This is her Terms (TOS)... I underlined the important part in RED! It says that if your not their to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt then guarantee is VOID! Just like mine..... Why is she mad at me with my TOS when hers is the EXACT same!!

So apparently all the geckos I sold her that she claims as "sick" are females... Well I have NEVER met or heard of anyone who can sex a baby crested at 3-4 grams.... Also they dont look very sick to me..

I just find it VERY odd..... Is it just me or does anyone else find it odd??

At least she isn't using our product name on it or offering our roach barrier for sale..... yet!

Funny thing... she is advertising that "her" gutload has 48 ingredients - whew! I wonder if someone could get the list. We use lots of ingredients, but not that many. And she is selling it for $15 per pound!?!??!?!?!!?

Who in their right mind would buy it at that price??? That is 5 times the price we retail it at..... whoa, she sure must be greedy!

Hmmm, I wonder who she is going to buy it from in the future........

Just thought I would let you folks know...... the harrassing phone calls have started to come in here too.

Jeane asked if I wanted to "bash her on the phone as I have on Fauna" (quoting her). When I said "sure - what do you want to hear" she immediately said she never sold our gutload as hers..... (yeah, right). When I countered with the witness seeing it listed as "Roach Coach" on their website - she asked a female in the background if it was on the website. The female voice said "H__l no!" I said I didn't want to listen to Wendy and hung up.

The phone rang again within seconds... of course it was the same number - but I just turned the ringer off. She left a message, saying she couldn't remember when she bought the gutload last, and she only fed it to her roaches and her niece's roaches - didn't sell it. And as for the bug guard (funny, she can't recall what it is called, yet she advertised it for sale on Kingsnake!) - she spilled a jar and had to get a new jar. (So why did she ask me if she could buy it in larger sizes???)

She went on to say that she wouldn't refer anyone to our website. Heck, am I worried? Nope... I am delighted, actually. I never want to be associated with any business relationship with either of them.

Gosh... they never quit denying do they!?! Even when there is irrefutable proof - like the screenshots of the ads and witnesses.

How about when they call for 18 hours straight, threatening your family and your life. Or when they say they are sending some local friends your way. And they continue after they have been warned to stop by me, my local police and Spokane sherriffs dept. Plus they have a record of having some guy being kidnapped and beaten for 12 hrs straight, because they thought the guy turned them in for credit card fraud.

They still call and hang up and every call is traced and logged. So I guess its all a big joke. So lets see how far they try to take it. Criminals aren't to bright. So it should only be a matter of time before they try something really stupid.

I'm sure all of you will love to see how that turns out. You never know who your dealing with, when you cross that line.

I contacted her on July 11th to see if she had received the geckos because she hadn't gotten back to me. She replied on July 12th saying that she had, indeed received them.

On the 13th, I get an email stating that one of the geckos is doing badly, that the vet has checked on her, and that they don't believe she will make it through the night. On the afternoon of the 14th, she sent me pictures of the dead gecko.

Jeane wrote me, wanting a full refund for the gecko. Technically, because she received the geckos on the morning of the 11th, and she only sent positive picture ID on the afternoon of the 14th, this fell outside my 3 day guarentee. I write her and tell her this and she claims that she didn't receive the geckos on the 11th, she received them on the 12th (at this time, I didn't have a tracking number, so I couldn't look it up to be sure). I believe her, and believe that being in a hot box for two days is what caused the geckos death. I agree to refund her the $75 for the gecko.

I have been waiting to get some money on a credit card, and yesterday, I receive notification that a paypal dispute has been opened against me---for items never even recieved by Jeane Best! She trying to get the full $190 back that she sent me.

I made a couple phone calls, got the tracking number---and low and behold, find that Jeane actually received the package on July 11th, not the 12th. The proof fell outside the 3 day guarentee. (Here's the tracking number: eq511377485us). I have sent this tracking number to paypal to confirm that the package was received... however, she signed for it BFS, and the delivery confirmation doesn't give the full address of where it was received (shipped USPS). I'm worried that this won't be enough information for paypal and that they will rule in her favor---and I'll be taken for two geckos AND $190.

At this point, this is just adding to a laundry list of offenses... but I wanted to put my story out there, too. Watch your back if you deal with these two women---make sure you have all the information, and keep track of days and email. Any little loophole they find, they will use against you.

Well I talked to paypal yesterday and they said since she filed a "non-receipt" with me too that all they need is the tracking number, which they already have, and they will try to put an end to it...

Also I showed paypal my TOS and her TOS and all that and how she was mad at me for my TOS when hers is the EXACT same..

Pay-pal said that they will most likely just close the case...

Then on the 13th I emailed you that the vet had been here and I didnt think she would make it through the night(Date: Thu, 13 Jul 2006 22:46:47 -0700). 31 hours from arrival.

Shed died technically on the 14th very early am and I emailed in the afternoon telling you I have the photos.(Date: Fri, 14 Jul 2006 16:34:34 -0700) 49 hours from arrival
