So I have asked a very blunt business practice question, if I have 100 % proof, what was going to be her business practice. You can see she will not answer the question. Both boxes that arrived had weights that you personally entered. Down to the OUNCE. Oops. You did this, and the weights can be verified by anyone. Anyone here can do what I just had to do - take my tracking numbers and go to the post office (don't knock these guys, they saved me here) to get this info printed out by them on their INTRANET. (see pictures). I JUST got this proof, as you can see when it was printed - otherwise I WOULD have posted it days ago. You can verify that what I am saying here is FACT, and one you finally can't escape. Any dubia breeder here will be able to EASILY see that your counts were literally not close with some simple math. We are not talking a few ounces that people can argue. Even when weights VARY a bit - ANY breeder can see that no matter how you shake it - it is nowhere NEAR what they should be. You have already openly admitted to shorting me on the smalls - a LOT of smalls. You know this to be true. You also said you yourself only packed 1000 females and 200 males and didn't pack the rest or see it get packed. Your friend must have FORGOT, as they were not there. This is also accurate - there were NO more females. Period. And with weight - you can't hide missing thousands of mediums and adults. Here is how YOU yourself will now know this to be accurate. Please correct this Barbie. As a seller to a customer - no matter how irritated you may be - now that you know this to be fact - make it right. Stop talking in circles. Stop making up stories. OWN your mistake. I paid you - you did not send me what I ordered. I HAND counted everything but smalls, and took samples of the smalls for weights in order to calculate the overall count - making it DEAD accurate as to what I received. STOP this. Correct it. Either refund me, or send me the balance of my order which is ALL I want. This time though - for God's sake - don't just use one egg crate for the adults. You CAN'T ship like that. That is why a chunk of what you did ship me for adults died.

WEIGHTS AND INFO HERE

BOX 1: Females and Males
Females: Counted day one 813 alive, 136 dead. That is a total of 949. I weighed out those females and got an average of 1.9g/female, then calculated for 949, for a weight of 1803 grams.
Males: Counted day one 143 alive, 46 dead. I weighed out 100 alive males for an average weight of 1 gram and then calculated the 189 total I had counted for 189 grams.
Add in the weight of the box and one egg crate (300 grams)

So for the Male/Female box, according to my counts I received 1803 grams in females, 189 grams of males and 300 grams for box&crate for a total of 2292 grams or 5.05 lbs or 5 lbs 0.8 ounces. So now please go to my attached shipping manifesto from USPS and see what the weight was for the male/female box. My counts were off by 0.2 ounces. If you would of shipped the entire 1850 females, this package would of weight nearly 10 lbs, not 5lbs 1oz.

Box 2: Babies, Mediums and 163 larges thrown in.
Babies: I received 3148 babies or 79.60 grams.
Mediums: I received 619 mediums for a weight of 184 grams
Larges: extra 163 for a weight of 189 grams
Box/Crate: 300 grams
Total of 752.6 grams or 1.66 lbs or 1lb 10.56 ounces.
Now please go to other shipping manifesto, (again printed out on their intranet yesterday). What was the weight of the small/med/lrg box..... 1 lb 11oz. Dam close to my account of 1 lb 10.56 ounces. If you would of shipped me 15+ babies, 2500 mediums and tossed in 163 larges, that package would of weighed close to 3.5lbs.

As you can see - I can't make this up. Not even close. I am NOT trying to bully here - but I am out over $800 dollars with a seller saying that I am the liar here? Like I said - I am sure Barbie will somehow spin this. But this weight is what SHE entered herself when she sent the boxes that anyone can verify including Barbie. And guess what - it was SPOT ON to what I got and have claimed from day one as you can see. Barbie - for the last time - TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER HERE. I am the customer. I was 100% polite to you BEFORE you shorted me. Stop trying to turn this around. These are FACTS - simply correct the error and take care of it. What are you going to do now ?

I actually weighed the females just an hour ago for that specific reason, so they are well hydrated and fed. This gives her the benefit of the doubt.

She entered the weights herself, and not just random, but down the exact ounce. This is not a coincidence that my counts and weights from the beginning are almost spot on to what she weight. We are not talking a missing ounce or two, we are talking pounds of missing bugs!

That's an easy card to play, but you only seem to be applying it to him. If he was indeed shorted to the tune that he claims, and it does appear that that's the case, an aggressive tone doesn't even remotely negate the righteousness of his claim. Would her constant denials and excuses not be worse than his choice to speculate on her possible drug use or question her general intelligence (personally, I'm with him on the latter)? Perceived rudeness is even in the same ballpark as dishonest business practices? Really?
