Actually, one point you missed is the one that I find most entertaining. Wendy stated that she could not hear someone knock on her door from where she was. And yet, she was able to "hear" the truck pull away from the street outside.

Am I the only one who finds this ridiciulous?

I wasn't going to get into this thread but I'm curious about something (well, maybe more confused then anything). Wendy, for not being okay with shipping UPS, this email that Erik already posted sure makes it sound like it wasn't a "deal breaker"...

For someone who wants a refund, you aren't trying very hard to prove your case. Surely you don't get so many emails a day that you can't find time to take the 3 minutes it would take to find these emails you speak of... Perhaps you're mistaking Erik for Tanner Stevens (greenmonkey515) who posted in post #97 that you wouldn't buy from them unless they shipped DHL?

Like Chris, we weren't going to do anything but read this thread. However, at some point while reading the first 30 pages, we received an communication from one of our customers (one who has also purchased from Jeane / Wendy).

The ad states that she is selling Lobster roaches (we sold the original colonies to her in 2005). No big deal, we thought - until we read further.

Her ad goes on to say "" They are scavengers and will eat any greens scraps, what, oats, ect. Or try our roach gutload! ""

Next it says ""They need to be housed in a screen top (min)5 gallon tupperware with a 25 watt red light bulb. You will need to use a barrier around the top of the tub such as Bug Boundary(we sell on our site), or vaseline to keep them contained. ""

Just last month Jeane contacted us to say she had spilled her bottle of Bug Boundary™ on her carpet and she needed more. She asked me if we offered larger sizes - we didn't realize why. Her ad shows a picture - stolen from our website (copyright of course) of the Bug Boundary™. It appears that she was only able to steal the thumbnail sized photo.

She also recently ordered another 10 pounds of Roach Coach™ - our insect & roach gutload. Since her website is frozen - I cannot see what (if any) picture she is using for ""her"" gutload.

She has never asked to be a distributor or asked to use pictures - or asked about re-selling our products. We were shocked to see her doing it without written permission.

Did we really hear someone say they feel Jeane & Wendy are trustworthy?????????

OK, if I missed something, someone please correct me, but I can't help but wonder.....Wendy keeps talking of having to wade through 10,000 emails or whatever to find the emails from Erik. Has she ever considered that little "SEARCH" feature that lets the computer do all of that searchng for her in about 3 seconds flat, and presents her with all of the emails from Erik, and to Erik, all laid out in front of her?

According to the info on the side bar (screen shots of hotmail/msn), you only have 10 in your inbox, and 71 in your junk box. Most of them appear to be related to fauna, not Spam. Some look to be spam, but no more than I get in my hotmail account everyday. Don't see thousands of spam e-mails, certainly not enough that you shouldn't be able to find those very important "buried in a thousands of spam letters" e-mails, that would show the alleged DHL info.

I request you post PROOF we didnt discuss other shippers and agree. Start with the first email where I contacted you via kingsnake, and all those there after. There must be at least 10???????!!!!!

The e-mails he posted, are his proof that you agreed, and that nothing was otherwise discussed. He is providing his "proof" for his side of the story, it's up to you to "prove" your side. I'm seeing why everybody is starting to say you appear not "all there". He has posted e-mails that appear to show you saying "well, I guess UPS is okay, but they do drop and run" [paraphrase]. You state that you said he needs to use DHL, but want him to prove what you are saying?

10. Statements are starting to show up from other parties, that may show a "your animals arrived in crappy condition" kind of refund mindset.

Don’t forget asking her customers to pay a surcharge of 4% more when they use PayPal. Adding an illegal surcharge and profitting from it as well.

Right in the middle of the screen shot there is an email to Erik. Gosh I found one in a matter of seconds.

I hope this works right! This is Nicole Tucker (Clark Tucker's wife) with clarksgeckos. I myself was going to stay out of this one since last week I had the misfortune of dealing with the same thing. My brother-in-law made us aware that they were ditributing our diet. I looked on the site and to my surprise she had taken some of my copyrighted material and posted it on her site under my diet. She states that she got it off a bag she ordered from Erik W. But all these lies I dont belive it. She had asked me earlier in May if she could distribute and told her I didn't need anyone else distributing our product. After contacting her about the copyrighted material she completly went off on me and Erik W. (the maker of the material). Anyways to make a long story short, after checking her site I found that she had indeed taken it off however, she had in its place "Wendy's Crested Gecko Diet" and a brief discription. I was horrified and told everyone I was going to quit distributing it. She tried telling me it was just a joke. Im am so glad she found it funny. She almost cost everyone out there in the gecko world that use our product. This girl is completely off her rocker. Her mother called me telling me that this is her name and her business that I need to step back and look at whos name I am slandering, maybe she needs to sit down and look at who is REALLY slandering Jeane's name!

Not to condone the actions of some others, but I have to agree with them. Wendy, if you aren't on medication you should be, and if you are, you need more.
