We have tried to work with you on this, even taking a loss. But you don't want to hear it. So that's fine, we will have to let the attorney's handle it. For both Upstate Exotics and Moonlit Media you will be responsible for the full balances and all lawyer fees attained with it. You will not get anything from moonlit media first without payment, I already tried that with you and got shafted, I won't do it again. I have no need for your domain name, but if I do not receive payment in full, you will not receive your domain name.

You come on here and FLAT OUT LIE about the condition of my animals, saying bags were moldy. You're a liar Steve, you've been on the BOI here before for not paying for animals, and now you've done it again, just on a larger scale. Just because you went to a LLC DOES NOT give you the right to rip people off and lie about it.

Our mistake was to trust you on this, we did not ask for pictures, but now I'm thinking we should have. Knowing how you have no idea how to care for herps who knows how these poor things lived. But you try to push it off on us...I don't think so. We have those animals here ourselves and have NO PROBLEMS with them.

So, this right here also proves you're a liar. You say everything came in discusting bags, and everything had mites. Which is a lie...and here's YOUR WORDS to prove it.

You have tried to blame one of our suppliers, you have tried to blame us...how about taking some of that blame b/c you had no idea how to care for herps. We spent HOURS on the phone with Anne helping her to set up the tanks and care for animals, feeding, naming the snakes, etc with animals you were purchasing off of reptibid. We even pushed sales your way.

Anne we never had a problem with, now you, Steve, step in and try to play hardball b/c you owe us money.

Steve if you needed time to pay us off, we said we would work with you. Don't use the "certified letter" as an excuse to buy you time. If you don't have the money, be a man and just say so.

I have already stated that I do not trust anything you say. So when you send mew the letter you will get paid. The money isn't the object. The thing is that you will not stick to anything you say.

Being an LLC is for tax purposes it has nothing to do with way bnusiness is done. But you probably wouldn't know about paying taxes.

Just send the letter or notyy I don't care. Attourney fees and court costs are paid by the looser of a case. You had better make sure you are gonna win a case before you let your mouth overload you.

Can you please post those phone bills, that I would LOVE to see. Anne did not call with any DOA reports via telephone.

Here is it....don't know if I'm doing this right or not. It will take 3 posts, to show all 3 page from my cell phone, showing calls to Sal/Allison. These are just the calls from my cell phone...not calls made from the home phone to their toll-free number. I'm going to post these even though I'm sure they will have some kind of excuse for the phone calls....but I know what the calls were made about, because I made them.

I used the phone records to show where I had been in contact with them after receiving the animals....not to show about him calling the house leaving curse words on the answering machine....he just did that yesterday. I can't post my home phone records because they don't show incoming calls listed, and we use our cells for long distance calls.

We didn't create another domain to get out of paying you Allison, we created it so that we wouldn't have to worry about whether our site was going to go down for days at a time, and problems like that. Not to mention, we got a much better deal with who we are with now....we couldn't use our OWN domain name (that has been paid for) because you made sure that when Black Lab tranferred it, they put it in your name...instead of Steve's name as requested at time of payment. Still haven't figured out how you managed that. We at no time ever requested the domain be registered to you or Moonlit Media, but yet it is.

Why don't you buy more Captive Bred animals, then you won't have 75% of your animals dying on you? I looked at the list, nile monitors, savannah monitors, little $0.50 Geckos, come on, what do you expect. Buy real, CB animals and you may actually get some you can sell.

Dave....we did not pick what was on the list (someone earlier said something about us HANDPICKING the animals, but didn't, Sal did). Sal called us and offered the deal to us and said he has some lizards he needed to move.......if you look at the invoice, alot of what is on that list never even arrived.

We have not had a problem with anything that we have received from other suppliers since all of this. Everything that we have here now (with the exception of the few still in quarantine from the order in question) is doing great and healthy.

Yes, we did speak after you received the animals, but right after. We spoke about the site, I would talk to Anne about snakes Steve was buying, about projects they were interested in working on buying.

I am gonna start off by saying i don't know either Steve or the guys up at Ustate Exotics,,
but i want to know,, if the animals were as bad as you stated,, molldy bags, tons of mites,,, them sitting in defication for what you stated was a long period of time,,,
Why did you not send them back as soon as you opened the box and saw that! if it were me,, i would have called that second, and told them,, NOT ACCEPTABLE! and sent them back that same day!IF Sal and them gave you credit, all you had to do was send them back , it wasn't like they were holding 3000.00 of your money you would have to fight to get back,, they sent them to you on CREDIT! from what i have taken from this you only had 500.00 down,,, Anyone who has any experience with "Wild Caught" animals knows the risks you take,,, and how inferior they can be to captive bred animals,,,

also if they were so bad,, why did you try and sell them as soon as you got them,, i check KS everyday,, and your the ads for Souther state exotics started about the same time as the shipment... correct..? your kingsnake account was registered on 5-25 when was the shipment date,,,?
if they were so bad, why would you list them as soon as you got them and pass "bad animals" on to your customers?

Sell only Captive bred animals,,,! you will be much happier, and so will your customer,,,!
The days of "Turn and Burn the customer" are rapidly becoming a thing of the past since the advent of things like the BOI!

I guess that I haven't talked to Sal at least twice that I know of....once about snakes that we had that he wanted....the everglades rats/beauty snake (around the 27th of July).....And I talked to him on Wednesday the 6th of August, because I called him about a message we got to call him. I remeber vividly talk to him, because I told him about me having surgery the next day to have my gallbladder removed.

Like I said before, maybe you should post your phone records from all this time and show that we never called you.....

So maybe you did not go through and PICK EVERYTHING OUT, but you DID ok the shipment, you DID know what was coming to you, you DID send $500 on 6/29 (AFTER you received the shipment). If everything was NOT THERE as you claim, or half dead and horrible, why 4 days later did you finally send us the deposit?

Also, that was the last day we heard from you about this order, and the website. But you had enough time on 7/22 to email us about a customer we referred to you, and with another excuse why we aren't seeing money.

You sent a deposit on 6/1 for your website (which was up only a few days later) and nothing since. I even spent time with Anne showing her how to make changes (alot of those phone calls on your record), add the new inventory, etc. Your site was never down with me, only in the transfer from Black Labs (which both of us had no control over).

And as far as you domain, it's in my name for EXACTLY this reason. You owed me money. Like I explained, once I get paid, you get your domain. That's why people in this business DO THINGS THIS WAY! I wish I could say the same for the animals we sent, but we are COMPLETELY out of luck on that one.
