred against a company you dislike.
