The OP has given every shred of evidence that has been presented. His story adds up the whole way, forget about the weight stuff, a certain number is what was sold and that is what he counted, albeit the smalls were average weighted out, but the seller has given ZERO proof of anything, AND has used third party reference which is not allowed here on the BOI.

The seller needs to make it right and save face, enough is enough. I am very sorry to hear about the personal life events that could very well be interfering with sound judgement, but as it has been said before, this is a business transaction and the purchase price was paid with an agreement in writing and the items purchased were very much misrepresented, in weight, not that this part matters, but in count as well.

When I sold dubia, I would not sell the nymphs as I didn't have what I considered to be a reliable way of accurately counting what I was trying to sell so I only sold adult females and adult males because counting them were pretty easy, especially for smaller orders. In this case it seems either the seller or her third party friend did not do their due diligence in making sure everything was accounted for, and because the seller did not personally count them all, she should not question the validity of the claim at all. While the friend was counting the roaches out they could have crawled out there as well, this is just as likely as the OP putting them in his bin before he filmed, but the OP has shown a lot of evidence, the seller has shown NONE.

Seems pretty cut and dry to me. At least with what has been shown.

If Justin paid with a credit card it should be fairly easy for him to get refunded for what was missing.

I'd probably just seek a full refund; assuming that he didn't already feed any off or mix her roaches in with his own colony. If/when the refund is given, it's a simple matter of sending the whole lot back to her. It seems much neater for them to simply wipe the whole transaction away.

Was a credit card used to fund the purchase? If so, has the refund process been started?

Well Kevin, I don't know that he lied and I'm not sure that she did. Given the impass they're at, what would you suggest? Everyone stomp off and he gets nothing? I can't see any way to prove one way or the other how many roaches there were at any given time prior to the actual count of the OP. But he's estimating by weight and that is too unreliable for this argument. I suppose he could hand count everything, but even then, how would we know he really counted them all.

He says he's right and she says she's right and willing to do something to make it right. This isn't as simple as character one sold character two a snake that weighed 1000g less than it should have. You're talking thousands of missing roaches. How many is the question and I don't see any way of determining that given the facts at hand and the players involved.

Please refer to post 195. I think these two examples that I pulled together show whether or not she is truthful. There are many more contradictions, and holes in her story, but when is enough evidence enough.

What she offered $350, is a slap in the face. Not only purely on the fact that the shortage was massive, but after all she has put me through. To call that "willing to do something to make it right" is another slap in the face and is just a very incorrect statement. I asked her repeatedly today, what was she going to do when I posted my 100% proof positive evidence that she shorted me. Go back and read, she never answered, b/c she is full of BS! Plain and simple!

Not sure shipping things back to her would actually be that simple either. Can you imagine what that contract would look like. Helmet cams for the roaches would be required for the entire ride.

No, I just want refunded for what I was shorted. I have given truthful accountability for everything that showed up. My counts have never changed from video, to text, to forum. You can clearly see that. End the end I want the bugs I received. I would of taken another shipment to make up for what I was shorted, but I think with the way things of gone, that also would not be a wise decision.

My reasoning for coming on her, is she kept telling me, and has told many of the forum members, that she is in good standing on this forum and actually used than many times as the basis of her arguments. Well I was horribly wronged and that is why I proceeded to post on the BOI. It was not out of spite, or retribution, but to call attention to this and hope that peer pressure would help resolve this as soon as possible. It's really quite simple with paypal, just a couple key strokes and the money is refunded and all can go back to normal.

Did she ask if he was a breeder, prior to the sale? Did she stipulate that she wouldn't sell to a fellow breeder? If so, I'm not seeing it. Care to point it out to me? He's a liar for omitting information that was never requested (unless I've missed it)? Also, does being a breeder preclude the possibility that the roaches were indeed meant to be split with a friend?

Korbin, I am glad that you brought this up as I was just going to address this in my next post but might as well take you up on this now.

The bottom line is, you do not have to trust me. Just do some simple math. Trust what the USPS manifesto says. How could that be manipulated. We are talking about differences in pounds not ounces. Math just does not lie. If you have a hard time understanding that, not sure I can help you out any further.

My thinking was if she thought I was actually in the business, maybe she would believe me. I would call this more of an embellishment. That's it. Not hiding, just giving you the truth.

It wasn't until after she told me to take it up with paypal, did I embellish the breeder part and talk about breeders not wanting to sell colonies to other breeders. Exactly. In my eyes, this is no different than the old, "you'll be hearing from my lawyer if you don't..." ploy. When viewed in context, there's nothing nefarious about it. He was simply trying to get nothing more than what she clearly owes him. Although some can't seem to agree on exactly what that is, it seems fairly unanimous that it's more than the restitution that she offered.

Barbie, just refund the man what he was shorted, whether it be by faulty counting, holes in boxes, bad packing, packing/shipping delay, death enroute, a freak Dubia virus or zombie roach apocalypse.

You sold & he purchased by count, not weight ... weight is irrelevant.

Whether or not the OP is a "breeder" is also inconsequential. He has proven his case, IMO, and is due a substantial refund.

Hopefully, Justin will go away from this transaction learning a valuable lesson in honesty. Embellishment, honesty ... what's the difference? None, IMO.

Yes it was sold by count, and actually yes weight does matter and is relevant. In fact, when you have a shortage in this amount, weight is what has proven the shortage. Gotta love that numbers just don't lie.

You keep saying lie, I think that embellishment is more properly suited. If you can not understand the context with which I stated it, than please do go back through and read all the text. It's pretty clear under which context those statements were made. It's the same reason I told her I was going to report her to her local police department for scamming. Just trying to put the heat on her as one post previously stated. Again, nothing to hide. I never said I did not say those things. I have owned up to everything I have said, and never have change my story. Just not sure what it has to do with the facts of this transaction, I was shorted over $800 in product and I have a seller that has told me to take it up with paypal.

Why would she not want to sell to him,because he is a breeder? Thats lame to me. I sell my stuff to other breeders and they resell right on here. I got my price,so why worry about the op selling what he bought? Its his right.

Thats a lie he should have never said. Or any lie. If you lie for that lame reason,i can only imagine all the other lies he did. A liar is a liar and should not be trusted at all. He proved and admitted to being a liar ! That puts him on the bad list of who not to deal with.

I'm not here to argue about context. Its clear that some here have a really tough time seeing that, but I clearly have presented evidence that proves the shortage, and have been truthful about what I counted, weighed, filmed and have owned up to everything I have said. I have not change my story. If the forum wants to continue the discussion as it relates to the context of my texts, by all means, but it has gone off topic and has no relevance to the business transaction at hand.

Other recent post are such far reaching examples, "water-boarding", it is clear they have no clue about context. To put me on a bad list because I turned up the heat on a cheat, liar and a scam when she is trying to cheat me out of over $800, and to say you can not look at the USPS evidence and decide that there was a massive shortage that almost adds up to my counts exactly, you just don't live in reality.

The bottom line is I was shorted over $800 in dubias, PERIOD. I have provided evidence from the USPS "INTRANET" that provides the shipping weight and validates all the claims that I have made from the beginning. PERIOD. That evidence is conclusive, there was a massive shortage.

So for the last time, BARBIE SATROM, what are you going to do to take care of a customer that you either made an honest mistake or purposely shorted. At this point it does not matter. The fact of the matter is, I proved you shorted me a massive amount of bugs, everyone on the forum can see that and you continue to give a song and dance. Don't be a BAD GUY, and do the right thing!!
