Hey, anyone there at siegels reptiles. I have been noticing in the last few hours that the spider ball python I got from you guys a couple of weeks ago is still in quarantine from my collection but is experiencing the symptoms of IBD!!!!!! just wanted to let you guys know I appreciate you shipping me my blood python, but..... I believe that the shipping season is over with. Her current body temp is 61 degrees farenheit. She is barely flicking her tongue. I am quite worried she may not make it. I am holding her know to warm her up. She feels like an ice cube, I guess when we checked the weather last week we didn't know it would hit 25 degrees here with 40mph winds, I will update you guys with her progress.

She seems to be fine, the only concern I have is that when I hold her or she is in the rack, she just kind of sits there... not moving very much at all. And 2 times I caught her raising her head up and backwards almost like she couldn't right herself. Or she was bending her head up and backwards almost like the spider wobble. But I haven't seen any more or the head lifting. Really the only concern I have is that she doesn't really move that much. But then again maybe she is just being a blood python. I dont really know. This is my very first ever blood, so I dont know their habbits.

Remember a while back when I ordered a blood python from you guys and it was having problems because we shipped it and it was too cold to ship, well she finally died. I am so disappointed. Ok thats fine, but why am I being treated like this, I mean I told you that she came to me and when she arrived in the shipping box her internal body temp was something like 55 degrees. That had to do some brain damage. I dont even care about it anymore, but man to treat your customers this way is not very nice, I bought that for my 6 year old daughter as a birthday present, if you want I can actually send you the frozen carcass of the snake or take a picture of the damn thing. IT IS DEAD. DO YOU THINK I WOULD REALLY BE WORRIED ABOUT 80 FREAKING DOLLARS? Hey, anyone there at siegels reptiles. I have been noticing in the last few hours that the spider ball python I got from you guys a couple of weeks ago is still in quarantine from my collection but is experiencing the symptoms of IBD!!!!!! He is sometimes flipping his head upside down. Please tell me that this was something he had before I recieved him. I am so worried. He is completely quarantined and there is no other snake I have EVER owned that has ever experienced these symptoms. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

just wanted to let you guys know I appreciate you shipping me my blood python, but..... I believe that the shipping season is over with. Her current body temp is 61 degrees farenheit. She is barely flicking her tongue. I am quite worried she may not make it. I am holding her know to warm her up. She feels like an ice cube, I guess when we checked the weather last week we didn't know it would hit 25 degrees here with 40mph winds, I will update you guys with her progress.

She seems to be fine, the only concern I have is that when I hold her or she is in the rack, she just kind of sits there... not moving very much at all. And 2 times I caught her raising her head up and backwards almost like she couldn't right herself. Or she was bending her head up and backwards almost like the spider wobble. But I haven't seen any more or the head lifting. Really the only concern I have is that she doesn't really move that much. But then again maybe she is just being a blood python. I dont really know. This is my very first ever blood, so I dont know their habbits.

Remember a while back when I ordered a blood python from you guys and it was having problems because we shipped it and it was too cold to ship, well she finally died. I am so disappointed. Ok thats fine, but why am I being treated like this, I mean I told you that she came to me and when she arrived in the shipping box her internal body temp was something like 55 degrees. That had to do some brain damage. The snake was acting strange I told you that, I took this pic of her right before she died, she died a little while later, she wasnt breathing right and I didnt know what to do and she would not pull her tongue back intoher mouth.
