So you have no e-mails to back up your claims, but that's not your fault since you are getting spammed and don't know how to save an e-mail until after a transaction is complete.

You weren't able to receive the package because the planets were aligned against you and the UPS guy showed up at the exact time that you abandoned your watch on the door to get a cup of coffee? But you never buy from anyone using UPS, except of course for all of the other times that UPS dropped at your door and ran away, so that's not your fault.

Seems open and shut, Erik, nothing is Wendy's fault, you should let her keep the remaining geckos and refund her triple the amount she paid, seems only fair, she is having a bad week.

Oh, and Wendy I have a direct question for you, does DHL company policy now allow for the shipping of reptiles, or do you ship your reptiles via DHL despite what their policy may be regarding reptiles?

I request you post PROOF we didnt discuss other shippers and agree. Start with the first email where I contacted you via kingsnake, and all those there after. There must be at least 10???????

Again I DID NOT buy these geckos off his site. I bought them off Kingsnake, and choose them via email. NO TERMS are posted on his kingsnake ads. Nor is the "Help I need money bad" sale ad still up. He removed it!!!!!!!

Just posting "he did this and he didn't do that" crap is pointless. Your asking us to take you at your word and I'm afraid the list of people who can do that is quite thin.

I have heard a similar story like this one concerning supposedly "sick" bearded dragons you received. I have forwarded a link to this thread to the parties involved in that fiasco. Hopefully they will come with their proof and expose you for the scammer you are. You have a history of pulling stuff like this and it's about time it's exposed.

I dont have any emails like that because I never talked about that with you....

I will post ALL emails between us when I get home from work...

She did buy them through Kingsnake and on EVERY ad I post it says please take a look a my "terms" page by clicking the link at the bottom of the page....

Also the ad isnt up because I moved enough stock to make room for all my new geckos and my kingsnake account expired on July 7th!

I can answer this. Yes they do. I have a reptile shipping waiver with DHL (as well as FedEx of course). You should check out the shipping forum as their is a LONG post in their about it.

I have seen SO much mind reading on this site of late, people KNOWING what other people think to such a degree that they go ON RECORD, PUT IT IN WRITING, that they, not the person to whom a specific question was asked, but ANOTHER party entirely, KNOW what the PERSON QUESTIONED will answer.

I'm almost afraid to think of what I think for fear someone will out me to myself.

I have a suggestion. How about if we give THE PERSON to whom a question is ASKED, a chance to answer before ANYONE who knows what that person is thinking, answers FOR THEM.

How about that for a bit?

Here's another direct question for you Wendy, I'll type slow so that you can follow my logic here....

1) It's been established that you knew a UPS shipment was enroute.

2) You had a tracking number for said shipment (You can type the tracking number in their website and it will tell you if your package is on a truck out for delivery).

3) You stated yourself that you have had problems in the past with the UPS deliveries (from all the people you refuse to do business with that ship UPS).

4) You stated yourself that you have a 5000 sq. foot house with castle like doors that make it nearly impossible to hear a knock from anywhere in the house but the room nearest the door.

5) You stated that you are unable to watch the door for the entire time (1 hour and 37 minutes from when the delivery left UPS to when they attempted delivery at your door) because you needed coffee.

6) You stated that there was more than one person in the house with you at the time the delivery was attempted. She couldn't bring you coffee during that 1 hour and 37 minutes, or watch the door for you while you went to get the coffee?

So I ask you, with all this knowledge at your fingertips, and your self proclaimed concern for the well being of the animals, how is it that you missed the first delivery attempt? And how is it Eriks fault?

I look forward to seeing how you answer this question, as I'm sure are many others....

I really have no idea why you're being so confrontational with me. Most people do not know that DHL will except live (harmless) reptiles. I do not know if she has the waiver, I really don't think many do. I would suggest she post copies of the waiver (if she does in fact have one) as I have 2 hardcopies on file here and their would be no reason why she wouldn't have one if in fact she was approved.

With all due respect to Eric Weber and Tim Defree's, can the two of you please shut up? You are only serving to instigate things and really are serving no other purpose. I understand your frustration and anger over your spat with Wendy but it does not belong on this thread. You are only serving to distract the reader from the issues which, I believe most all are in agreement with, are not in favor of Wendy and her mother.

Be smart enough to know when to keep your mouth shut and allow the situation to take care of itself without the involvement of individuals who have other personal vendetta's.

What purpose did that serve? I'll tell you what it served, a couple of brethren who now have a police record for showing up at my table and threatening a minor who was working their, to bad I wasn't there but my partner was and gave them a nice surprise before handing them over to the police. But as anyone can see, I'm not doing that here - I wouldn't sink as low as you. I'm just pointing out the consistency of lies and viciousness that Wendy and Jeane perpetrate when they conduct their lack of professionalism.
