Well, I do think it is safe to say that it has been plenty long enough Ken, for you to post any evidence on your behalf. It has been requested of you numerous times by numerous people. It does seem that there is always a promise and always an excuse why you haven't followed through. At somepoint, there has to be a conclusion that perhaps there is no evidence and that Upstate is in the right on this one.
You and Wes going back and forth isn't solving anything. The only way to shut Wes up will be to provide the proof that has been requested. That is what all of us want to see here.

Well kennyboy, I think you have provided adequate proof that you have NO proof of anything to back you up.

No matter what YOU say, as your word is not credible at all, it doesn't matter. Since you cannot, or more like will not, provide any substantial proof there is only one logical conclusion to be drawn. You are full of it. You haven't got the proof of what you have accused alison of.

Ken, I went back to pages 3 thru 6 and I would like to know what evidence you are refering to? I don't see a bill or reciept for payment for Global, I don't see a bill or recipt for payment to Reptiles Mag, I haven't seen any kind of contract between you and Upstate. All I see is "he said/she said" stuff. Things that have nothing to do with any animals (air purifiers).

there never was a contract between upstate and I.
the receipts are being held by upstate since when i bought the 9,000.00 of snakes through upstate, then they could not afford to pay for them by theirselves i had to send the money directly to global. at that time i did not know who global was, just sent the check(teller check).
we did post all the proof on those pages of all documents we have
upstate was the buyers and i was the financial side

We posted all the information in the beginning of the thread....ken hasn't posted any receipts to show he paid for the animals we sent to him b/c he has yet to pay for them. Ken does not have a website b/c it was a package deal with domain reg, hosting and design, to which he also has not paid. So he cannot show proof of that.

Ken thinks his "big bucks" can buy people and make things right for him. Please, you can't even go walking into his "pet store" to browse MY animals, because you have to make an appointment (someone should have told him a pet store is NOT a hairdresser)

Oh and Ken..."upchuck" real mature....well you're getting pretty good money for my "upchuck" animals huh????

No, the receipts are posted here by us AND anja posted them for you ken....remember? On her underwear site? She put the airborne receipt for the packages (which only backed our story up).

And it was not that we could not pay for it....these animals were going into YOUR store....we were housing them, treating them and feeding them here while you took your cruise to BRAZIL...remember??? Your store weas not ready....had no staff....REMEMBER?? We had you send the check to global as this was YOUR deal, that we were not hiding anything.

Well Allison, if you have seen our website, you will notice that we only show animals by appointment as well, so really that is a very irrelevant point.

We have all seen what Upstate has posted, and We are all very much aware of Upstates reputation.

At this point, unfortunately neither Southern State nor Upstate have "shining" reputations. I suspect both parties thought they could use the other for financial gain and either out of design or ignorance, proceeded without a contract. Now you are both claiming to have gotten screwed. In this instance, Upstate has shown more of the evidence needed, but again, without a contract there isn't really any recourse for either one. Why? because there is nothing to say that it wasn't supposed to be this way, just like there isn't anything saying that it was supposed to be this way. You simpley have 2 adds saying you were joined.

You HAD to pay an additional month in reptile magazine b/c either you don't pay your staff enough or they don't listen to you....YOU DID NOT CANCEL THE AD....hence the reason it was run again....you were telling customers well over a month ago you were no longer "affiliated" with us (back when WE never even knew, right after the first magazine ad came out)....so you've had plenty of time to cancel....it was your neglegence....so don't even try to play victim....

Remember Ken....through everything you STILL reassured us things were all ok.....

You're just upset that on the BOI you have to show POSITIVE proof...and you can't slip dollar bills through yout floppy drive to pay the people off and make it all go away....not saying you haven't tried...
