    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Beware Kate Diaz @ Radiant Dragonz!!

I answered the ad and sent Kate an email yesterday morning saying I would buy all 3 at her asking price. I requested that she send me some fresh pics...guess what I never received?
 
Hmmmm - Kate's last activity here was at 10:01 pm (EST). Guess she's not going to post pics of the snakes. Big shock, there. :shrug01:

Maybe she's trying to figure out what breeders to ask to get the picture of all 3 together? Or trying to figure out how to better photoshop it. :shrug01:

Either way, she is BEYOND fishy. :NoNo:
 
I actually received some pictures of the tiger, and the super pastel, i tried my best to compare the patterns between the pictures and i couldnt find anything that told me they werent the same snake. so unless kate has multiple pictures of these snakes, i have a feeling they are actually hers. i can post the pics here. but i also spent about an hour flipping through google images and couldnt find her pics lol

I actually purchased these ball pythons monday. claimed to have them here by today. its past the time fedex ships to the door from overnight. Still havnt received them. Theres another paypal claim for you Kate. no replys since monday, but i see down below that kate is viewing this thread at the moment. I would suggest that no one buy from this seller. This was by far the most sketchy transaction ive had through fauna.

Earlier in this thread, you were asked about your PayPal account being non-US (specifically, you were asked your location). Since you have chosen not to respond to that question; I'm going to repeat it...with a little twist.
Please forward a copy of your driver's license, or other ID, in order to confirm your location. If it does not match what is shown in your profile; I suggest that your profile be amended before I see it. This is no longer a request - failure to comply will result in your account being banned. (Registering with false information)
 
Marcus - did you use the PayPal address shown earlier in this thread to make payment?
Was there any indication of the account being non-US or unverified? If so, please screen shot & post it here.
 
Harald, it said non-us just as it did in the other transaction for these ball pythons. not sure how to screen shot and post it in here lol
 
also no tracking number, she told me monday night that she would give me tracking the next day around 3:00 her time, and since then there has been no reply
 
I realize that it is not much consolation to anybody that sent her money; but Radiant Dragonz has been banned. I do need to make it clear that it was only tangentially related to the complaints in this thread - as we do not make that sort of judgement in these situations. The PayPal receipts indicating that hers was a non-US account conflicted with the location listed in her profile. She was given the opportunity to verify OR correct her location field entry; and she chose to do neither. Registering with false information is grounds for removal; and that was the result in this case.
 
i know that it wont help get our money back, but its a good feeling knowing she wont be scamming anyone else for money or reptiles. its a waste of time to have to wait for paypal to return your money, but atleast thats 1 extra person you dont have to worry about being a scam or not. Thanks Harald
 
Even though she is banned i would like to add that during the dispute with paypal, she is saying the same thing to me that she said to tracy (tsnakeman1985).
She is telling paypal that 4 hours before she was to ship the snakes (probably around 3 am my time) that i disputed the product thinking i could pull a fast one on her. in reality this never happened. I would like to ask you tracy, how is your dispute working? any progress in the right direction for you?

here is the dispute messsages:
9/27/2013 11:05 PDT - PayPal: Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim.
9/27/2013 11:05 PDT - Seller: Buyer disputed the payment 4 hours before I shipped thinking I wouldn't notice. Then told me to ship then he would cancel the dispute.
9/27/2013 11:03 PDT - Seller: Full refund denied.
9/25/2013 11:04 PDT - Buyer: Purchased 3 ball pythons from kate diaz monday sept 23. she told me the package will be shipped tuesday and i will receive it wednesday. After the paypal transaction there was no reply from kate, i waited until 11:00 today, which is the latest time that fedex ships overnight arrivals. Still no reply from kate after multiple emails and faunaclassifieds messages. After speaking with other faunaclassifieds members, apparently another dispute was enacted over these same ball pythons. Full refund requested
 
Even if i did a dispute, she still has my money, why wouldnt she clear it up with a simple refund considering she has my money? I sware, people like this dont deserve to have this sort of contact with others, let alone deal with these animals. what a pile of garbage
 
Paypal doesn't care about the buyer or seller in these disputes, they are only concerned with the fee they collect. Hopefully these"purchases" were funded with a credit card. In most instances the credit card companies will have your funds back within 24 hours and deal with Paypal themselves. Good luck everyone.
 
Thanks Rob, thats a good idea, ill see if they can do anything about it. and it was through a card. I was just looking at one of your classified posts for bps, Rob, very tempting i wanted to add. wish this money was back in my account so i could buy something of yours lol

I've been in a similar situation and after two weeks of Paypal giving me the run around I called my credit card company (Discover) and had my money back within an hour. Never had to be bothered with the dispute again...they handled everything.
