As I've said, I don't refute anything in the screenshots said by me. I am also very confident that anyone taking the time to read the screenshotted conversations will actually see that they, in fact, prove that we took responsibility for mistakes, didn't attempt to lie or deny any accusations, and have tried to ensure any/all customer dissatisfaction has resolved to the greatest extent possible.

To anybody taking the time to read through the screenshots I would like to point out some flaws in the conversations. When Lam asked Josh about whether or not his faly was the same male previously sold as an ambanja in the second screenshot in post #2, he responds by first saying he is calling to ask Vinnie and then immediately after states he recognizes the animal as the one sold to Shauna.

There are only two possible conclusions to be made here either one he is lying and knew all along or two Josh Pritchard has no idea what is being shipped out from his facility.

Also in post number 52 I asked josh for a name to confirm the lineage. I made no mention of wanting a refund I just wanted some peace of mind. Seems rather odd to offer a full refund before even confirming the lineage yourself with your third party or Kammerflage Kreations.

There's obvious evidence to the contrary if he sent an f1 faly to Shauna instead of the ambanja she paid for.

Shauna's boy went from the F1 Faly tub into a cage that had previously had a Cyclone male in it. She specifically asked for the largest male from the Cyclone clutch, and made a horrible mistake and sent her the F1 Faly that was in the cage with a Cyclone label.

At what point did you realize your rather large and unique looking f1 faly was missing from your facility?

Lam -- you do understand that we didn't intentionally send Shauna a F1 Faly as an Ambanja, right? It was worth a lot more money as an F1 Faly, so why would we do that, especially if only motivated by money?

Josh -- we figured it out after getting him back from Shauna, so it did take quite a while. However, we had 10 breeding Faly females last year whose clutches hatched throughout this spring, so there were/are a lot of young male Falys around at Panther Co. -- probably about 8 males in individual cages at the moment.

It has been well over a day since the last post and several things still need to be addressed:

1) Does Panther Company have proof that customers with questionable lines have been notified of their mistake and not mislead??

2) Panther Company has yet to answer Lam Do's question that directly followed the quoted text

3) Has Panther Company any proof that they tried to contact the third party (or any other parties) to verify the lineage on the "Grimbold" females they purchased??

4) Why did Panther Company delete a single for sale ad (one that could potentially be viewed as evidence) and not other ads that were obviously priced to move from around the same time frame??

Panther Company has however provided baseless conjecture and a skillful demonstartion of manipulating the English language. (Fact)

Kudos.

It has been close to 48 hours and Panther Company still has yet to provide substantial evidence that they have contacted customers and informed them of mislabeled lines. Nor have they provided any evidence that they have attempted to verify the lineage on said lines.

It is true that Panther Company has issued full refunds to all dissatisfied customers but how can a customer be unhappy if they are never informed of the truth? ChamGirl88 came forward last night and provided evidence that she had to inquire about the issue in order to receive an offer for a full refund.

Shortly after I posted the quoted text above in post #56, Panther Company went on to attempt to attack the credibility of several of the people that posted including myself by questioning our lines, experience, and our ethics. Keeping in line with their pattern of behavior in this forum, Panther Company failed to provide sufficient evidence (or any at all) to discredit any of the members providing input on this thread.

I reviewed each post and did a little research and what I found sure is interesting but you can be the judge

I say quite obviously a Nosy Be cross.

In post #61, Panther Company states that my lines as well as Shauna's in our breeding programs are crosses. I asked for proof and he responded in post #71 which is also the quoted text above.

I'm attaching screenshots of the actual page the link leads to in the post. The male Panther Company states is an obvious Nosy Be cross is Iwo, from Chuck G's Galactus line.

Just to be clear, panther co. Said galactus line is a nosy be cross and at the same time they are selling that same lineage stating that's it pure ambanja.
