    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Its not that I can't pay it, Its just your attitude about the whole thing, Ive been nothing but Nice, honest and communicative to you. Yet your trying to make it seem like im some horrible guy that denied you your refund or even tried to fix this.

I will not be immediately refunding you anything. I sent you $50 because I owe you money. Thats what I sent because of your actions, your demeanour, your harassing text messages, your demanding actions, your threats of blackmailing me.

If you want to be professional I have no issue refunding the $160 as I said I would today, and the other $210 when I get paid the 20th.
 
Amanda, They are his, The issue arose, He wanted all $2100 back without sending me my animals. Why would I do this? If someone is unsatisfied with an animal and they do not want it, and they want to be refunded, it becomes mine yet again, agreed?

Here is a picture of the same animal that later died. Patricks response to this was it had a couple skin folds and needs to have a movement.

Patrick i never said I wanted the money back. I told you from the beginning I was not going to send them back to you, because that would be on my conscience. If I am lying about that prove it!
 
Personal opinion aside, Pat....do you deny that these are the animals you sent him or that you packaged them in the manner described? Is Chris lying?

I do know you to have been patently dishonest on more than one occasion, so sending animals in poor condition would not surprise me.

I have not read How Chris Described them being packaged. I will and will tell you.
They are my animals, that I sent him.

I sent a pair to SOnja Koolmo, Ive had them at Multiple All animal expo shows in Wheaton. They have been seen by multiple people.
 
I did put all 9 olives in one bag, as I openly said I screwed up and forgot one. I also sent 4.6 upon Mr. Browns Request not of my own doing.

I put the bag of olives on top of a 4-5 ft carpet, with newspaper in between them and of course the larger animal on the floor of the box.

I did not send out a sick snake knowingly Its not worth it. Lying about something is one thing, selling sick animals is just something that doesn't happen.
 
All the emails are there, Ive tried being nice, professional and honest. Ive done everything a Seller would do in this situation. Mr. Brown just isn't Satisfied with what I can do.

Interesting way to see the world. You seem to be brushing off lying, yet expecting us to believe you when you say you don't ship sick. It doesn't work that way. If you lie, we do not need to believe anything you say.

If it Needed to go that route, Yes I could of. It wouldn't of been all done by me, and I would of had to borrow from Family etc but it could of been done.

At This point, Im not willing to put myself out there to send him $2100. I will be refunding his $370, and it will be done. Im just not in a good fiscal spot at the moment....SO i can do half today and half on the 20th.

Noone would be I should hope. Thats why you fall under the classification of "bad guy".

So lets get the 160 to me immediately, and we will get the 210 in one week, and I will back off. I guess at this point I cant ask for much more than that.

I will confirm on the BOI when the balance of the first 210 is received.

Its all in writing in the emails. I am not lying about this. Theres no fiscal gain, theres nothing. An animal arrived essentially DOA I said sorry ill fix this and told him what I can do.

It took you 4 days to pay me, you rushed shipping, you tried to rush everything about the deal, and then Call me a Bad guy because I said I needed to split up the payments? This is only so I can make it work.....which Im sure even you can understand. Then you make me come on here and defend myself when Ive already agreed to the solution ??
