Wow! Good thing you focussed on that one sentence in my post. Why is that? He's posting here now...OBVIOUSLY. So what's your point? It's okay to ridicule this site and it's mods if you only post here when being put on the spot? Jim might be the greastest guy on the planet, as amplified by his fans (ty has lots of those too), or he might be a closet con artist (which I doubt). Nevertheless, this site exists for the viewers to decide who they will or will not do business with. If Jim doesn't think this site will affect his business, and doesn't respect this site or it's mods, why post here? Are ya' feelin' me bro'?

I've never posted before on here. I mainly use this site to window shop animals. With that being said, this post is a blatant attempt to attack someone with very little factual cause to do so. This seems to be stemmed from a personal vendetta Beard has with Stelpflug (I've looked into myself beyond this thread). It is completely unwarranted seeing as how the two have never done business together. It is a complete third party attack on Jim's ethics. He accepted payment in the form of boas from a person with a criminal background. So what? I'd want my payment regardless. You can't fault Jim for that. If anything, it shows the criminal in question at least trying to make things right. The second deal in question was between Stelpflug and another guy (I've read the entire post, can't remember his name now, David Rein Maybe? Idk) regarding a misindentfied spectre BP from, what 5 years ago or so. If that deal was so horribly botched I would assume the burden of arguing the buyer is owed more would lie on the buyer. He has been on this thread and even admitted the deal is long done and over with. He even admitted to not wanting payment from Jim when Jim offered. Stelpflug directed him to the breeder who produced the snakes which I assume is because Jim himself was unaware of the mistake. Spectre is a hard morph to identify and even more so 5 years ago when it was much newer to the reptile industry than it is now. So Beard, what are you even arguing here? This is just a childish attempt to tarnish a man's business which you have no leg to stand on with considering you've never done business with him. It's absurd at best, and a malicious attack at worst (See what I did there?) Find something better to do with your life. This is pathetic. You are no saint, Beard. Trying to defame a business man like Jim in the manner which you have only proves one thing. You have too much spare time on your hands and should keep your nose out of things where is have no place being. This was done out of spite. I have piles of screenshots showing your vulgarity, resentment towards the pet trade, hate for the ball python people, bashing of reptile keepers in general, overall disdain with what appears to be everyone, and even things that suggest you have your own unethical practices. For as much as your parade around being some sort of social justice warrior for "those without a voice" you should take a good look in the mirror. You should be ashamed of yourself. The way you carry yourself is pompous and egotistical at best, and completely oblivious at worst (I did it again, neat huh?). You are what's wrong with this hobby, not Jim. He takes pride in his work, and then has to deal with some person like you getting offended on Facebook then making an absurd claim on this reptile forum. It must be hard to drag yourself out of bed everyday with such a negative attitude towards everything in life. How do you even manage?

In order to paint the picture of Jim as such a person worthy of avoiding at all costs, he brought up a 5 year old deal in which there was a major difference of opinion as to what would make the wronged party whole again. In doing so, Jim was backed into a corner and despite not conducting himself in the best way possible, he offered to pay $400 that he did not believe he actually owed.

If Jim was such a bad guy, I would think there would be many more bad deals to dig up on him.

Furthermore, it is my sincere hope that I am never in a position where I get "used to the psychos of the reptile world threatening me". I've only been a breeder for about a decade, but that's a side of the industry with which I am not familiar.

Ever think the problem is you, instead of the "psychos" of the Reptile world? To get used to threats, is an odd thing. I've never been threatened ... called names yes, usually by scammers, but never threatened.

It may be time to re-evaluate how you communicate with others, especially if threats are commonplace to you.

He even offered to make a questionable deal right over someone's perceived value of several years ago ( I say questionable because the guy was supposed to get a spectre and later got a trio of spectre's and somehow thought he should still get $400), how many threads on this forum end that way? And as his dealing with some bad apples, well be in a hobby long enough and most of us get that opportunity, getting paid on an old debt you bet I would let a bad guy do that with animals or money. I honestly have not seen anything here I can find Jim guilty of except for a bit of name throwing at this forum. I think if anything you have shown that Jim is a pretty stand up guy.

I think his plan horribly backfired here. Jim obviously tried to defend himself (who wouldn't?). Beard comes off as straight foolish in my opinion.

He seemed pretty confident in his statements. Lets clear the air, and see some evidence. Even a corroboration from someone would be a start.

Who are these 50 people that I solicited? Can even one or two of them come forward to back Jim up on his claims?

I did not fabricate a single thing, twist the truth in any way or lie about anything posted in this thread or any thread I have EVER participated in. Thats not going to change.

In case anyone missed it.....I'm not the one completely making up lies about Jim. He has done that several times in this thread.

I want some answers to the above questions. Not more deflection from Jim's groupies.

This Logan Lutes person sent me friend request on FB yesterday, which I accepted, then sent him a PM telling him that I usually don't accept FR from people I don't know, and inquiring why he sent me one.....no answer, so I deleted him. I guess people who are friends with Jim are attempting to gain more info on me for some reason?

I did not accept payment for starting this thread. I have not lied once. I did not solicit anyone to come here and make false statements, in fact it would seem that applies to Jim and his groupies more than anything. Has anyone heard of projection?

I still, after reading this entire thread, haven't seen where you back up your initial claims in your very first post. All you have done is show me that I would happily deal with Jim and expect the transation to be smooth and satisfactory. If that was your intent the thread was a success
